Game Invasion Era: Rise from Binding the Goblin King!

Chapter 100: Earning Points Head to the Underworld

George looked at the two arguing and felt completely speechless.

They were fine just a moment ago. What happened?

"Constantine, take the gear for now," George finally handed the Sacred Dragon Gauntlet to Constantine.

Melina was right. The gear would be most useful in Constantine's hands.

But George was only lending it to him for now.

If he could get another strong melee class, the gear would be his again.

Unfortunately, he had already chosen his second class, and he had another class change scroll in his bag—but it was for a mage. Not useful at all.

This issue would have to wait for another time.

"Let's go. We should take care of that black dragon now," George said.

"Master, I feel like I can kill Asos easily now," Constantine flexed his fists and looked excited.

George felt the same. He led the group out of the hidden realm and headed straight for the Underworld.

To break the seal and enter the Underworld, they had to kill four gatekeepers.

One of them, Flame-Winged Demon·Austin, was already dead. They just needed to kill the other three to get in.

The group entered a forest. Not far away, they heard the sound of a fight.

A group of students was fighting a black giant wolf.

"Hey, so many humans!" Constantine's eyes lit up. He licked his lips, clearly getting excited.

Besides George, he didn't like humans much.

"Don't do anything stupid. They're just students taking the test," George warned.

"Relax, master. They're too weak. I don't even want to fight them," Constantine stayed behind George and didn't seem interested at all.

George looked at the wolf. It was a 30-level boss, Phantom Shadow Wolf, with a stage of B tier.

A dozen students were fighting it, but they were still losing. The wolf was very fast, and some of the students were already injured.

"Fine, I'll help them. I'll take down that Phantom Shadow Wolf," George said, not out of greed but out of kindness.

"Master, leave it to me!" Constantine's eyes lit up. He didn't want to kill the students, but scaring them would be fun.

Suddenly, a spell shot through the air and hit the Phantom Shadow Wolf—instant kill.

It was Eliex who did it.

[Kill Phantom Shadow Wolf, Experience +1800, Points +20]

The prompt appeared.

George wasn't impressed. Only 1800 experience points? If it wasn't for the test points, he wouldn't have bothered.

But killing a B-tier Shadow Wolf gave 20 points. If the students got 10, they'd pass the graduation test.

Still, to get into a top school, more points were better.

"Damn it, who stole our boss?" a voice yelled from the crowd. A heavily armored warrior looked toward where the magic came from and was shocked.

A demon the size of a mountain, scary and ugly, was glaring at a floating ghost in the air.

And two beautiful women with wings, not human at all.

"What the hell is that boss?" someone asked, shaking.

"They seem to have a fight. Maybe they'll kill each other and both lose..." an archer swallowed nervously, looking excited.

These bosses were clearly amazing. If they could get lucky and kill one, their points would be enough to get into a top school.

"Hey, there's another human," someone noticed George and asked curiously, "Bro, are you also a student taking the test? Get back, these bosses are really strong."

"It's fine. These are my summoned ones," George said with a calm smile, leading Constantine and the others deeper into the forest.

The students were speechless, standing there in shock for a long time before they finally realized what was going on.

"Those scary guys just now... were they his summons?"

"Summoner? This year's test takers have someone that scary?"

"Damn it, that material is mine," one person yelled, finding a student taking the dead Phantom Shadow Wolf and its drops.

"Damn it, hand over the Phantom Shadow Wolf's body and gear. We all killed it, we all deserve a share."

A bunch of arguments came up. These people were fighting over the drops from the Phantom Shadow Wolf, almost coming to blows.

George had already left, heading straight for the Underworld. Along the way, no matter how strong or weak the monsters were, he killed them all.

In just a short time, he had already earned 114 points. Even if he didn't pass the final test of the realm, he was definitely the top scorer without any doubt.

"Master, there's a familiar aura ahead," Elise flew into the air and pointed in the distance.

"A familiar aura?" George didn't understand.

Was there someone Elise knew here? Another elf?

The boss guarding the Underworld was a Night Elf, but the Night Elves had long betrayed and joined the demons, becoming enemies of the elves.

"No," Elise said, "it's the little girl who was with us before. She's being chased by a Ghostvine Wraithtree."

"Lily?" George was surprised and understood.

Lily had advanced, which could help the Golden Flame Dragon recover.

But now, the Golden Flame Dragon had already formed a soul. It just needed the dragon blood to form a body. He wasn't sure if Lily still had any help to offer.

"Let's go check it out."

George said. No matter what, he couldn't let Lily get hurt.

The group flew through the sky and quickly moved through the trees.

In front of them, the trees were shaking. Black vines were whistling through the air, hunting a fragile figure.

It was Lily.

"Shit, I just got 2 points. Am I really going to lose it now?"

Lily was in a mess, holding the Underworld realm pass in her hand, full of frustration.

If she didn't leave, she would die here. Her team had two people run away, and one had been killed by the terrifying tree spirit.

"Why is this test so hard?" Lily bit her lip. She waved her staff, sending a wave of hot fire that pushed the vines back again. After thinking for a while, she still didn't leave the realm and ran deeper into the forest.

"Ah!"

Suddenly, she screamed, stumbled, and fell to the ground. It was a vine that had appeared out of nowhere.

Lily hadn't even gotten up when more black vines appeared around her, wrapping her tightly.

Even worse, when she fell, the Underworld pass fell beside her. She couldn't even leave now.

"Shit, I'm really going to die here," Lily felt the vines getting tighter and tighter, unable to break free. She closed her eyes in despair, but her mind kept thinking of George.

Suddenly, a fireball whistled through the air and hit the vines. Flames exploded, filling the air.

A loud, painful screech filled the forest as the vines seemed to take a fatal hit. They scattered wildly into the woods.

At the same time, more magic shots flew from the sky, covering the forest. A strong figure swung a War Hammer and a black bone, rushing deep into the trees.

"Is that the demon?" Lily's eyes widened in disbelief. Then she saw the people in the air and covered her mouth, tears of joy in her eyes. "Is that really George? Am I dreaming?"

George landed from the sky and smiled. "Come on, let's get some points together."

He immediately started a party contract.

Lily was surprised. "George, am I going to slow you down and hurt your points?"

She was hesitant. The higher the points, the better for getting into a top school. She was too weak and didn't want to hold George back.

"No," George said with no care. Even with Lily, it wouldn't make much difference.

"Okay."

Lily didn't hesitate anymore. She happily accepted the party contract and joined the team.

[Kill 35-level Ghostvine Wraithtree, Experience +1750, Points +15]

The message appeared. Constantine had already killed the Ghostvine Wraithtree, and both of them got 15 points.

"Wow, one boss gave 15 points," Lily was surprised. She had already passed the test.

"This is just the beginning. Let's go," George said without surprise. He kept moving deeper into the forest.

A little later, Constantine and Eliex caught up with the group.

"Hey, what's that monster?" Lily looked at Eliex in his ghost form and swallowed hard.

She could feel that the ghost's power was just as strong as Constantine's.

"Hey, kid, do you know how to talk? I am the great High Priest of the Light Empire, the amazing Artificer!" Eliex said proudly.

"Sorry, I was rude," Lily said, feeling bad.

"Good, you're smart," Eliex said, enjoying it. He had been getting beaten by Constantine a lot lately. Now, he finally felt a little confidence.

George said, "Don't pay attention to him. Let's go to the Underworld."

The group flew forward, not stopping. No monster could beat them. They pushed through, killing a lot of monsters and bosses.

As for the low-level drops, George didn't even look at them. He didn't bother picking them up.

In less than half a day, Lily's points reached over 400.

George had over 600 points. He was sure, no one had as many points as he did now.

"Master, we're almost at the Underworld. There are a lot of students gathered, fighting the Infernal Lord giant," Elise reported, looking in the distance.

The Infernal Lord was a 40-level boss. Its rank should be SR or higher. It was way above the students' level. Even with a group, they couldn't kill it in a short time.

"Let's go. Try not to hurt the students," George warned, then sped up toward the Underworld.

The big bosses guarding the Underworld, he wasn't going to let those students take them.
