"Anti-Radiation Potion? Are you going to use them to help everyone survive the radiation?" Vivian asked, her eyes fixated on the potion vial.

"No." Max shook his head, "They are too expensive. I can't afford to give it to everyone."

When he received the three of them on the first day, he had thought to give them to Emily, Natalie and Sophie.

But then he found out their limitation—they could only keep the consumer safe from Radiation for just three days.

Since he didn't know that radiation was coming to the New Island, he had kept them with him to use when necessary.

After he found out about radiation spreading to New Island, and decided to take over the Governor's Mansion, he knew these positions weren't the long term solution because even if he were to give them to his friends and family, he wouldn't be able to afford them unless he spent every minute of his time having sex.

Fortunately, he then got the mission to take control of the city and one of the rewards—Medium Grade Purification Formation—could keep the radiation away and purify the existing radiation.

Once he completed the quest, and got the rewards, he wouldn't have to worry about spending his hard-earned Harem Points to keep everyone safe from radiation.

"Then…?" Vivian eyed him.

"I have something else planned for that, don't worry." Max smiled, rubbing her cheek before handing the vial to her.

"There is no need to panic." He said first so she would stay calm before continuing, "Earlier in the morning, I found out that the ground water has become contaminated. The contamination level isn't high, but it's increasing which is worrying."

"But as I said, there is no need to panic. Just mix this potion in your water tank and it will purify the water."

"I understand." Vivian nodded. Then, after a moment, she asked, "We have been drinking it. It wouldn't negatively affect us, right?"

"No." Max shook his head even though he wasn't sure.

He didn't do it just because he didn't want her to worry, but also because even if the contamination had affected them, once he installed the Purification Formation, they would be fine.

"That's good." Vivian exhaled in relief.

They then talked about some other minor stuff until…

Knock! Knock!

Someone knocked on the office's door.

Vivian checked her clothes, put the vial in her blazer's pocket and went over to open it.

Jamie was there. Nodding at her, he looked inside and told Max, "Master, everyone has gathered in the auditorium."

"Got it." Max stood up and walked to the washroom, "Give me a minute."

He needed to wash himself free of sweat and Vivian's scent.

Jamie glanced at Vivian and then closed his eyes, waiting for him to return.

Unlike the last time, his grandfather wasn't sitting on the stage, but on the front row with his sons and grandsons.

Max nodded at them and went on the stage with Jamie and Vivian following behind him.

Sweeping his gaze across the people present, he saw that there were around 70 men. Most were around 35-45 years old while the rest were younger and a few were older.

"All of you must be wondering why I gathered you all here." Max began, "It's to tell you that I have planned to take control of the Red City to prevent the desperados from forming groups becoming a nuisance for us and better protect everyone."

As soon as his words fell, everyone became shocked, looked at one another and began whispering among themselves.

Not giving anyone a chance to speak up and question him because he didn't like answering them, he continued, "To take control, I need you all to form seven groups. The first group's leader will be my trusted subordinate, Jamie Ryder."

Max said while gesturing towards Jamie.

"The leaders of the other six groups will be chosen from my uncles, my cousins, my friend Tommy and his father, Hank."

He said while glancing at the people mentioned. Then, after a pause to let his words settle, he continued, "What these groups need to do is simple:

You'll go around the city, gather people from every block and tell them as long as they pledge their loyalty to me, they can get food and water.

Those who agree, you'll give the food and water.

If someone doesn't agree, you'll inform them that they need to leave this city within three days or they will be killed.

Anyone who dares to cause trouble while you go about your business… You shall kill them.
