Everyone looked at the sky and saw the dragon emperor descending upon them.

Even Pablo who wanted to force Adam to give him the dragon hearts shrank back in fear.

He sheathed his sword and looked at at the dragon emperor. 'Why did he show up here now?' he thought to himself.

Adam looked at the dragon emperor in a confused expression. "Great Grandchild? So your my Mom's grandfather?" He asked.

"Yes, she was my grandchild. I regret not being for her I her most vulnerable situation." The emperor said while looking down. "And I'm happy that she had a child, she had a child I'll be able to train and take care of you to make amends."

"Huh what do you mean—"

Adam couldn't say anything else when the dragon emperor looked at him, instantly reverting him to his humanoid form and got knocked unconscious.

What was different now was that he retained his draconic characteristics, the dragon's horns, scales, claws and tail.

"It seems I have to teach him proper polymorph techniques later," he then looked at Pablo. "I untrusted my grandchild to you, and you've treated her child like he's nothing. I'll talk to you later about his."

The Dragon Emperor Theron von Athelion said this while walking over towards Adam's unconscious body.

"We shall hold a meeting in two days about these recent events and it's non-negotiable, all races leaders will have to attend." He cast a glance at Adam once more before turning to leave. "I have things to take care off, but for now I'll entrust my great grandchild's safety to you Emily."

"Of course," Emily quickly replied. "I was going to do that even if you haven't asked me."

Theron smiled before flying away back towards the land of the dragons and what was he going to there?

He was going to deal with the council of elders once and for all, they have tested his limits for the last time when targeting his loved ones.

Silford Academy Infirmary Room

"Argh, i feel like I got hit by a truck." Adam grumbled as he woke up starring at a white ceiling.

"I wonder what happened."

"Well you got knocked out by the dragon emperor."

A voice came right next to him, he found Emily Bifrost, The Vice-Headmaster sitting on a chair near his bed.

"Master, so that's what happened." Adam scratched his head but then noticed something was different.

He looked at his body and was surprised for a little bit. "So it seems like the cats out the back now." He murmured.

"Yup, everyone knows what you are now." She said. "I already knew this because your mother was my master, but yes. The kingdom's higher ups knows that your a dragon, and I'm assuming that doesn't bother."

"Not really, I'm tired of hiding it anyways." Adam replied. "But I noticed that Duke Dragonis is awfully fixated on dragons, I wonder why?"

"Oh that? I'll tell you on the way." Emily replied while standing up from her chair. "Also you friends are receiving treatment in the other room and still haven't woken up yet, and tomorrow the world leaders will be present for a conference. And your presence, will be needed to explain the events of what happened."

"Yeah should've know that'll happen, it's always politics after a world ending event happens." Adam grumbled.

Emily chuckled a bit before opening the door of the Infirmary. "Anyway let's go, we will continue our talks on the way."

"Wait where's Guildmaster Veyra, is she okay?" Adam asked.

"I wondered when your going to ask that," She said. "She's fine, but still hasn't woken up yet. The healers say she'll wake up soon though."

Adam breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good, where are we going anyway?"

Emily grinned. "It's been a while since I've trained you, you've gotten way stronger than before being able to kill a weakened SS-rank. So I'm going to test you now."

'Shit, I'm fucked!'

Dragonis Estate

Pablo von Dragonis was inside a hidden chamber within the Dragonis estate, there were statues of the past patriarchs all placed in a line, the first patriarch's statue was at the very end of the hall situated in the middle.

Pablo was standing Infront of statue, his eyes were cold and filled with calculation. "We almost had the dragons heart, and their bodies would also been an excellent catalyst."

He then opened a hidden mechanism from that statue that opened a hidden door from behind it, he stepped inside the door and what was inside would shock the hearts of anyone who would've seen it.

There were many test tubes filled with a green liquid and inside the tubes were young children and also adults.

When you looked at their bodies closer you would see scales on their skin and small horns on their foreheads.

This was the secret of the Dragonis family, they were a long lost bloodline of Dragons that has dwindled over the years.

They barely had any trace of the bloodline that it was now a subspecies of dragons:

Wyverns

That's one of the reasons why Adam's mother choose Pablo's seed to give birth to Adam, he had the most concentration of the bloodline even if it was just a low 5% while his children have 2%.

Even if the concentration is small it would boost the childrens physical strength and mana, that's the reason why the Dragonis children were prodigies in their own right.

Even Sam who couldn't get into the academy could be considered a genius, it was only because Adam eliminated him in the first round.

If that hadn't happened he would've been able to attend Silford Academy and be in the elite class.

Pablo walked towards a large test tube in the front, and inside was a body. And it wasn't any body it was the body of a dragon but there wasn't a single heart inside it's body.

This is the secret of the Dragonis family, they are using the dragon's body to increase the concentration of their bloodline.

If Pablo is able to get a dragons heart and eat it. He would be able to increase the concentration to a hundred percent and might become something of a dragon hybrid through an evolution process.

That's why he was ecstatic when he was a well preserved dragon body, he thought their long family dream would finally be fulfilled.

But unfortunately things didn't go according to plan, there were too many eyes and he knew that the Headmaster and especially Emily Bifrost wouldn't let him do anything to Adam.

He just didn't expect the dragon emperor to also make a scene, he would've sent someone to kidnap Adam to give him the dragons bodies and heart but now that plan wouldn't work out.

And he couldn't take Adam's heart since that would be a death sentence, be would face the wrath of the dragon emperor.

"Seems like I'll need Luke and Sidney's help with this," he murmured to himself. "Even his blood will be enough, the blood from the 'her' son will have enough concentration."

Adam heard the story from Emily about why Pablo wanted the dragon heart so badly he was so surprised by it that he couldn't help by laugh.

To think that they had a certain percentage of a dragons bloodline, no wonder their called the Dragonis family.

"What do you think?"

[Well that's plausible, and I think he won't give up so easily on the dragon heart]

'Yeah I thought so too, he won't be able to act personally with so many eyes now though. And he can't take my heart or his whole family line will be erased.' Adam thought.

[I think he'll use his children, most especially your older brother and sister.]

"That's true, he must have a lot of fate in them. But things won't go as planned, I won't allow it to happen." Adam said while clenching his fists.
