"you don't look like someone who almost kicked the bucket." Soren said when he saw the slight smile on Marta face.

Marta was conscious again, her wounds has been healed by Luna, and after learning that Lucian did a CPR to save her life she couldn't stop blushing at the thought that Lucian kiss her, except that she wasn't awake to witness it.

"It's a beautiful day. There are a lot of reasons to smile." Marta voice out in a excited voice, still immense in her own imagination of Lucian.

"Lucian is still being hunted, that damned creatures isn't dead yet, there is no reason to smile." Luna spoke out in a grave tone.

"The thought of that returning makes me feel scared." Reed admitted.

A dark look fills Soren face as he thought of the Ghuoit, if the Ghuoit was dead he would have mocked Reed for his honest confession.

The sun was beginning to go down as the evening approaches, Lucian felt a presence behind him as he eavedrop on his teammates conversation. He felt bad for Marta condition and blame himself for it, however casting his feelings aside, Lucian turned around and saw the Ghuoit cloudy body begins to form, just as he had suspected.

Deciding not to let his teammates get involved with the creature again, Lucian slowly move away from where he was hiding, knowing that the creature will only focus on him and won't attack the others as long as they didn't raise their blade against it.

"Where is the Captain?" Marta asked, finding it weird that Lucian was taking too much time to scout the area for any dangerous beast that could hurt them.

"Stop worrying so much about Lucian." Luna said, "he can take care of himself." She shut her eyes and let herself relax against the soft grass on the the ground.

Marta raise to her feet, "I have a bad feeling about this."

Reed flinch at Marta ominous feeling.

"I'm going to search for the captain." Marta announced.

Soren raise to his feet and follow her with lazy step. He didn't think anything was wrong until he noticed the aggressive sword mark on a tree close to where they were camping in. "The captain in danger!" He shouted and quicken his pace to seriously search for Lucian.

Luna groan and followed. Reed didn't want to be left alone and followed after Luna.

Marta activated her magic and sent out a huge boulder against the Ghuoit when she saw it clashing blade against Lucian.

The Ghuoit easily dodge Marta attack and then turn it attention to her but Lucian quickly stood at the Ghuoit front, blocking it view from Marta while it trust his blade at the creature head. Although it blade went through the creature head, it wasn't enough to kill it.

Lucian jump backwards when the creature was about to slash by his side with it blades.

"Stand down!" he shouted at Marta, he didn't want her and anyone else to fight his battles for him again. He hated the after feeling he felt whenever they got hurt because of him. Lucian didn't want to care for anyone but himself in Hlasked, and yet somehow, the team he had form has managed to sneak a place for themselves into his cold calculative heart.

Marta raise her blade and then Lucian glared at her.

Luna place a calm hand on Marta shoulder, "let him fight alone." But Marta angrily shrugged her hand off, Luna didn't understand why Marta was so eager to face the cloud like creature again when she had almost die the last time.

'Could it be that Marta has feelings for Lucian?' Luna thought and then felt amused because she couldn't see the possibility of anyone falling in love with Lucian current raw personality that was unpleasant, and didn't carry the same flawless attributes he display to everyone in highschool. If some of his fan girls some the way he was now, their feelings for him will died.

Marta felt unsettled as she watched Lucian fight against the Ghuoit without any help. Each blow he receives felt like a punch to Marta in the gut, it increases her heart beat and made her feel breathless. "Captain!" She called out, about to move but is suddenly stop by Lucian next words.

"If you disobey my orders, I'm going to remove you from the team!" Lucian said, he was exhausted and would have long fallen down if not for his regenerative ability.

'those he really has to go that far?' Luna thought, cursing Lucian. She looked at Marta, expecting her to be hurt but the stubborn expression on Marta face said otherwise.

"Are we really going to just stand here and watch while the Captain fight on his own?!" Marta asked angrily as she turned to the others. Her sword slice through the air, "I'm going to fight by the captain side!" Angry fears filled her eyes as she thought of Lucian words she had wanted to ignore.

'I won't regret it if you kick me out of the team because I chose to fight by your side Captain, watching you get beat up while feeling powerless to do anything is more painful than your hurtful words Captain!' Marta rush towards the Ghuoit, holding her blade with both hands.

Luna and Soren follow after her. Soren stop when he realized that Reed wasn't behind them.

Reed hesitated to pick his blade and couldn't look at Soren in the eye.

"I guess you are right." Soren frown at Reed, his voice bitter. "You aren't part of the team."

Marta use her magic to bring out sharp shards to stone, using it to distract the Ghuoit while she jumped in the air to cut it down. But the Ghuoit move faster than Marta, it evaded Lucian sword, jump and kick Marta in the face, and then ran it strange cloudy blade over her in one strong strike.

Soren and Luna stop in their tracks as Marta wounded body hits the ground.

Lucian let out a curse while the Ghuoit move to finish Marta.

'When this is over, I'm removing her from the team.' Lucian thought angrily as he move in speed to pick up Marta body, the Ghuoit blade that was meant for Marta ran through his back.

Quickly Lucian hand Marta over to Luna, "take her and ran away. We are all going to die if we fight against thing together." Lucian had tried all sorts of attacks and yet the Ghuoit refused to die.

'you are going to die if we leave you.' Luna thought, and ran back to where Reed was standing away from the fight, she gave a little healing to Marta to stop her bleeding because there was no time. The thought of Lucian dying sink in and filled Luna with fear. She move with Soren and returned back to Lucian.

"The hell?" Lucian turned his back against the Ghuoit, angry that his teammates came back.

The Ghuoit clear Lucian off his foot and before he could struck Lucian in the heart, Lucian rolled away and mistakenly hit his head against a rock, losing consciousness because of his fatigue.

Soren pick Lucian up while he ran away with Luna. They hide themselves in a bush.

"Hurry, we don't have much time!" Luna eyed the Ghuoit through the little opening in the bush while Soren changed his clothes with Lucian.
