Garion walked toward his flying ship with his direct disciples following behind him.
They were ready to return to Demon Gate Island.
But before he could take a single step onto the ramp, two familiar figures blocked his path.
Garion smirked. "Oh? You two look fine.
Raviel clicked his tongue. "Fine? We're stronger than you think."
Aveline crossed her arms, chin raised slightly. "And we're here to say goodbye properly."
Garion placed a hand over his heart dramatically. "How kind. I might cry."
They both glared at him immediately.
Raviel stepped closer first. "Just… be careful. One month from now, Demon Gate Island will erupt. All the second and third realm beasts will come out of hibernation."
Aveline nodded. "Even for you, it will be dangerous."
Garion waved a hand, grinning. "Danger? Please. It's just extra training."
Raviel sighed and rubbed his forehead. "Of course you see it like that…"
Garion clapped his hands. "Anyway, before I leave, I need to remind you two of something important."
Both of them straightened unconsciously.
Garion smirked.
"From now on, Revalis Clan and Avenora Clan are God Clans. So throw away that main-branch, side-branch nonsense."
Raviel nodded immediately.
"We already planned that. Only the loyal ones followed us here. No politics, no hidden fights."
Aveline smirked a little.
"Our people are straightforward. Revalis are hot-headed idiots… Avenora are proud idiots. But none of them are troublemakers."
Garion grinned.
"Perfect. You can keep elders and positions if you want, but no more bloodline hierarchy. If someone works hard, they rise. Simple."
Both nodded deeply.
Garion continued, "And one more thing... about all those thousands of recruits who failed the selection..."
Raviel blinked. "What about them?"
Garion pointed at the entire archipelago."This. Turn it into a gym."
Raviel's eyes widened. "A gym? As in..."
Garion smirked proudly. "Exactly. Avenora-Revalis Gym. Both clans become trainers. You take in anyone who wants to train."
Aveline stared. "You want us to… build a gym? Like yours?"
Garion shrugged as if it was obvious.
"Why not? It'll be your main income. And with the buildings I made, you've got everything you need."
Raviel was already imagining it. "Huh… that's actually a genius idea."
Aveline muttered, "Our clans… becoming gym trainers…? This will take time to process."
Garion pointed at her.
"Don't worry too much, and also remember... DO NOT teach them the God Physique Path. That stays inside the family."
Raviel nodded. "We'll only teach them the version I created, the Mana Body Cultivation Path, right?"
"Exactly," Garion said.
Aveline sighed deeply.
"So… our clans are gyms now, our elders are trainers, and our patriarch and matriarch are… trainees of Garion."
Raviel patted her shoulder with a gentle smile. "Welcome to my suffering."
Aveline punched his arm lightly.
Garion laughed. "You two will be fine. Just don't break anything."
He then clapped his hands.
"Alright! I'm leaving. Protect the God Archipelago, train your people, and make sure the name 'God Clan' becomes famous."
Raviel nodded firmly. "We will."
Aveline bowed her head slightly. "And you, come back alive."
Garion smirked. "I'll come back stronger."
With that, he and his new disciples stepped onto the flying ship.
And as the ship lifted into the sky, Raviel and Aveline watched with crossed arms, smiling faintly.
"Good luck, Garion," Raviel murmured.
Aveline sighed. "And please… don't cause too much chaos."
But both of them already knew... there was no way that was possible.
---
The 450 new recruits sat in tight rows, most of them stiff and nervous.
A few whispered, but they relaxed once Garion's older disciples walked through the aisles, patting shoulders and giving simple tips.
"Breathe. Shoulders down."
"Don't worry, you won't die on day one. Probably."
Clara grinned as she said that, making half the recruits pale.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the deck, a far more intense scene unfolded.
Dahlia stood with her hands on her hips, eyes sparkling like she just found new toys.
"So the three of you are my new junior brother and sisters, huh?"
Valtor crossed his arms, chin raised. Seira's expression stayed cold as she glanced away.
The small girl hugged a backpack almost bigger than her entire body.
Arden stood beside Dahlia, trying not to shrink.
"They… seem a bit dangerous, don't you think?"
Dahlia elbowed him lightly.
"Dangerous? Please. We're the master direct disciples. And you... stop being so timid."
She poked his cheek.
"You already beat a third realm elder. How can you say you're scared?"
Valtor's eyes widened.
"Wait... hold on. Senior Sister… This timid guy defeated a third realm elder?"
Arden froze a little, shoulders tightening. "W-well… yes. I did."
Dahlia grinned and tapped his arm.
"See? He's amazing. And remember... he's Arden, your senior brother. Sure, he looks timid. Sure, he looks weak. Sure, he looks like a scared little cat."
Arden shot her a dry look. "Sister Dahlia, please."
"But," Dahlia continued, tapping his shoulder, "he's stronger than you think."
Valtor grinned, fire flickering in his eyes.
"Interesting. Senior Brother Arden, how about we fight one day? Just a light warm-up."
Arden froze. "W-warm-up?"
Dahlia stepped between them quickly.
"Hold up. Don't get ahead of yourself. If you fight him now, you'll just lose. Train first. Then challenge him."
Valtor clicked his tongue but accepted it. "Fine."
Dahlia then crouched slightly in front of the small girl.
"And you, little sister. Who are you?"
The girl lifted her head. Her eyes sparkled behind oversized glasses.
"My name is Mersha. Nice to meet you, Senior Sister Dahlia."
Dahlia brightened. "Wow, what a cute name."
She reached out and ruffled Mersha's hair gently. The little girl giggled and hugged her backpack tighter.
Rynar leaned over from behind Dahlia. "Careful, Senior Sister. Cute ones are the most dangerous."
Mersha smiled innocently. "I only blew up one room today."
Rynor stiffened. "One what...?"
Dahlia waved him off.
"Relax. We're the disciples of the God Gym. We can handle anything."
On the side, Seira stood with her arms crossed, cold wind brushing around her shoulders.
She watched the group quietly, expression firm and unreadable. She didn't react to the jokes, the noise, or Dahlia's cheer.
She was here for one thing only, which was to watch Valtor and evaluate this new sect, and nothing else mattered.
