' Where do you think you're going mister?' Ved hijacked the will transmission between them.

He walked out of the fiery sand storm, infront of him stood a lean female kangaroo, she looked very petite somehow.

The tail was thinner as well and wind seemed to dance around her like a child seeing it mother. In her pouch was a smaller kangaroo.

The boxing kangaroo looked at this female timidly even though he was much stronger than she was

' My dear wife, what are you doing here?' the female kangaroo scoffed. ' You said you were going to deal with the dingo pack, yet here you are.'

He scratched his head, ' Come on, I can't deal with the entire pack by myself, they have two rank 4 leaders now.'

She got angry, ' Yeah, because you refused to kill that thing when it was still alone.' he laughed akwardly.

' It was the only sparring partner I had.' the female scoffed again, ' If you love fighting so much you could've fought the human from the west or the northern spider queen, atleast they're not mindless beasts.'

The male kangaroo looked offended, ' Fighting that spider is no fun, she just sends her massive army of weaklings against me, not fun at all and you know how vengeful and annoying humans are, plus they never fight fair'

She sighed, Ved stood there watching them akwardly, she was about to continue reprimanding her husband when Ved coughed.

She turned and looked at him then her face paled. She bowed ' Forgive me your highness for the disrespect, I do not dare accept.' then she coughed twice.

She slapped her husband, ' Iron fist, don't be disrespectful to his majesty.' Iron fist coughed twice as well.

Ved was confused and he gave them a puzzled look, she noticed his confusion and cleared everything up.

' Your majesty, amongst our people, coughing is a sign of submission, so how could a lowly one such as myself dare accept such a gesture.'

Now that Ved thought about it, he remembers hearing about that somewhere in his past life, he got embarrassed.

' It's no issue, you can rise.' he always tried to sound as imposing as possible when talking to others, to make his kingly status hold more weight.

However it seems there was no need with this one, Ved knew spiritual beasts knew his status instinctively, however none had ever responded to it as strongly as her.

Evident by her husband attacking him the moment they met. ' Please follow me your highness, let us host you.' she led him to a large village.

Inside the village with mud houses Ved sensed around 80 kangaroos, most were very young and weak, with only three rank 3 kangaroos, her included.

They came out of their mud houses to greet their leader but froze when they saw him. None dared to move a single muscle in his presence.

He had very contradicting feelings about this. On one hand, the dragon part of himself felt a sense of pride, afterall, dominance was in the nature of dragons.

On the other hand, his human self who grew up in the modern world found this reverence directed at him a bit uncomfortable and unsettling.

They continued to the largest mud house at the centre of the village. The other two rank 3's joined them, both of them were large males.

Inside, Ved didn't waste his time and told them about his plans. He ordered them to build a city but they had very little skill in construction.

His orders were for them to construct a stone tower, nomatter how crude, it could be fixed later.

The tower should at the very least be 30 metres high but a tower of that height would only be temporary, when his plans bear fruits the tower would then be made more majestic and befitting of a king.

Their mission was only to build a stone tower and provide shelter to all spiritual beasts regardless of their race.

In exchange he would grant them the transformation ability and removed the dingo pack for them.

Ofcourse, Iron fist vehemently opposed the last time, claiming the two leaders of the dingo pack were his sparring partners.

Ved didn't care, he needed those dingoes, they were readily available evolution points. He wasn't just going to let them go simply because Iron Fist wanted sparring partners.

Iron fist tried to argue but Gently wind, his wife shut him down quickly and apologized on his behalf.

Ved didn't mind, he already figured Iron fist was an airhead that knew nothing but fighting so he didn't take his words to heart.

After that conversation he left, his clones issued the same commands to the queen of spiders.

He on the other hand turned towards the direction of the dingo pack. He flew through the sky and before long he found them.

The pack was feasting on what appeared to be large wombats, as large as fully grown buffalos.

Ved waited until they were done eating, the pack was not large. It had two rank 4 dingoes, one at early and the other at mid rank 4.

5 rank 3, 12 rank 2 and over 30 rank 1. Well, he was wrong, it was large. After they were done eating they rested.

Their vigilance was very low, being the apex predators for so long made them complacent.

Ved dropped from the sky like a meteor. The two leaders reacted too late. Ved crashed on the ground sending rocks flying like bullets.

The closest rank 1 dingoes died immediately. The pack howled and without question lunged at him.

His aura blasted out stopping the weaker ones on their tracks. Now he could face the two strongest without any distractions.

The stronger of the two opened it mouth and fired a ball of fire at him. Ved created a wax shied and blocked the fireball.

The fireball exploded and a cloud of flames covered the earth. The ground melted around him for hundreds of metres.

The other one ironically used water, an exact opposite of the first and it was a female, unlike it male partner who attacked Ved.

Before the fireball exploded it had created water tentacles to grab and drag the others to safety.

After taking them over 70 kilometres away, it came back and they both took positions in either side of him, trapping him in the middle.

Ved smiled softly, ' It seems you two are smarter than I gave you credit for, pity you not one of my own.'

They both roared and attacked.
