The next day, Garion woke up early.
He sat up on his bed and rubbed his face once, eyes already clear.
There was a faint sense of anticipation in his chest, like a trainer about to inspect new equipment.
"Alright," he muttered. "Let's see how good Level Three really is."
He raised his hand and opened his system.
A familiar screen appeared in front of him.

Garion stared at the screen for a few seconds.
"…Huh."
He leaned back slightly and crossed his arms.
"It doesn't look that different."
He scanned it again, slower this time.
The facilities list looked familiar, except for one new addition.
"Divine Arena," he murmured.
"That should be the place for the disciple to fight later on."
A dedicated space for real combat, not just training. Useful and necessary.
Then his eyes moved down to the numbers.
The member limits had increased.
"More elders. More direct disciples. Core disciples unlocked," he said quietly.
He exhaled. "So this level is about scale."
He wasn't disappointed, but he wasn't impressed either.
"No sudden miracles," he muttered. "No instant power jump."
Garion closed the screen and stood up, stretching his arms once.
"That's fine," he said calmly. "A gym doesn't get stronger just by looking good on paper."
He walked toward the door and glanced back once.
"I'll check the deeper changes later," he decided. "After everyone wakes up."
A small smile appeared on his face.
"Let's see how they react first."
Garion stepped out of the room, already planning the day ahead.
---
Garion was already sitting inside the cafeteria when morning came.
He sat near the front, arms crossed, posture relaxed, watching quietly as disciples began to enter one by one.
The smell of food filled the wide hall, warm and inviting.
The moment the disciples noticed him, their steps slowed.
Whispers spread instantly.
"Why is Master here?"
"Is someone in trouble?"
"Did we mess up yesterday?"
Dahlia froze for a second, then leaned toward Clara. "He never comes this early."
Clara nodded. "That's terrifying."
Even the twins stiffened for a moment before trying to act casual.
Garion glanced up and smiled faintly. "Good morning, my disciples."
The greeting alone made several people straighten their backs.
"Good morning, Master," voices answered, some louder than others.
Garion stood up and looked around the cafeteria. "Relax. Sit down."
Everyone obeyed immediately.
"Today," Garion continued, "I have something good to announce."
That got everyone's attention.
"The God Gym has been upgraded."
For a moment, no one spoke.
Then...
"…Upgraded?" Dahlia repeated.
Rika blinked. "Wait, really?"
Rena leaned forward. "Does that mean new stuff?"
Garion smirked. "Of course."
The older disciples exchanged looks.
Clara raised a hand halfway. "Please tell me it's not another terrifying supplement."
Mersha was not present, which made several people sigh in relief.
Garion shook his head. "Not this time."
He lifted one finger. "First, all facilities have been improved. Everything is better."
That alone caused murmurs.
Then he added, "Second, there is a new facility."
The room grew quiet again.
"It's called [Divine Arena]," Garion said. "A dedicated place for real combat."
Valtor's eyes lit up instantly. "Real combat?"
Rovric nodded slowly. "Finally."
Rika turned and smirked at the twins. Rena did the same.
"Oh?" Rika said lightly. "Looks like someone might get chased again."
Rynor coughed. "That was a misunderstanding."
Rynar added, "A tactical retreat."
Several disciples laughed.
Garion waited for the noise to die down before continuing. "And lastly."
He gestured toward the long tables.
"The cafeteria has also been upgraded. More food. Better taste. Better nutrition."
The disciples slowly turned their heads.
The food looked different.
Richer colors. Better cuts of meat. Steam rising gently. Even the fruit looked brighter.
For half a second, everyone stared.
Then...
"MOVE!"
The calm broke instantly.
Disciples rushed forward, grabbing plates, piling food high, completely forgetting discipline.
"This tastes amazing!"
"Why is the soup this good?"
"I can feel my mana calming down!"
Dahlia took one bite and froze. "…Oh wow."
Clara stared at her bowl. "Okay, I forgive everything."
Eliza quietly took her seat and ate peacefully, nodding once.
Garion stood to the side, watching the chaos with a smirk.
When the noise reached its peak, Garion raised his hand slightly.
"I'm not done yet."
The room went quiet almost instantly.
Chewing slowed. Cups were set down. Every pair of eyes turned toward him.
Garion nodded, satisfied. "There's something else I want to announce."
Dahlia swallowed her food quickly. "That tone never means something small."
Garion reached into his storage and pulled out a strange device.
It was about the size of a person's arm, metallic, with glowing runes along its side.
The front had a single transparent slot.
Clara squinted. "Is that a gambling machine?"
Rynor leaned forward. "Why does it look dangerous?"
Garion placed it on the table. "The lab can now create two [Unique Physique Elixir] per day."
The cafeteria froze.
Utter silence.
Valtor slowly raised his head. "Two. Per day?"
Rika's eyes widened. "You're serious?"
Garion nodded. "Completely."
Several Second Realm disciples immediately stiffened.
Those who had already awakened their [Unique Physique] relaxed slightly.
Those who had not frowned hard.
Seira crossed her arms. "…Go on."
Garion tapped the machine. "Starting today, this will be used twice every morning."
He looked directly at Dahlia. "Dahlia."
Dahlia pointed at herself. "Me?"
"You will spin it," Garion said.
The machine hummed softly, names flickering faintly inside the slot.
"Each spin selects one person," Garion continued. "The selected name receives that day's [Unique Physique Elixir]."
The reaction was instant.
"What?!"
"So it's random?!"
"That's cruel!"
Clara slapped the table. "This is absolutely evil."
Rynar frowned. "So they have to wait and hope?"
Rynor muttered, "I hate lotteries."
Dahlia blinked. "Wait, wait, wait. So I'm basically choosing who suffers each day?"
Garion smiled. "Correct."
Dahlia stared at him. "Why do you look happy saying that?"
"Because," Garion said calmly, "this prevents favoritism."
He looked around the room. "No begging. No pressure. No bias."
Several Second Realm disciples shifted uncomfortably.
One of them whispered, "I really don't want to be first."
