The Noble faction has formed an alliance with the kingdom of Mowiorano kingdom.

This sudden form of partnership has caught the Royal faction completely off guard…. And in the worst possible timing as well.

Why?

The forces of the Royal faction were completely split apart, allowing the Mowiorano kingdom's forces to easily land a critical blow on the entire kingdom of Garmfon by not only taking a part of the kingdom for themselves, but also crushing one part of the split forces belonging to the Garmfon kingdom.

Obviously, the king of the Garmfon sent his messengers, demanding an explanation for this sudden act of aggression…. But in response to that the Mowiorano kingdom instead demanded the kingdom Garmfon's surrender, specifically, the surrender of the Royal faction.

"Dammit! The fuck is going on here!?" – shouted the king Alex Garmvoa as a sudden meeting was called.

"Considering how they attacked us in these past days…... And how it started…. They were preparing for this war in secret for some time." – replied general Oranox Bearmight.

"We were fully focused on keeping the watch on the Noble faction, to the point our neighbor was able to exploit that fact and launch a surprise attack."

"EVEN I BLOODY GET THAT!" – shouted pissed off king.

"The thing I want to know the most would be 'WHY'?! Why is the kingdom of Mowiorano supporting that corrupted piece of shit Duke Ash?!"

"That is the part I completely don't get!"

"Black mail?! Hostage?! Just why would Mowiorano kingdom of all the kingdoms side with him?!"

(Mowiorano is a peaceful kingdom that is major made out of members of the elven species.)

(They are not warmongers or anything.)

(They are self-sustaining nor they have any real problems with monsters.)

(They are perfectly peaceful kingdom that has a solid trade line between us and other kingdom.)

(Nothing is straight up pointing towards them wanting or benefit from this war…. So why are they here in the first place?!)

"Sir…. I'm also extremely confused about the actions taken by the Mowiorano kingdom, but right now we have no choice but to fight." – said general.

"…"

"You said something before about our forces not being able to move…... What did you meant by that?" – asked king as he tried somewhat calm himself.

"…The…... The Noble faction tactic… I finally understand it." – replied the general.

"They were planning on splitting our forces to not buy time, but just force us to move."

"This is the reason why our forces are unable to pick up the fight with Mowiorano kingdom, we are just getting picked off."

"We did reduced the number of the soldiers that the Noble faction had under their control, but they still have some soldiers left, enough to harass us in annoying way."

"If we want to stop Mowiorano kingdom army, we need to recall our forces, but if we do that, the Noble faction will have an opening to strike."

"Sir…. As much as it annoys me to admit it, there is no way we can defend to capital city."

"At this rate, the capital city will be taken over by the traitors…. We need to evacuate."

Without even giving a moment of rest, the forces of the Mowiorano kingdom did not stopped their march of conquest.

They ventured further and further into the kingdom of Garmfon and slew any soldiers that stood in their way.

The Royal faction obvious tried doing something…... But it was too much for them to deal with both Noble faction and their new enemies at the same time, while also having their forces split in multiple location.

In the end? The alliance has managed to not only reach the capital city but also conquer it.

The Duke Ash strategy had completely succeeded, giving the best possible outcome for the Noble faction.

And this wasn't the end.

After the capital city was conquered, Duke Ash made a public speech to the people of the kingdom, declaring himself as a new king of the Garmfon king.

But obviously, the true king of Garmfon kingdom was still alive, as he managed to evacuate just in time…... However, this evacuation obviously damaged the reputation and symbol of the Royal faction.

And Duke Ash, or more exactly King Ash coronation could be seen as statement:

"We have won."

Obviously the war was still going, so that statement didn't made sense at first…... But as the days went by, it became apparent why King Ash made this statement.

The forces of the Royal faction were falling apart left and right.

The schemes of the Duke Ash and the reinforcements from the Mowiorano kingdom were able to strike again and again the Royal faction, not allowing them to recover at all as the alliance pushed forward.

This not only caused the Royal faction to lose more grounds, but also the support from their own people as the faither and trust that the civilians had entrusted to the Royal faction stated diminishing, causing more commoners and nobles to start changing sides

Control was slipping out of the Royal faction control, and so was their territory.

It was straight up going downhill for the Royal faction as their forces were being hunted down throughout the whole kingdom.

And as even more days has passed, almost the entire kingdom of the Garmfon was taken over by the alliance.

The only small part of the kingdom that was still under Royal faction control was straight up less to nothing…... And so, the Noble faction has declared their victory officially.

"People of the Garmfon kingdom!" – shouted Duke Ash out of the castle balcony as a citizens of the capital city gathered around in the city square.

"We have won!"

"The corrupted crown!"

"The traitorous general!"

"All of them had been removed from the power!"

"These bastards wanted to enslave their own kingdom!? Make them weak preys!?"

"No!"

"We won't allow it!"

"The kingdom of Garmfon will never fall!"

"It will instead rise up and be reborn as one of the strongest nations in the entire continent!"

"This is our right!"

"This is our destiny!"

The "New Garmfon" kingdom was established under the rule of the newly appointed king, King Ash.

And as King Ash took control over the kingdom, he declared the run-away king, general and their loyalist as the traitors and terrorist to the kingdom, setting up bounties offering generous rewards for the surviving members of the Royal faction as well as the members of the royal family that were still on the loose.

The war was now truly over.

With one swift and precise move.

With this one move, one directed by the King Ash, the alliance was able to not only turn the situation around once again, but also make the entire flow of battle go straight up down hill for the Royal faction, resulting in their crushing defeat.

"And they will speak in the legends about this." – said King Ash as the new leaders of the Garmfon kingdom had gathered.

"I've told you!"

"I've told you all! I've promised you that it wouldn't even take a year for us to take over the kingdom!"

"And here I'm delivering my promise! Keeping my word!"

"Look at us!"

"If it wasn't for me, none of you would be able to even sit here! In this hall!"

"So you all better remember this, and work so you can prove yourself to the people, in order for nobody to even question your might…. Got it?" – stated King Ash as the nobles began unanimity agreeing with new king.

"Good…. Good."

"Well, the reason why I've called you all here is simple."

"It isn't about me boosting or anything, but more about our current finical situation."

"I know, I know."

"We just ended the war and all, but that doesn't mean all of our problems are gone."

"If anything, we have few new problems."

"The first problem control."

"Many territories or settlements are still now acknowledging our rule."

"And that critically influences our financial situation."

"The other problem is the soldiers."

"We have lost a lot of men, from both sides."

"And that allows the bandits and other bastards to roam around…... Which also influences our income."

"And there are also the remains of the Royal faction that are still on the lose."

"Obviously we currently attacking the very last territory where that bastard bear is holing up, possible with the king."

"But a lot of the Royal faction members are still on the loose, with some of them definitely trying to infiltrate our new and reborn kingdom."

"Meaning, that the kingdom may end up going bankrupt." – said King Ash as the entire room was instantly filled with confusion, doubt and fear.

"So yea…. We have a lot of work to do, if you all want to keep your positions of power and not have all of us end up on the streets."

"Here is what we will do."

"We need to retake the control of our kingdom as soon as possible."

"Deal with the rebels, bandits and monsters that are currently going on the rampage."

"Reinforce our authority by any means necessary."

(Honestly, I knew that the control over kingdom would be…. Messy… But this is way beyond my expectation.) – thought king Ash.

(Dammit! I've was trying to take over the kingdom as soon as possible by any means necessary…. But I wasn't expecting to now deal with such massive financial problem.)

(Honestly, we need to deal with this problem as soon as possible, or we may end up straight up collapsing right after taking over.)

(It is for the best for us to deal with this problem now, before our "allies" notice our situation.)

(They maybe idiots, but I doubt that all of them are brainless morons who wouldn't see the truth of the situation.)
