Everyone gathered at the academy grounds and Amon saw the students line up before they walked into a portal.

"A man made portal… doesn't it take a huge amount of mana to keep it active?" he asked as he turned to look at professor cabbage who was standing close by.

"Well, all the academies put their money together to set this event up. We have more than enough money to splurge on something like this." he said as he patted one of his student's back, "Get a move on, all of you."

Amon nodded and glanced at his own group, only to look away after making eye contact with Mikayla and Elena.

Once the academy's tournament was done, they wanted their share of love and they weren't really happy at the moment.

Letting out a soft sigh, Amon followed the others through the portal.

Once he came to the other side, he looked around to see a clear area which was surrounded by huge trees.

'A forest…' he mused before he turned around to see his team follow behind him.

There were stalls set up around the perimeter, which made Amon squint his eyes.

He immediately opened up his system and tried accessing the market, only to find it greyed out like it would be whenever he was inside a dungeon.

'Is this a dungeon?' he thought as he walked around.

A few minutes later, the gate behind him closed and a platform floated up into the air. He looked up to see the headmaster of his academy standing with four other people.

'Hmm… what's the sect master of the Venomous Spider Sect, which means that the Muscle King is here somewhere too.' Amon thought as he looked around while Elena looped her arms around his and hugged him.

"Everyone, welcome." one of the academy headmasters' voice reverberated in the air before it found it's frequency.

Even those who stood at the farthest could hear him well.

"As many of you might have noticed already, this is a dungeon. A world dungeon at A rank. It's unique compared to other dungeons since it has monsters at all ranks.

"The environment is a mix of a forest, swamps and the ocean so I hope everyone can find a good place to camp.

"Everyone will be expected to hand in all your equipment. Everything except storage items that have a storage space of less than or equal to ten meter cube.

"During this event, the usage of coins will be banned and if we find out that one of you has been using them, you will be disqualified first and then punished severely.

"Now that we have the rules our of the way, I'll explain about the set up here. Everyone will get physical coins, a thousand of them each. Feel free to use them to buy anything in the stalls you see.

"Currently, there are only a few stalls with owners. Most of them are empty, which means you can sell things you have on you to earn more coins.

"While I did say that equipment is forbidden, we'll only be confiscating them after a week's time. You can use this week to sell your equipment and buy something else. If it's bought with the coins given, you can use it."

Zhou Qingyan interrupted the guy as he took a step forward and looked down at the crowd, his eyes scanning everyone's faces.

"You cannot sell your equipment to those who are from the same academy. I know how smart you all are, finding loopholes instantly. You cannot sell things for 1 coin and buy it back. We will be monitoring every single one of you."

Amon heard groans all around him and smiled slightly as he had the same idea too. Shaking his head, he looked up at the headmasters again.

"Right, good rule to add." the guy said before clearing his throat, "So, where was I… Right."

"Before we start everything, we'll have some people go through your equipment and everything you have before we allow anyone to set up a stall and trade.

"The trading time will go on for a week like I mentioned before and while you'll be allowed to continue trading, every team has to meet a certain quota."

"You will all receive points for killing a monster based on it's rank and value and these points can be exchanged for coins. The quota will increase each day and if you do not meet the daily quota, you will not be allowed to sell anything here.

"Lastly, this is just round one. It'll last for five weeks and rewards will be given to those with higher points. Both professors and students can participate in the event like always and I hope you can all show how much you've improved from last year.

"Good luck. You'll all need it."

Amon looked away from the speaker and saw the people walking in a certain direction towards eighteen people.

They formed lines and Amon followed along. He had to wait for two whole hours before it was his turn and he got to the front, the masked person simply looked at him for a few seconds.

While that happened, Amon glanced at the sign beside him and sighed.

"Please leave all your items here. I'll store them safely in a vault. If you are in a team, please tell me so I can use a team vault."

Amon nodded and put all of his equipment on the ground while his teammates did the same.

He turned to look at Patrick and thought for a moment, "Do you guys want to do this event with me or do it separately? The party limit is six so I'll only be able to take one of you."

"Just one?" Patrick frowned as he looked at Amon, Nyx, Mikayla and Elena.

Amon nodded as he looked at the invisible person he could sense with Mana weaver.

"Mona's right here… just weirdly addicted to staying invisible for some reason."

"Well, the more I use my skill, the faster I can level it up." she said as she stopped using her invisibility and smiled before tossing her equipment along with Amon's.
