After seeing Lena's baby in the nursery, Ellie, Maya, Aaron, Clara, Fiona, and Iris went home while Dylan stayed at the hospital with Megan assisting him. Aaron was going to return to the hospital later to bring the rest of Lena's clothes and Amy's clothes after Ellie and Maya had picked them out.
Lena had been moved to a private hospital room, sharing it with Amy, who was also admitted since she was just waiting for her delivery. Dylan sat between his two wives' beds, leaning back against the cupboard while holding both of his wives' hands on his right and left.
"Have you chosen a name?" Lena asked.
"Have you?" Dylan asked.
"Um... actually, yes," Lena replied.
"Tell us, so it doesn't clash with mine," Amy chimed in, relieved.
"I want to name my baby boy Caleb, or Catharina, called Cathy, if it were a girl. Since it's a boy, I named him Caleb. Do you agree, babe?" Lena asked.
"Oh, that's different from what I was thinking, thank goodness," Amy blurted out, relieved.
"Hmm... Caleb, huh... I like it... Caleb Morgan, nice," Dylan said, smiling.
"Good. We'll name our first child Caleb, then," Lena replied.
"Okay, I'll tell the nurse right now to write down the name while there aren't any other babies in the nursery yet," Dylan replied, standing up.
"Okay, please do," Lena replied, smiling and releasing Dylan's hand.
"Yes. Do you want to put in your requests, Amy?" Dylan asked, turning to his side.
"Hmm... sure. While you're at it, if it's a boy, Theodor, calling him Theo, if it's a girl, Tania," Amy answered.
"Wait... if I recall correctly from the gender screening, our baby is a girl, right? So Tania," Dylan said.
"I won't believe the screening until the baby's out, so just put both down for now," Amy replied, shaking her head.
"Hmm, okay, even though it was proven right with Lena?" Dylan asked.
"Yes, even though it was proven right. It's okay, right?" Amy replied.
"It's fine, sure. Well, I'll step out for a minute," Dylan replied.
"Okay, hurry back, I get a little nervous if I'm just with Lena," Amy replied.
"Hey... what's that supposed to mean," Lena retorted.
"Yeah, yeah, just a minute," Dylan replied.
Dylan walked out of the room to see the nurse at the counter and register his son's name. Meanwhile, Lena turned to look at Amy's large, bulging belly, then looked down at her own stomach.
"Wow, I'm thin again... though there's still a little flab hanging," Lena said, touching her stomach.
"Don't tease me, I'll be thin again soon too. Besides, you're not thin; your cheeks are still puffy, your chest is bigger, and it's wet right now. The conclusion is you're chubby," Amy replied, annoyed.
Lena immediately touched her two puffy cheeks, then touched her chest, which was indeed wet again and had definitely gotten bigger. Her face immediately fell, and she turned to look at Amy.
"Why is it wet again? Caleb drank a lot just now, didn't he?" Lena asked.
"Hmm... I don't know either. Maybe once I've delivered, I'll know," Amy replied, stroking her stomach.
"Yeah... you're chunky too, your chest also got bigger. When Dylan gets back, I'm going to ask him to drink straight from the source. Don't be jealous, okay?" Lena teased.
"Grrr... I'll get you back for that," Amy snapped.
Not long after, Aaron opened the door and walked in with Clara. They were carrying two bags, one extra bag for Lena because the previous clothes weren't comfortable enough for the hospital, and one for Amy's clothes. After putting the bags in the cupboard, Clara sat down and held Lena's hand.
"How are you feeling, Big Sister Lena? Does it still hurt?" Clara asked.
"It doesn't hurt anymore, but... there's still an uncomfortable feeling inside... maybe because the habit of carrying Caleb is gone now," Lena replied.
"Oh, the baby's name is Caleb, huh? Where's Big Brother Dylan, by the way?" Aaron asked.
"He's registering the name at the nurses' station, and sorting out the birth certificate too," Lena replied.
"Oh, I see. Big Sister Lena, do you want to change clothes? Your shirt is wet," Aaron said, looking at Lena's chest.
"Oh, this is milk... huh... hey... you saw that?" Lena asked, just realizing and covering her chest.
Clara immediately stood up, pulled Aaron out of the room, and then came back in, leaving Aaron outside.
"Sorry, Big Sister, he didn't mean to be malicious or pervy... he's just blunt," Clara said.
"Lena asked to be sucked, Clara," Amy grumbled.
"Huh... sucked what?" Clara asked, confused.
"Don't listen to her, just ignore her. She's still full of hormones," Lena replied, giving Amy a side-eye.
"Why aren't you wearing a bra, Big Sister?" Clara asked.
"I can't stand it... it gets wet, and when it's constrained, it kinda hurts," Lena replied, holding both of her breasts and looking at them.
"Oh, I see. That sounds rough when you're pregnant," Clara said.
"That's why you shouldn't get pregnant yet," Amy chipped in.
"I know, Big Sister. Aaron and I always use protection, don't worry," Clara said innocently.
Lena and Amy immediately looked at each other with dumbfounded expressions after hearing Clara's statement. Then Lena looked back at Clara with her eyebrows furrowed in the center.
"Are you still... doing that with Aaron?" Lena asked.
"Ugh... um... no... we're not," Clara stammered, realizing she was caught red-handed.
"You just said you and Aaron use protection. Didn't we talk to you two when you had that accident alone at home?" Amy asked.
"Ugh... yes... no, we didn't," Clara replied, looking down.
"Where do you get the protection from?" Lena asked.
"Aaron sometimes buys it or asks Ryan to buy it for him," Clara answered innocently again.
Lena immediately forced herself to sit up, despite being weak. She quickly grabbed Clara's shoulder and held it tightly.
"Busted! Confess! How many times have you done it with Aaron?" Lena demanded.
"What if you get pregnant? You're still only 13. You won't be 14 until next month," Amy added.
"Come on... admit it. Amy and I are still better than Ellie and Maya," Lena said.
"Uuh... sorry," Clara replied.
Finally, because she was relentlessly pressured, Clara spilled everything. Lena and Amy's faces immediately turned red, not from embarrassment, but from anger at what Clara was saying: they did it almost every day. Both of them immediately started giving advice to Clara, who listened resignedly.
Meanwhile, outside the room, Aaron's face, sitting on the waiting room chair in front of the room, suddenly went pale. Clara didn't want to be lectured alone—she opened her telepathy channel to Aaron, so Aaron heard everything because Clara was repeating Lena and Amy's words in his head. Aaron didn't even realize Dylan was standing next to him.
"Hey, why are you out here? Why don't you go into the room?" Dylan asked.
"I'll just stay out here, Big Brother," Aaron replied curtly and looked down.
Dylan could see Aaron's pale face and his hands clenched on his knees, trembling. Dylan sat next to Aaron.
"What's wrong? Are you sick? Your face is pale," Dylan asked.
"N-nothing, Big Brother, really," Aaron replied without looking up at Dylan.
"Come inside, what are you waiting for out here anyway? And how did you get here?" Dylan asked.
"I... rode here with Clara... with Paul," Aaron replied incoherently.
"Oh... okay. Are you really not going inside?" Dylan asked.
Aaron shook his head. Dylan sighed, then stood up, and Aaron's head immediately snapped up, his face looking like someone in a horror movie.
"W-where are you going, Big Brother?" Aaron asked.
"Inside. why?" Dylan invited.
Suddenly, Aaron grabbed Dylan's wrist. Of course, Dylan was surprised because Aaron's hand felt cold, and his face was pale as he stared at him.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Dylan asked, intrigued.
"Don't go in, Big Brother... wait a bit," Aaron replied.
"Why not? I was going to tell them the nurse already put Caleb's name on his bassinet in the nursery. Here's the picture," Dylan said, showing his smartphone, which he'd been carrying all along, displaying the photo.
"Oh, right... let's go look together, Big Brother. I want to see," Aaron said.
"No, you can't. Visiting hours there are over. I was only allowed in because I was witnessing Caleb's name being written on the bassinet. That's why I took the picture to show you, right?" Dylan said.
Aaron immediately stood up, then pulled Dylan away from the room. Seeing his brother's pale face and his slightly weird behavior, Dylan stopped and put his hands on his hips, staring at Aaron, who turned back when Dylan stopped.
"Come on, talk to me. What's going on? You're definitely hiding something, aren't you?" Dylan asked.
"N-nothing, Big Brother, really," Aaron stammered.
"Come on, just tell me the truth," Dylan pressed.
Aaron fell silent and looked down. Then he saw Clara come out of the room. He immediately ran past Dylan to approach Clara until Dylan turned around. Then Aaron grabbed Clara's hand—she was looking down and pale—and ran back past Dylan.
"We're going home first, Big Brother," Aaron said.
"Yes, Big Brother, going home first," Clara added.
Both their faces were pale, but they ran toward the exit, going straight out without stopping or saying anything else. Dylan ran a hand through his hair and sighed.
"What's up with them? That was so weird," Dylan replied.
Dylan immediately turned back and walked toward the room, looking at the photo on his smartphone screen that he wanted to show Lena and Amy. As soon as he walked into the room, he was shocked to see Lena and Amy's faces flushed red, breathing heavily as if they had just been fighting or scolding someone.
"Whoa, what happened?" Dylan asked, still oblivious to what was going on, holding up his smartphone screen, which no one paid attention to.
