Ursela changed, the blue tone on her skin grew darker. She grew a single horn on her forehead.
Her aura turned as heavy as the ocean. Ved opened his eyes wide when he sensed her bloodline.
" Legendary grade " he whispered. Ursela grinned. " Finally, holding back is so tiring." She stretched her arms and faced the elf.
" So, are we doing this?" She asked with a challenging grin. The elf grew tense. " You're a kun? No matter, you'll die none the less."
The two lunged at at each other. Their clash shook the sky. A dark ocean formed in the air but it was met by a mountain of iron and fire.
The fight below continued as well. Ved looked at Ursela and realised she was holding her own.
She was not even in her true beast form and was already a match for the elf, he figured she would be fine.
It's those below he worried about. Even with Evergreen and Pulse holding back the elves, the beasts were still outnumbered.
They were bound to lose eventually. He opened his mouth. Nuclear energy gathered inside it forming a huge blue ball of energy.
Then he fired, a massive beam of blue energy shot towards the elf army. They scrambled to raised shields to no avail.
The difference in strength between projection realm and rank 4 was too huge. Their shields crumbled like paper.
The beam turned hundreds of elves into dust faster than they can scream but it was not done.
It cut through the battlefield like a burning sword turning the elven army into dust. " COWARD."
Shouted the dark elf with rage. " You still have time to be distracted." Before the dark elf could react he was punched by a mountain sized water fist.
He was sent crashing to the ground below forming a massive crater. He shot back up but instead of attacking Ursela he went after Ved.
However even as an avatar, Ved wasn't a weakling. Purple lightning gathered on his horns.
Before the orc could react the first order extinguishing tribulation lightning shot towards him like two spears.
The world turned a purple shade, the air became electrified even the clouds above turned dark and lightning danced through them like snakes.
The lightning bolts moved many times faster than natural lightning. All the elf managed to do was swing his massive sword to block.
The lightning traveled through his iron sword shocking him. He was stunned momentarily which gave Ursela a chance.
She formed a water sword so huge it reached the heavens. The sword cut the clouds apart and reached the elf in a blink of an eye.
He had no time to react before he was sent crashing on the ground again. However the sword did not stop.
It continued cutting towards the elf army, the army screamed and tried to run but they were not fast enough.
Most were only rank 2, with few rank 3 and even fewer rank 4. Their speed could never match the speed of an attack from a rank 5.
With Ursela's attack and Ved's initial attack against the elf army, more than 80 percent of them died.
The dark elf roared with rage, a massive bleeding gash appeared on his chest. " We need to retreat."
Ved whispered, although Ursela enjoyed beating others, she wasn't a fool. The elven city was only a few hundred thousand kilometres away.
It wouldn't take long for projection realm beings to cover that distance. Considering elves can use magic, it might take even less.
However their army was slower than them, retreating would take too long. Not to mention the tens of thousands of none combatants they were protecting.
Although spiritual beasts were naturally stronger than races like humans even without training, there were lots who weren't fighters.
Most were limited by their bloodlines and couldn't reach far in cultivation even with a lineage or had none combat related innate abilities.
So most became builders, alchemist and other professions that don't require combat. Ved thought of a solution.
He could create a platform to carry all of them away but that would slow him down as well.
" What are thinking about?" Ursela asked him. " This city has already fallen but how are we supposed to evacuate so many people?
It will slow us down." She grinned at him. " Leave that to me, just watch my back, I'll take care of the rest."
He didn't know what she was planning to do but he nodded. The fact that she was this strong gave him faith in her.
As a kun who is a known equal to dragons and phoenix she had enough to power to rival him at full power.
He might win due to his high regeneration and the fact that his stamina can outlast her essence energy but it would be a hard fight.
Ursela transformed into her true form, she turned into a huge blue whale over 8 kilometres long.
More than twice the size of her sealed form, this new form had a massive horn, a very wide mouth filled with razor sharp teeth. Before the spiritual beasts below could react she grabbed them with her will.
Thousands of spiritual beasts in their humanoid form were densely packed on her back.
" Cover my back" she told him with a voice so loud it shook the sky. He nodded and flew behind her.
However before they left, he created thousands of clones and dropped them to the ground.
Then he turned to look at her and nodded. She created a barrier around the people she was carrying to make sure they don't fall or get ripped to shreds by the wind pressure.
Then her massive body flew away like a streak of light moving faster than lightning though Ved doubted she could maintain that speed. The elf tried to stop her.
Ved blocked his path, although his vessel was weaker it was enough to delay him. In only a few seconds.
Five more elves appeared out of thin air, they obviously teleported here but there was no teleportation array. ' Magic.' Ved clicked his tongue.
Of them, 3 were dark elves and the other 2 were wood elves. He knew he couldn't fight all of them, even the weakest was stronger than Gandour. Although Gandour wasn't strong amongst rank 5, he wasn't too weak either.
Huge drops of blood flew from below and merged with him. Before any of them could react, his avatar disappeared.
