A month and a half later, Ellie, Maya, Lena, and Amy were helping Megan tidy up the dining room when suddenly, "crrs," Lena froze. She looked down and saw a lot of water running from between her legs. Her face immediately changed, and she started feeling pain in her abdomen.

"Um... guys... I-I think it's time," Lena said.

Ellie, Maya, Amy, and Megan immediately looked at Lena. Their faces instantly became panicked as they watched Lena stagger and hold onto the wall. Megan immediately took action and helped Lena.

"Quick, Ellie, call a shared ride! We have to get to the hospital. Lena is going into labor," Maya yelled.

"Y-yes, just a second," Ellie stammered, holding her smartphone in a panic.

"Let's get the clothes ready first. Come on, Maya," Amy urged, pulling Maya's hand.

Amy and Maya rushed out of the room. Then Aaron, Clara, Fiona, and Iris came into the dining room because Ryan, who had witnessed everything, had called them.

"Huh... Big Sister Lena is having the baby?" Clara asked.

"Yeah, Big Sister Ellie... why are you just standing there?" Aaron asked, walking up to Ellie.

Aaron immediately took the smartphone from Ellie's panicked hand since she couldn't call the shared ride. Aaron quickly booked it and returned the smartphone while Fiona and Iris helped Megan watch over Lena. A short time later, Amy and Maya returned bringing a bag containing Lena's clothes. They watched Lena, who was breathing in and out rapidly, following Megan's directions.

Not long after, the car arrived. Aaron went out to speak with the driver, while Clara helped carry the bags to the car, assisted by Fiona and Iris. Finally, Megan helped Lena, along with Ellie, get into the car. They immediately left for the hospital first. Aaron called Dylan, who was working in construction and looking for a location to start his own company.

"Big Brother, Big Sister Lena is at the hospital now; she's in labor. Hurry to the hospital," Aaron said.

"Huh... what? Alright, I'm heading straight to the hospital," Dylan replied.

"Good, I'll follow with the others," Aaron replied.

Aaron turned around, but his eyes immediately widened because he saw Amy looking pale and weak while holding her stomach.

"Big Sister Amy... don't tell me you, too," Aaron said.

"Um... I don't know, but I feel a little strange. I think I'm going to rest inside for a bit," Amy said, turning and walking into the living room.

"I don't think she's going today too. She's just over-excited. It's fine, don't worry about it," Maya said.

"Alright, let's go to the hospital too," Aaron said, pulling out his smartphone.

Aaron immediately ordered a shared ride, while Clara held the shoulders of Fiona and Iris in front of her. Fiona and Iris turned back to look at Clara.

"We'll have a little baby sibling soon, right, Big Sister?" Fiona asked.

"Is Big Sister Lena going to push out her tummy contents, Big Sister?" Iris asked.

"Nng... how to explain this, Big Sister Lena is having a baby, yes, we'll have a little baby soon... but not a sibling... a nephew or niece... ugh... why is this so hard to explain," Clara muttered, confused with herself.

"Wow... I wonder if it's a girl or a boy?" Fiona asked.

"I want a girl," Fiona answered her own question.

"A boy, we already took the gender test yesterday. My baby will be a girl, Ellie's is a boy, and Amy's is a girl, too," Maya replied, stroking Fiona and Iris's heads.

Not long after, the car arrived, and they immediately left for the hospital. Meanwhile, Dylan raced his motorcycle quickly toward the hospital.

"Calm down, Dylan, don't panic," Paul said in Dylan's head.

"How can I be calm? This is the first time I've ever been this panicked. Ugh, why are the streets so crowded today?" Dylan said, panicking.

"I know and I understand exactly how you feel, but if something happens to you, your wife will be sad, right? Relax, cool your head. Trust me," Paul said.

Dylan took a deep breath and let it out to calm himself. The road he was on was slightly jammed because of road repairs near the traffic light. Then he immediately contacted Ellie, who was on her way to the hospital, using his thoughts.

"Ellie, please go to the motorcycle parking lot," Dylan said.

"Huh... why? Lena is already in the delivery room. Where are you?" Ellie asked.

"That's why I need you to go to the parking lot. I'm going to teleport to you," Dylan replied.

"Oh, okay," Ellie replied.

Dylan sighed again because once his mind cleared, he remembered he could go straight to the hospital without navigating the traffic jam. Then Ellie told Dylan she was already at the parking lot. Without further delay, Dylan teleported to the parking lot and appeared right next to Ellie, along with Paul. Paul then walked off to find a parking spot on his own while Dylan and Ellie went inside. They immediately went straight to the delivery room, guided by a nurse.

Dylan went straight in with the nurse after putting on sterile attire, while Ellie waited outside with Megan. Not long after, Maya, Amy, Clara, Aaron, Fiona, and Iris arrived and approached Ellie and Megan. Inside, Dylan sat next to Lena, holding her hand. Lena's body was covered in sweat, her breathing was ragged, and her hair was completely messy. The doctor and nurses kept giving Lena instructions. Dylan kept encouraging Lena, who was breathing in and out with tears streaming down her face.

"Come on... just a little more... push," the doctor said.

"Hggggh," Lena pushed, gripping Dylan's hand tightly.

Not long after, "waaaah," the doctor pulled the baby out, immediately cut the umbilical cord, and handed him to a nurse who quickly cleaned and swaddled the baby. Dylan and Lena, still panting, looked genuinely happy to see the cute baby who had just arrived and looked very healthy.

"Congratulations, your baby boy, weighing 3.4 kg and 48 cm long, is born, even though he was estimated to arrive about a week from now. But the baby is healthy," the doctor said, handing the baby to Lena, who was now resting against the bed.

"Thank you, Doctor," Dylan said, still staring at the baby in Lena's hands.

"Hooof... I finally gave birth, hehe. Try holding him, babe," Lena said.

"Me?" Dylan asked.

"Yes, of course, who else? Please take him from my hands; I'm still weak," Lena said.

Dylan stood up and slowly took his child and held him. For the first time, Dylan felt what it was like to hold a baby, and when he looked at the face, he realized he had become a father. Without realizing it, tears welled up, and he smiled softly. Lena, leaning back and still pale, looked at Dylan with a wide smile. Then Dylan gave the baby back to the nurse to be placed in an incubator briefly to warm up again, and the nurse took the baby to the newborn nursery. Dylan returned to sit next to Lena, holding her hand and stroking her forehead.

"Thank you," Dylan said, kissing Lena's forehead.

"I should be thanking you," Lena replied, smiling.

Suddenly, the delivery room door opened. A different nurse rushed in and immediately approached Dylan and Lena.

"Um... excuse me, are you Mr. Dylan?" the other nurse asked.

"Yes, I am. What is it?" Dylan asked.

"Um... Mrs. Amy just fainted. She is now in the emergency room. I was asked to inform you," the nurse said.

"Huh... what?" Dylan asked, standing up immediately.

"Alright, I'll go there first, sir. Thank you," the nurse replied.

The nurse immediately ran out of the delivery room. Dylan looked worried but felt conflicted because he couldn't leave Lena alone either. So, he made a Clone of himself since the delivery room was currently empty.

"KATS, please check the situation there. I can't leave Lena," Dylan said.

Dylan's Clone ran out of the delivery room and crossed paths with a nurse. When the nurse went back into the delivery room to move Lena to a private room, she was shocked to see Dylan still sitting next to Lena.

"Wait... wasn't that... oh," the nurse muttered, confused, pointing at Dylan then turning to look at the delivery room door, which was tightly closed.

Meanwhile, in the emergency room, a doctor came out of the curtained bay after examining Amy. The doctor's face looked normal.

"For now, it's best if Mrs. Amy stays hospitalized. She will likely deliver her baby in another day or two. What just happened was her experiencing early contractions. We will continue to monitor her," the doctor said.

"Okay, Doctor," replied Dylan, who was actually a Clone.

"Alright, I'll be leaving now," the doctor said.

"Thank you, Doctor," Dylan replied.

The doctor walked to the emergency room exit. Dylan peeked inside the curtain and saw Amy lying on the bed.

[Do you want to switch, sir?]

"Yes, switch first. Please watch over Lena, she's sleeping now," Dylan said.

KATS and Dylan immediately swapped bodies. Then Dylan walked into the bay and sat down next to Amy.

"Hey," Amy said, acknowledging Dylan with a smile.

"Hey, are you alright?" Dylan asked, stroking Amy's forehead.

"I'm fine. How is Lena? Is the baby born?" Amy asked.

"Yes, Lena has been moved to a room to rest. A healthy, cute baby boy. We'll see him in the nursery later," Dylan said.

"Hehe, okay, but I think I'll be next soon," Amy replied.

"Yes, now you rest first, okay?" Dylan replied.

"Yes, babe," Amy replied.

The two immediately kissed. Then Dylan used telepathy to tell the others to go to the nursery to see his first child.
