Sabrina giggled. " Oh my how scary." Then her expression changed and grew cold. " Do not mistake out kindness for weakness beast.

This is between the human race, if you interfere." He interrupted her. " What if I do? Do you think the likes of you can threaten me."

Sabrina sighed. " I gave you a chance, what happens next is on you." " I can say the same about you."

Ved knew a fight was inevitable. He dropped the structure with Naledi to the ground.Then he created more layers around it to strengthen her protection.

He turned to face them. " So which one of you will die first." Nicholas Brail reached for his sword which was his vessel.

Runic arrays lit up on his armour. Wind danced around him. The green crystal on his sword glowed creating gently winds around the sword.

Then he moved, he turned into a blur and appeared above Ved. He swung his sword intending to cut Ved in half.

Ved didn't dare let the attack hit him. As strong as his scales were, this was only an avatar, he wouldn't be able to fully block the sword.

Sharp winds hit him before the sword did. The ground cracked below his feet and he moved.

His massive body blurred to the side and appeared a hundred metres away. The sword split the ground creating a thin smooth crack that went for hundreds of kilometres.

Both Sabrina and Nicholas were caught by surprise. They didn't expect something so huge to move so fast.

But Ved didn't give them a chance to collect themselves. He shot towards Nicholas like a streak of light.

Nicholas seemed surprised but his speed. Ved's claws cut through the falling snow heading straight for Nicholas's head.

The air boiled from the friction melting the snow around them. However Nicholas was not weak either.

His armour shone with runic arrays, he swung his sword with sharp winds spinning around it.

The claws and the sword clashed. The sound of clashing steel echoed for thousands of kilometres.

A huge shockwave spread out ripping the ground apart. A massive crater appeared around them.

Nicholas shot back like a missile and only managed to stop himself after retreating for over a kilometre.

He shook his arms and frowned. " Be careful Nic, that's a true dragon, even with the enhancement of your armour, you can't match him with physical strength."

Nicholas nodded but he still didn't say a single word. Ved and Nicholas shot towards each other like two streaks of lights.

Ved stabbed his claws at him again, just as they were about to clash, green light appeared around Nicholas and he disappeared.

He turned into a blur and Ved failed to follow his movements. He appeared above him, wind condensed around his sword forming a massive sword 100 metres long.

The sword descended upon Ved like a guillotine and it was as fast as lightning. However Ved was fast as well, he was capable of dodging this attack.

However just as he moved to dodge, his body felt sluggish. He failed to react in time and the sword cut into his side.

His scales cracked and it cut an entire meter into his body. He flew back and rolled on the ground like a hill for hundreds of metres leaving a huge trench behind him.

By time he stopped his wound had already healed. Unfortunately the wound wasn't enough to warrant the enhancement of his image.

' What the hell was that?' " Magic, I told you, it's very troublesome to deal with. That was status ailment, it seems to reduce your speed and reaction speed.

It's a common ability amongst support type specialists. This is what makes magic so terrifying.

With magic, one can turn imagination into reality as long as they have enough mystic energy and will, they can use any and all type of abilities.

I think it best I summon another avatar, that will increase my will, her status effect will probably not work on me then.'

" You can't do that, avatar 2 and avatar 3 are currently recuperating their lost mental energy.

They are currently too mentally weak, if you summon and merge them with this avatar, their mental exhaustion will effect this avatar as well.

And you can't call back avatar 4 either as it's currently held up. Don't worry, I'll guide you, just do exactly what I tell you to." He nodded.

Nicholas nodded, Ved turned his attention to Sabrina and she smiled seductively at him. He growled threateningly.

" It won't be as easy, killing a magician is never an easy thing to do and she seems like a relatively skilled one." Manas suddenly drew back his attention to Nicholas.

"Turn your head 30 degrees and swung your tail above you." Ved was confused, Nicholas was yet to attack, just as he thought that Nicholas moved.

As expected he turned into a blur that Ved could barely follow, Ved did as Manas instructed and he felt his tail hit something hard.

' What.. the hell.'
