ROOOOARRRRRRR!

Adam roared and it shook the whole gate itself, his presence there was absolute authority and his stared down at the four of them.

He then lifted his huge left arm and attempted to stomp the to death.

"Scatter!" Duke Bazel shouted as he quickly moved away.

All of the others also nodded as they created wings made out of corruption and moved away from their positions.

Adam's hand slammed down on the ground creating a large crater, he followed all their movements with his eyes tracking then wherever they went.

"Dammit, he's following all our movements!" Jake shouted.

"It seems like we can't escape from here." Eryndor said.

"Then what should we do?" Jake asked.

"Then we fight," Duke Bazel responded. "I'm an SS-ranked awakened, surely I can handle an immature little dragon."

They all looked at each other and thought that this was the only possible action.

Duke Bazel attacked first, he covered his whole body with with and charged.

"Cleaving wind!"

His sword was covered with wind mana and attempted to stab Adam's eye to hinder his eyesight.

Adam saw this and his large mouth curled into a smirk, Duke Bazel didn't it coming and couldn't react fast enough.

Adam's large wings twitched and moved it to block the strike.

CLANG!

The attack was blocked by Adam's large wing and it didn't leave a scratch on his scales.

And the suddenly a tail came out of nowhere and the duke hard and he was sent crashing towards the ground hard.

The duke was already injured and tired after facing the entity, and now he expanded all his mana and even life force with the attack that struck down Veyra.

High Priest Corvex came in next and conjured a huge fireball that was hurled towards Adam's face.

Adam noticed this coming and just blew some wind at it and it got snuffed out like a lit matchstick.

High Priest Corvex was dumbfounded, do think he didn't even bother to dodge or block it. He just blew wind at it like its nothing.

Eryndor and Jake decided to attack him together and target his wings.

Eryndor used his nature affinity to manipulate large vines to wrap around Adam's large body holding him in place.

Jake came next and conjured a large greatsword made out of wind and had corruption mixed in.

He tried to cut Adam's wings but just like his father it didn't work.

CLANG!

The attack hit but it didn't even scratch him.

"Oh you gotta be—!"

He didn't get to finish his sentence as a large hand slammed both of them down hard on the ground pinning them making them unable to move.

Corvex was next as he saw Adam opened his large mouth, mana was gathering inside and formed a ball of mana.

[Dragon Breath]

Unlike when he was in his humanoid form, this time this orb of mana was huge and could cover a wide range.

The beam was shot out and it covered Corvex's whole body.

"NOOOOOOOO!" Corvex screamed as his whole body was engulfed by the attack erasing him on the spot.

Nothing was left behind not even ashes and was simply gone, erased.

The others paled when they saw this and they knew the end was near.

That's when huge tendrils came out of nowhere and bit down on Adam's body, these came from the entity that was battling the powerhouses.

When everyone saw this a flicker of hope flashed it their eyes, maybe they could escape when Adam was preoccupied with the tendrils.

[Hollow Frost Pulse]

A compressed burst was released from Adam's chest, the burst was invisible and only showcased a faint ripple.

This shocked the tendrils that came at him and caused temporary lethargy, and then instantly froze them.

This disrupted their mana channels for a brief moment and the feedback sent back towards the entity which caused it's sealing process to advance faster.

[Divine Breath]

A devastating breath that combined all of Adams affinities struck the tendrils and completely erased them from existence.

The entity's sneak attack had failed and this also cost it dearly because It's mana channels were temporary disrupted meaning it couldn't exert it's power.

On the otherside

The entity felt it, for a moment it was disconnected from its power and was pushed further into the crack.

"NOO!" The entity screamed.

The other powerhouses took noticed this and took the chance to seal it.

They all channeled every bit of their power and pushed it further and further into the seal, and since it could no resist it sank deeper into the crack.

"This is not over!" It roared. "We'll be back, and my mother shall come with me!"

Those were it's last words as it was pushed into the crack.

"Now!"

Dave urged them and they all nodded and layered the crack with countless rune formations and seals.

After a couple of seconds the crack was sealed and the danger was now averted.

The entity was sealed and the crack was closed not gone but that was enough.

"That was close." Seraphim said.

"Yeah, I wonder what happened." Duchess Corven asked.

"Yeah for a moment it couldn't channel it's powers." Duke Caelthorn added.

"It seems it's earlier attempt to attack the boy backfired," Caelum muttered. "He must've done something to temporary disrupt it's mana channels, this gave us the opening to seal it."

"Told you," Emily said proudly. "He could take care of himself, now that this is done... we must deal with those traitors. Before Adam kills them."

They all nodded, they didn't mind him killing Duke Bazel and his son but killing the Elf prince Eryndor would cause a problem and that could lead to war.

They all then raced towards where Adam and the others are, since the entity is gone the portal is also gone so they have to go there themselves.

High Priest Corvex was gone and the only people left were these three.

All of them were battered, bruised and tired. Especially Duke Bazel.

His mana reserves were depleted, his injuries were severe. From broken bones and internal injuries he couldn't even move.

[Sovereign's Aura]

A sudden dragonic pressure pressed down on them hard and it was entirely focused on them.

Their bodies couldn't move an inch.

"D-dammit." Duke Bazel said, his voice was hoarse and low. "So this is how I die, not a glorious death but because I made a mistake. I should've raised my son better... maybe this could've been avoided—!"

But his words were cut short when Adam's foot slammed down on him hard turning him into meat paste.

Jake saw his own father die right Infront of his eyes, all rationality went out the window as he corrupted mana started surging widely and rushed at Adam.

Adam didn't spare him a glance and just swatted him away with his wings like a fly and slammed his down on him.

Over. Over. Over. Over. Over and over again.

His body was beyond recognizable now and the corruption tried to put his body back together but Adam didn't let that happen.

[Divine Breath]

A devastating strike combing all his affinities struck down in him hard erasing his whole body and left large hole on the ground.

Adam stared down at Eryndor who was on the ground, his face was pale and he knew that was next.

"Wait you don't have to do this!" Eryndor said, but Adam just stared at him and opened his maw.

"Wait-wait let me tell you something! Let me tell you something!" Eryndor shouted, he wanted to live more that anything else he didn't care about his ambitions anymore.

But before Adam could even kill him something happened—

Roar! Roar! Roar!

Three dragon roars could be heard and Adam turned his head towards the sky to see where they were coming from.

The dragon envoy, Ardyn. And his companions Kyria and Rhyzar all in the dragon forms landed right near Adam surrounded him.

Eryndor fainted when he saw this and thought they came for him as well.

"You," Ardyn said to Adam. "We received order from the council to capture you, so comply."

Adam stared at him with a look that said:

'Who does this guy think he is?'

Kyria also added. "All dragons must respond to the council! You dare disobey!?"

Adam turned his head towards her and said. "I wasn't born in your land, your council let my mother die. So this makes it easier for me. I want to see what the elders say when I bring all three of your heads."

[Dragon Authority]

[Sovereign's Aura]

[Elemental Dominion: Ice, Fire, Wind, Space]

The air started to bend under Adam's will due to the effect Dragon authority.

Due to his large mana reserves and him being a primordial dragon, his mana capacity was larger than all three of them combined.

They all instinctively felt fear and pressure since they were near him. The aura suppressed their mana flow and made all of them shudder, combined with the effect from Sovereign's Aura this effect was doubled making them feel the pressure.

"W-w-what is this pressure!" Ardyn exclaimed, the pressure slammed down on them hard making it hard for them to even move.

"T-this shouldn't be possible!" Kyria yelled, she instantly regretted even coming here.

Rhyzar being weaker than both of them felt the pressure even more that his knees almost buckled down.

Suddenly a new zone was created under the effect of Elemental Dominion.

He created zones where time and movement was slowed for his enemies and the air was crystalized, the wind was raging and the moment the breathed it in felt like their lungs were burning and freezing at the same time.

[Void Fracture]

Adam condensed his mana into hyper-dense shards that could phase through defenses and rapture even barriers.

They were shot towards Rhyzar instantly and phased through his hard scales and pierced through his hard.

Rhyzar coughed out a mouthful of blood, and blood came out his eyes and nose. He instantly fell down on the ground and die right then and there.

Adam pointed his claw towards Ardyn and Kyria and said:

"Now it's your turn."
