(It is quiet unfortunate that a lot of the enemy soldiers managed to escape, but I've had managed to secure more than enough sacrifices.)

(I've obtained a lot of DP and most importantly, both materials and weapons, including some of the more interesting things like these weird axes.) – thought Thauma as it was inspecting the axes that once belonged to the beastman general.

(Black iron is far superior compare regular iron.)

(Not only that, its mana conductivity is much weaker compare to the regular metals, meaning you could make a special equipped that specializes in fighting against mages.)

(Anyway, these blades are quiet good.) – thought Thauma as it swung down the axe at the nearby detached golem head, easily splitting it two.

(And I'm not talking about black iron alone. The quality of this blade isn't something basic compare to all other weapons that the soldiers were wielding. Hell, even blades wielded by these knights are nothing compare to this.)

(They were wielded by that general, yes? I guess high ranking officers and adventurers do all have high quality weapons.)
