'Sealed Immortal Tower?'

It seemed like a toy at first, but Vale's instincts flared the moment his eyes locked onto it.

The object in the stranger's hand was emitting a strange energy. He also felt familiar with the compressed spatial runes, divinity, and a powerful source of energy on it… It was unmistakable.

It seemed like it was truly a sealed Immortal Tower.

Vale stepped forward, cautious. "Where did you get that?"

"I built it…" the man said with a steady voice. "It's mine. I've maintained it for over a century. It's compacted and sealed, but fully functional."

Vale was quite curious about this. Was the upkeep too expensive, so he was now planning to sell it?

He couldn't help but feel curious about the man's intention…

"And you're offering it to me?"

The man nodded. "In exchange… I want to join your return to the Human Realm."

"It's the name I took after my seventh rebirth. I'm a rogue Immortal. I used to belong to the Black Spiral Sect, but I left decades ago. I've been living in the outer districts of Note City, maintaining my tower and studying transformation arts."

Vale had no idea about this sect or about the person's background.

"Rebirth?" Vale asked.

"Yes… To be precise, soul transfer… I just learned a special Spell to transfer my soul to different bodies. You can say that this is my seventh body... I'm still just a Sky Immortal."

Vale didn't respond. He didn't expect that something like this was actually possible. Still, he would allow him to join him…

Nonetheless, Seven continued speaking… "I know I'm not part of your circle. I know this sounds crazy, as we didn't even know each other… But I'm willing to make it worth your while."

He raised his hand, and his body shimmered. A moment later, he collapsed into a cute black serpent, coiling silently on the ground. His aura vanished almost completely.

"I can transform," Seven said telepathically. "I can hide in your luggage. I won't interfere… I just want to leave this place… This is already my seventh life, and I'm still stuck at my current level. I need something to change."

Vale stared at the serpent, then at the sealed Immortal Tower that was dropped on the group…

"I can't just smuggle someone into another realm," Vale said. "Especially someone I don't know."

Seven shifted back into human form… He felt that Vale was starting to consider, so his expression was earnest.

"Then bind me."

He then glanced at the miniature tower. "Tell me about that. What does it do?"

Seven smiled faintly, holding the miniature tower in both hands like a sacred relic.

"This isn't just a common Immortal tower. It's my third and final Immortal Tower… my most refined work."

Vale raised an eyebrow. "You built it?"

"I did," Seven said. "Across seven lifetimes, I've constructed three Immortal Towers. The first was crude, functional, but unstable. The second was better, but lacked adaptability. I still have those two… This one… this one is different."

He glanced down at the sealed tower…

"It was hidden beneath a deep lake…" he continued. "I kept it submerged. It also keeps me safe… But when I heard about the Demon Gods… I evacuated the core chambers, sealed the structure, and compressed it into this form."

Vale squinted his eyes and asked another question. "And you're just giving it to me?"

"I can afford to," Seven said. "I've already extracted everything I need from it. And if it helps me secure passage to the Human Realm, it's worth the trade."

Vale studied the object more closely. "What's inside?"

Seven knew that Vale was really interested and nodded.

"Six floors... It can house over a hundred apprentices comfortably… The first floor is the residential wing, including private rooms, communal quarters, and a central hall with passive healing formations."

Vale nodded slowly.

"The second floor is the training hall…" Seven continued. "It's had the strongest layers of walls, and I got some help with the arrangement of protection runes inside… There's even an adjustable gravity field…"
