In just a few moments, the tear in the sky widened, its edges started trembling with unstable Chaos energy.
From within that rift, a massive eye emerged!
The eye itself was filled with concentric rings of shifting color, its gaze seemed cold, and it didn't blink. It didn't move. It simply stared at the small figures below…
And the world felt smaller beneath it.
Even from Euphemia, the eye was visible…
Children screamed. Arcanists froze mid-cast. The Thunder Emperor lowered his arm,and his lightning aura flickered as he looked toward the horizon. It was a terrifying sight…
"What… is that?" one of Haruo's apprentices whispered, voice trembling.
Haruo didn't answer. He was staring at the sky, his wings half-folded, and could only pray that everything would be alright…
In Clovis, the panic spread like wildfire.
The streets were filled with cries and confusion as citizens pointed upward, shielding their eyes from the oppressive glow coming from above… It was not just a visual anomaly, it was a presence from a higher being for sure! It pressed down on the city like a weight, making the air feel thinner…
Within the central district, where the Elemental Arts Practitioners had gathered to coordinate the city's magical defenses, Grand Arcanist Forbes stood still. He had never seen anything like this at all..
The man was known for his composure, but even he had to brace himself against the sudden shift in the atmosphere.
Riven, his youngest disciple, clutched his side. "Master… what is that thing?"
Emra, older and more experienced, felt restless… "It's not just an illusion spell or something. It's real and it's watching us."
Forbes didn't respond immediately. His gaze remained fixed on the sky, his mind recalled every forbidden tome, every ancient record he had ever studied.
Nothing matched this. It was not a summoning spell, a projection, or an illusion… Nothing could explain the scale or the stillness of that eye aside from being the true eye of a giant…
"Prepare yourselves," he finally said… He knew that the Shadow Domain would also get serious now.
Elsewhere, within the towers of the Marshall Academy, the professors had gathered at the observatory. The glass dome above them reflected the eye's glow…
Professor Veylin, the oldest among them, leaned heavily on his cane… "I've seen many things in my life… but never this."
Professor Dalton adjusted his monocle and muttered, "It's not a construct. Not a projection. That thing is real. I think we should start working… We can let the Immortals handle that thing."
Professor Corvus, who specialized in Corruption and Dark Path, was already scribbling notes with trembling hands.
"This is incredible… They must've huge a huge amount of Divinity to get that thing here…"
Professor Zeno, who rarely spoke unless necessary, finally broke his silence. "Let's trust the Dragons to do their jobs… We should focus on our task. Let's finish this damn Formation… We have enough Dragon Blood."
The room fell quiet and soon, they all began to work.
Even the students who had gathered behind the professors dared not speak.
And high above them all, in a machine-like tower, Denise stood alone.
She was the creator of the city's Magic Automatons. She had been monitoring the battle from the start and her scryer orb was feeding her a lot of information all over the continent through her Automatons.
But now, she had turned everything off. She stood at the edge of her balcony. Her eyes were wide as she looked at the sky…
"So this is what it looks like…" she whispered. It was not with fear, but fascination.
"Beautiful."
She knew it was dangerous, but she couldn't help the captivation coursing through her veins.
As a creator, as a researcher, as someone who had spent her life pushing the boundaries of magic and machine, she couldn't help but feel excited.

In the meantime, the Dragons knew that what they were seeing was something they could not mess with…
Orden's runes dimmed. Ryzoir's flames faltered and Zerel's lightning lost rhythm.
They were being suppressed!
This includes Ash and Lylia as their vines retracted. Ravion's frost had even become useless after being pressured by the unknown eye!
Draze, Varnyx, and Veyrith, who had been commanding the winds with absolute control, found their Draconic Spells completely suppressed…
Varnyx muttered. "No wonder they allowed Sreas and Haruo to leave… They also didn't want to reveal their cards."
Seeing that every dragon has been suppressed…
The Chaos Immortals didn't wait.
They unleashed another barrage of coordinated Spells… Chaos Arts surged from every direction. Spells like Soul Sever, Void Collapse, and Mind Fracture rained down on the dragons.
The sky became filled with Chaos Energy, and the chaotic force made the Dragons almost incapable of mustering their energy to defend!
Orden's runic armor absorbed the brunt of the attacks, but cracks began to form.
Ryzoir's fire shield deflected most of the blasts, but his movements slowed.
Zerel redirected lightning pulses with his tail, but his casting rhythm was broken.
Ash and Lylia formed a protective canopy of hardened flora, but their spells were weakening!
Everyone was having a hard time protecting themselves! However, their scales were something that could block even the most powerful Spells of a Grand Arcanist.
They were still standing, though they had weakened…
"Hold formation!" Veyrith shouted... "We're not done yet!"
"We're buying time," Orden reminded them. "Don't forget that."
However, they also knew that they were approaching their limit…
It was then that they noticed something in the sky…
From the edge of the tear where the eye was peeking through, a shadow emerged…
He was cloaked in darkness, and his form was unmistakable.
After that, he simply raised his hand, and the shadows obeyed.
They surged upward, wrapping around the tear like living tendrils. The eye twitched just once before the shadows constricted, folding the rift inward.
In just a matter of seconds, the space collapsed in silence, and the eye vanished.
The pressure was lifted as the dragons gasped in relief…
The Chaos Immortals froze.
Kent narrowed his eyes as he saw the figure…
"You finally showed your face, Shadow Immortal..."
Kent was excited as they had prepared a forbidden spell to ensure that Vale would not be able to escape from them!
However, none of them know that it was an Avatar.
