MMORPG: Rebirth of the Legendary TimeKeeper

Chapter 125: Blessing: The Circle of Life

"Moie anl aenogen a lm anoa n oae jngoba bgoaeb. Lkeam la ijfea no. anoena. Aelkmaf lkn. aneaoun. aea. Nea aeo. Eaoh. leogha. kAgouah. meoahu. Ao. (In this temple of time, I stand here, in its Garden after time, along with those who stood with me and those who walked with me. We have restored its beauty. We have recreated its originality. And we did it with happiness and joy. So look after me. Look after us in times of desperation. Protect us in times of difficulty. Or if that is not possible. Give me the power to stand on my own. So that I can protect them when they need my help. So that I can stand with them for a very long time. Have mercy." I prayed with a deep look on my face.

[You have started the ritual of Time in the Ancient Garden of Time!]

[Checking for conditions!]

[The Garden is 100% Clean!]

[The Garden 100% matches its original look!]

[The Garden of Time is joyous!]

[5 out of 12 rewards have been bestowed!]

[You have cleared the hidden conditions to obtain the Blessing of the Garden of Time!]

[The Blessing of the Garden of Time would be bestowed upon the user now!]

I couldn't obtain this one previously.

It was the best reward that the Garden of Time could give you, but the conditions to clear it were rather crude. I mean, I did clean the garden to the best of my ability last time, but by the time I figured out everything, it was a little late.

Plus, the Garden of Time wasn't joyous at all when I tried activating it in my previous time. It was rather showing its depressed side, which made me wonder if that was how it was supposed to be. Or perhaps there was a quest regarding the mood of the Garden of Time.

Still, I wasn't able to find any, even after searching for it three times all over the temple.

I am glad I brought them along with me. I smiled as I looked at the rest of the players before observing the changes happening around me.

The wind circled around me slowly, while the birdbath began glowing. The surroundings shook as the energy-dense air began connecting with my body, filling it with Vigor. And lastly, as the connection was formed, I could feel a calm, cooling sensation that began around me and soon spread all over my body.

[You have received the Blessing: The Circle of Life]

[Blessing: The Circle of Life(SS)

Description: Blessed by the Garden of Time, you have achieved a feat that many mortals and immortals would crave to have. You have done something that was near impossible to achieve in ways that even the Saints would be awed.

The Garden of Time is an ancient entity connected to a direct branch of Yggdrasil, the ancient tree of life. Being connected to the direct branch, it can also perform all except three functions of the Ancient Tree, and can give you the items and blessings of the highest order if you manage to get on its good side.

Effects:

+ Increase the Constitution of the user by 100%

+ When the HP is below 50%, the user's HP regeneration will increase by 5 times.

+ When the HP is above 50%, the user's MP regeneration will increase by 5 times.

+ If the user gets a life-threatening attack, the attack will be negated, and the user's HP will be restored to 100%. (This can be activated only once a week)

+ If the user dies, he can revive with 50% of his max health points. (This can be activated only once a month)]

This is neat. It almost replaces my need for bringing any MP, HP regeneration, or Constitution item. Or anything health-based. I smiled from ear to ear as I looked at the blessing. It was great as it gave me an extra life, or perhaps two.

Other than that, it also covered one of my weaknesses, as I could get one-hit KOed by many monsters and players if someone managed to sneak up on me. Despite how much I have polished my skills, there are indeed many people who can damage me if they decide to go all out against me. It was something that I would always need to be careful of.

At that time, having a good Constitution would obviously be a huge advantage.

Still. Compared to what others have got… It's comparable. Just slightly better. Though, because it's a blessing, I believe I should be happy to have it. I thought as I then turned back and moved closer to the rest of the party.

In the entire game, Blessings were the only thing that wasn't capped or limited.

Skills were limited to Classes, and more often than not, they were capped at different levels depending upon the class, subclass, and race you had picked. Like two people can have a [Thrust] Skill, but one can only have a basic if he does not have a combat class, while the other can get it maxed out with the right set of combat classes.

As for the Items, they were expendables. That was the reason I did not choose the other six of the twelve rewards, which had better functions but were simply usable items that would be exhausted after a couple of times.

As for the [Artificial Mana Channels] that G got, it was an Advancement. Honestly, a good one in this case. But I had some other Advancements planned for the future, something that would match my Class more than what this one could have gotten me.

Moving closer to the party, I saw the excited look on their faces, waiting for me to show what I had received.

"It's comparable to what the rest of you have gotten," I smiled as I showed the description of the Blessing. Though surprised, they weren't as taken aback as they had expected. Perhaps they thought that it would be too over the top; their expectations made them feel like this wasn't good enough…

And all I could do was watch with an amused look on my face.
