10x Rewards: Becoming Invincible With My Sign-in System

Chapter 175: Round Four

The rest of Round Three went smoothly, as House Ares and House Freyja also took their wins. Though, none of them were easy wins so their matches were intense and to the audience's liking.

It was as Morgan had said. House Freyja wasn't that powerful. Not enough to win the Supremacy Games at least so they chose a different option.

As for House Ares, they once again seemed to be on the verge of losing, but pulled off weird schemes to win. But it was a close one, so Aegon was curious how their next battle would go.

Finally, Round Three concluded, giving the world its Top Eight teams which included three God's Houses, House Imperial, Aegon's team and three more Houses which were relatively known throughout the Academy.

For Round Four, the teams were given a break of an hour.

"Who will be our Opponent?" Rosa asked to no one in particular.

"I'm guessing they're setting up my match against Raphael for the final," Aegon said, rubbing his chin thoughtfully. "So probably House Ares? Or maybe even House Freyja?"

"If it's the other three teams, then we have higher chances of winning," Xavier said, pointing at the other teams on screen. "They're what we call Average. Entering tops every year, but never winning, I guess."

"Never underestimate our opponents, buddy," Aegon said, munching on some snacks. "But these games are getting boring now."

"You're probably the only one on this," Xavier rolled his eyes. "Get a life, Lil brother."

"Stop right there, you sick freak!" Aegon threw the empty packet of snacks at Xavier and said. "Who is your Lil bro?"

"We are brothers, right?" Xavier asked in full seriousness.

"You insist on it, so yes you're my self-proclaimed brother." Aegon nodded.

As if not hearing what he said, Xavier smiled and said, "I am older than you, obviously you're little brother. It's such simple math, Lil Brother."

Aegon stared at his cheeky grin for a second before turning towards Elara, "Please abandon him in next matches."

Elara blinked in surprise, as she didn't expect them to drag her in their useless conversation all of a sudden. Still, she gave an apologetic smile to Xavier and said, "I'm sorry."

"Hey! Am I not your friend too? Why such special treatment to this brat?" Xavier cried out.

"Don't fight losing battles, Xav," Cali chuckled from the side. "You know, she will always side with Gon."

Elara flashed a silly smile and then looked away. Rosa, who sat on her side, grumbled before looking away too. For some reason, she seemed even more annoyed now.

"Anyways, this guy here is the youngest one so technically, he's everyone's little brother," Xavier declared, as he stood up on his chair.

"Not mine!" Rosa's voice popped up instantly. "He's my Future Hubby, the love of my life."

"This reminds me, are you two going to continue this stale relationship?" Xavier asked, turning towards Aegon. "Be a man, dude and handle it. You know your relationship status needs some work."

"I plan to do that once the games are over," Aegon said, giving secret glances at Elara who tried to act nonchalant but he could still see her flushed cheeks.

Aegon couldn't help but smile, and then sigh as reality came crashing down on him. He then said, "First, I'll need to do a few things."

"Just don't mess them up," Xavier patted his shoulders and slumped back down the chair. "And if you need a shoulder to cry after rejection, your big brother is always here."

"Why did he suddenly get this big brother obsession?" Aegon asked, confused.

"Expecting logic from a no-brainer man is stupid, Little Gon." Cali shrugged in response. "He probably smoked some drugs you were developing."

Xavier's lips twitched hearing their discussion. Just as he was about to go on a rampage, they noticed something flashing on the screen.

Everyone turned to look at it and smiled. Their next opponent was announced. House Montana, the Merchant Association's sponsored House.

They hoped to meet the difficult opponents later so they could save energy and tricks, and it seemed luck worked in their favour.

While House Montana was powerful, they could still handle it without exposing more of their secrets.

"Hmm, how about we speed run this match?" Aegon said, smiling in interest.

"What about not underestimating our opponents?" Xavier was speechless, but still asked.

"Don't strain your little brain with thoughts. Your liquid intelligence isn't enough for this," Aegon shook his head and said.

"Wha—? What do you mean liquid intelligence?" Xavier asked, feeling insulted even though he didn't understand it.

Others snickered beside him, but no one said anything, making him more frustrated.

"In any case, spam slow effects when their jungler is about to kill the creeps and use your Nerve Arrow to steal the kills and buffs," Aegon explained properly.

"Won't I die quickly in their Domain?" Xavier asked, perplexed on his stupid plan.

"Just run fast," Aegon shrugged. "You have your Explosive soaps so just throw them."

"Hmm! This can work!" Xavier mumbled to himself, a grin forming on his face as he imagined the scenario.

"I'll hold onto Gold Lane alone then. Defense shouldn't be a problem, but offense will be tough without support," Elara said.

"It's enough!" Aegon smiled and said. "We'll harass and make them frustrated. Then we win. I've seen their matches and they'll fall for this."

With that, they entered their next match against House Montana. Previous matches allowed them to warm up and get used to the games, so now they were deadlier than ever.

Defeating Gabriel gave them a boost of confidence, while the enemies feared them. Aegon used this to his advantage too.

The match went smoothly just as he planned. The enemies were powerful, but their teamwork sucked so Aegon used this to their advantage and made plans.

With the Jungler not leveling up because of Xavier's meddling, they easily took the Turtle all three times. As for other lanes, it was easily covered up too.

Elara, being the deadly and terrifying Archer she was, defended her Lane and even killed the enemy's Gold Laner a few times which increased the pressure on them.
