Wizard Calendar Year 1130, November 30th.
"The Space Collapse Witchcraft has finally been constructed." Lor looked at the black rune model flashing through his Sea of Consciousness, shaking the surrounding space, and let out a sigh of relief.
Constructing this is much more difficult than the Spatial Marking Witchcraft, almost incomparable.
The primary challenge lies in the combination of the vibration structures, and it took him a full ninety years to construct, taking up more than half the time required to complete the full witchcraft.
There is no other choice; without the amplification effect produced by the vibration structure, relying solely on the Spatial Decaying Rune to form the Space Collapse Witchcraft is embarrassingly weak in his simulations, completely unable to meet the demands.
"The next step is the final one, to integrate the Space Collapse Witchcraft with the Great Meteor Technique," Lor thought to himself.
Once this step is accomplished, his foundation for the Fourth Ring will be solidified.
Thereafter, he only needs to simultaneously attempt to construct the Domain to break through to the Fifth Ring while keeping an eye on the progress of the Space Penetration Rune.
If the Space Penetration Rune is completed first, he will proceed to construct the Space Penetration Witchcraft and herald the great era of planes.
If the Space Penetration Rune remains incomplete, it would have to wait until after the Fifth Ring breakthrough.
As for the Time Rune, it can also be delayed for later.

Wizard Calendar Year 1153, April 8th.
Milton Continent, Francis City Pharmaceutical Research Institute, in a medium-sized potion laboratory.
"Squeak, squeak, squeak—"
Rosa picked up a squealing and flailing white mouse from a cage containing thousands, and fed it a drop of blue potion.
"Squeak, squeak—"
The mouse's cries gradually ceased, its struggle softened, and it seemed quite comfortable.
Ten seconds...
Thirty seconds...
Seventy-eight seconds later, blue and red blood began to seep from the mouse's ears, nostrils, eye corners, and mouth, its fur turned blue, its body grew rigid, yet its expression remained relaxed, seemingly oblivious to it all.
"Was the Ice Cliff Grass Juice too much this time?" Rosa sliced open the mouse's body, looking at the solidified blood and blue-red internal organs, instantly identifying the cause of this failure.
She put down the mouse's body, took out a sheepskin scroll, flipped through pages crowded with experimental records, found a blank page, and recorded the reason for this experiment's failure and the duration the mouse endured.
Then she stored the scroll away and began the next round of potion mixing.
She was immersed in studying a breakthrough potion for Spiritual Power, only glancing briefly at the millennial lecture beginning.
In fact, had she submitted her experimental semifinished products to the database, the Honorary Legislator Badge couldn't be guaranteed, but she would definitely earn the first-level Sun Badge below it.
Nevertheless, without obtaining the Honorary Legislator Badge, everything else seemed meaningless to her.
The Sun Badge is insufficient for Speaker Lole to personally bestow upon her, unless she were a Spatial Faction Mage.

Wizard Calendar Year 1167, September 1st.
Francis City, the Energy Furnace Research Institute once again delivered good news.
The Energy Furnace Researchers assigned to study large energy furnaces, building upon Ernie's foundation, have made further advancements and can now manufacture large energy furnaces capable of barely activating a Fourth Ring magic array.
Combining with Speaker Francis's announcement at the millennial council, that once a stable Fourth Ring energy furnace is developed, the Abyssal Sun Project could be initiated, the goal seems tantalizingly close, almost within grasp.

Wizard Calendar Year 1171, March 12th.
Betula Continent, top floor study of the Lor Wizard Tower.
"Congratulations, Lord Lor, all experiments were successful." In the light curtain, Kateya beamed with delight.
"Finally completed." Lor also smiled, "Kateya, give the apprentices who participated in this experiment double the Magic Crystals."
"Yes, Lord Lor." Kateya responded.
"Alright, go on." Lor waved a hand to turn off the light screen, then reviewed the fusion videos from the apprentices, summarizing the experience.
After summarizing the experience, he immersed his Spiritual Power into the Sea of Consciousness, simulating the rune intersections of the Great Meteor Technique and the Space Collapse Witchcraft, rehearsing the fusion.
Everything started smoothly until he attempted to guide the vibration structure of the Space Collapse Rune model, an unexpected event occurred.
The vibration structure remained in a constant state of oscillation, challenging compatibility with the Element intersections of the Great Meteor Technique.
Should the fusion commence incorrectly, this singular error would cause the fusion of two rune models to deviate in unforeseen directions.
"How can I stabilize the vibration structure to blend it with the Great Meteor Technique?" Lor pondered, dismissing the simulated rune intersections, falling deep into thought.
Forcing the fusion was not a viable option; if an accident occurred, it would evolve into a useless attack witchcraft.
A proper resolution must be devised.
"What if I used Spiritual Power to simulate an environment of reverse vibration, can it neutralize the vibrations of the rune structure?" Quickly, Lor conceived a notion.
Upon confirming the viability of this idea, he again solidified a vibration rune structure, attempting to apply Spiritual Power to induce reverse vibration.
An hour later.
"Buzz—buzzing—crackling—"
After numerous attempts, he finally completed a reverberation matching the vibration structure; however, at the instant of synchronization, the vibration structure shattered on the spot.
"Forceful neutralization didn't work out; perhaps I should introduce a buffer between the two." Despite the failed attempt, Lor remained undaunted, swiftly identifying the cause of failure and proposing a solution for the next trial.
