Ved 4 floated in the sky, next to him was Ursela. Infront of them stood a single being donning pitch black armour with a great sword on his back.

Although the man was outnumbered two to one, neither Ursela nor Ved dared to attack him.

He gave off a terrifying aura, strong as Ved was, he doubted he would be able to defeat this man without at least 3 avatars.

After all this was not one of the weaker races,this was a dark elf. Elves in general were famous for being able to use magic.

The truth was, they weren't exactly that good at it, they had fairy bloodline but it was too impure making it hard for them to use magic.

Of course that wasn't enough to weaken them, they didn't just depend on magic, they had their own abilities.

Dark elves in general were known as the fairies of war, their powers resolved around destruction and battle.

Which was the opposite of the wood elves whose abilities focused more of creation and growth.

Of course that didn't mean wood elves were not good fighters. The elf didn't move either, even an elf wouldn't dare underestimate a true dragon.

Of course he was confused as to why a dragon had such a weak aura, he could also sense impure Kun blood from the whale woman.

Kuns were divine creatures on the same level as dragons, the only reason they went extinct before dragons was due to their lower reproduction rate.

However they were feared beings who could devour anything. Although he was certain he was stronger than both of them, he didn't underestimate them.

Below the three of them were two armies facing off, the elves and spiritual beasts. The beasts were outnumbered and were being pushed back.

Had it not been for Evergreen providing support for everybody, the situation would've been worse.

Her wood abilities kept healing her allies and as an alchemist she was able to provide them with a lot of pills.

Of course support wasn't the only thing she can do, for a few years now she had been studying poison.

However she met a terrible match in this battle. Facing her were wood elves whose ability to control the wood element rivaled if not surpassed hers.

However the one who left the most impact on the battlefield was Pulse. Over the years she had grown significantly stronger.

When Ved met her, she had grown much colder and her killing intent reached the heavens.

Ved learnt it was because of Goldi's disappearance. Ved was surprised when he learnt old man Goldi disappeared.

That didn't sound like him, unfortunately he was not at liberty to look for him. Pulse stood like a massive hill.

A giant harp floated above her. Using her will she strung the strings. Music filled the air, with each note the elven abilities crumbled like dust.

It took her only a few strings to figure out the frequency to shatter each attack. Not only their attacks though.

Elves had incredibly high hearing. Pulse turned this ability of theirs into a weakness she can utilise.

During the battle she created a sound frequency only the elves can hear. Even though beast had just as much if not stronger hearing they couldn't hear the sound at all.

It was designed to only be detected by elven ears. By the time they realised it was already too late.

Thousands of them started bleeding from their ears. They fell to the ground clutching their ears like their lives depended on it which it did.

The projection realm elf looked down and frowned. He reached for his sword but Ursela shot a water ray at him forcing him to block it.

He frowned, " How dare you attack me you lowly beast?" Ursela grinned. " Look at you, an old relic trying to attack children, but I would expect such shamelessness from you elves."

She said mockingly while picking her ear. The dark elf growled. " What do you mean by your words beast? Are insulting my noble race."

Ursela laughed out loud, her sweet voice cutting through the sky like a knife. " Noble? Don't make me laugh, mortal rat who eat dirt are more noble than you.

You're just a long eared sub human," the elf's aura blasted out shaking the sky. The smell of iron and fire filled the air.

" How dare you, how dare you compare my noble race to those lowly humans?"

The elf's anger was so high Ved could swear it had turned physical. Being compared to a human seemed like a sore spot for him.

Which Ved understood, legends say the elves are a mixed race of human and fairy though he doubted it.

Ursela turned to look at him. " Little bro, it seems I've angered him." Ved sighed, this irresponsible big sister of his.

Fighting the elf right now wouldn't be good for them. Not to mention he had no idea when or if other projection realm elves would arrive.

He was certain there were more. Infact he was certain the only reason there was only one here was because of their pride.

Elves looked down on most other races, they would obviously send only one as a sign of strength.

Proving that only a single elf was enough and in this case, they were right. If only Ved could summon his other avatars, things would be easier.

" I think you need the other avatar little bro, one will not be enough." Ved wanted to punch her on the face.

To begin she's the one who provoked him to the point of starting a fight. He sighed, " I can't, my other avatar is currently occupied."

" WHAT?" She looked at him with wide eyes, " why didn't you say so earlier? Now I've gone and provoked this ugly bastard."

Ved didn't know what to say, she was still insulting him. The elf caught their conversation.

" Avatar? I see, no wonder a dragon has such a weak aura,this is merely an avatar." He held his sword with both hands.

" If you were at full power, I would have to be wary of you but right now." Ved didn't need to be reminded.

Ursela sighed, " Fine then, I guess I'll stretch my bones a little." Ved looked at her. " No offence sis but you can't defeat him by yourself."

She grinned, " Oh, I guess I forgot to inform you." A blue water crystal came out of her chest. She grabbed it and crushed it.

An aura like a churning ocean under a heavy storm pressed on the entire sky, the fight below stopped. Ved was caught by surprise.

" What the hell?"
