"Alright, it's done." Grey nodded satisfied, with all of them defeated or dead, the ownership to their provinces or cities have been transferred to grey without any hiccups.

Albert sighed seeing this.

This was true power, he didn't even move yet he had already conquered several provinces in one go.

Of course, Albert would've done the same if he knew these people were corrupt as Grey Lockhart said.

In the end, everything worked out.

"Now that the corrupt elders are dealt with, what will the remaining of you do?" Grey glanced at the remaining elders, his tone calm and casual.

They knew from just one glance that they were frightened at the display of his powers, the only logical move here was to give up their citylordship.

Grey Lockhart might be a kid, but he didn't bat an eye when eliminating his enemies.

"I accept and surrender." One elder finally broke the silence. He came forward and accepted the challenge and then surrendered just as quickly.

He didn't want to get beaten up any further, he was already beat fighting the infernals after all.

Seeing his move, the others immediately acted as well. They didn't think twice and transferred the ownership to Grey.

Of course the stream was naturally watching all this, he had already put it back on.

[I'm really starting to doubt whether our world is a game or not. This is like some sort of game, he's conquering cities and provinces like farming chicken in a farm game.]

They haven't breached it yet so they can't start spanking the city lords. But that should be done in some time as well.

"Since that's the case. I should clear out the high order." Grey grinned.

He thought for a moment and then closed his eyes, immediately several links appeared in front of him.

These links were the drones he hacked, and he could still access and even control them from here, of course the energy that was being expended was high but it was something he could manage at this current stage.

The most high order members were found in deserted cities.

And the closest one was a deserted city known as R-17 City. Surrounding it were several other abandoned cities, Karsen, Veld, Orion Post, and Sector Luma, forming a dead zone of sorts.

There were many corruption fields there too.

However, upon observing more carefully through his link with the infernals, he realized that this place was practically a ghost town. There wasn't a single ordinary person left within the city. Only a handful of high-order members remained.

Since that was the case, there was no reason not to pay it a visit.

Grey moved swiftly.

He shot towards R-17 City without hesitation and after speaking words to Albert.

Several minutes later, he stood above the deserted city.

Infernals were fighting several high order members.

And as soon as he appeared, they stopped fighting and came back towards Grey at his command.

"You bastard! Grey Lockhart! You will die today!" A high order member at the 2nd rank screeched, abyssal energy erupting out from him like a tidal wave.

Grey just simply glanced at him and the person in question turned into a mist of blood.

This was the absolute power of sword intent.

"I really need a soul search skill." Grey shook his head.

Soul search skill was rare, but some people had it, like top evolvers like the city lord or prominent families.

Because of how focused he was on his evolutionary paths, he had completely ignored the need for techniques and skills.

And with the battle with Albert, it was clear what he needed the most right now.

In this battle, he got one defensive and two offensive techniques and spells.

The Ten Rings of Burning Heaven, Great Heavenly Fire Release and Heaven Opening Sword Line.

For defense, Ten Rings of Burning Heaven was already enough; you could keep on creating defensive flower rings as long as you expended energy to bring out more.

Meaning, having another one would make no difference unless it followed a different principle than the Ten rings of burning heaven.

Then there was the Great Heavenly Fire Release, it was extremely potent and it was also based on how much energy one put down to make it possible to use.

Hence, the more energy reserve he had the more power it held, it was not limited to any rank either.

Heaven Opening Sword Line was the same, it required a lot of energy to convert into sword energy and then use sword intent to make it work.

With these, his offensive power was stacked, but he was always welcome for more.
