Thrusted into a world ruled by women

Chapter 127: The grand escape

"You've got to be kidding me!" Jin couldn't believe that this Láspi was from the same batch that attacked his old planet. He thought they had all been exterminated.

There were multiple hive minds of the Láspi, not just one. Different batches attacked different worlds, all with different hive minds.

'How is this piece of shit still alive? And how does it remember me? It attacked my old planet over a thousand years ago!' Jin avoided the Láspi's attacks, dodging and parrying them so he wouldn't get hit.

"Hello? Come in! What's going on up there?!" Miss Lockman asked.

"Not now! Time to get up!" He grabbed Angela and Brittany, holding them over his shoulders, and started flying away.

"No fucking way I'm fighting against that shit!"

'Get...back...HERE!' The Láspi screamed in his head, taking off in Jin's direction.

"Are you kidding me?! It can fly already?!"

Fireballs were shot in Jin's direction, missing him slightly each time they were fired at him. The Láspi tried to grab him with telekinesis, but countered it with his magic.

"There she is." He spotted Addison and reached out to her.

'MUST...DIE!'

Jin looked to his side, and the Láspi was already next to him. His eyes widened, and he had to act quickly.

He threw Angela and Brittany into the...into space, grabbed Addison, flinging her away, then made a circle with his hands, shooting a concentrated beam of mana toward the Láspi that also sent Jin blasting backward.

Thanks to how fast his attack sent him, he caught his friends before they all fell and continued flying toward the ship.

"Ship! Start!" Jin shouted.

The ship started humming as it prepared for someone to take control of it.

"NO...RETREAT!" This time, the Láspi started speaking as if it had a mouth. It extended its goopy arm, then crushed the ship.

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" Jin couldn't believe how smart the Láspi was getting already. He had never seen one get so smart so fast.

"Back-up plans! This is why you have backup plans!" Jin started running on stairs made from magic circles, then a larger one appeared above him.

"Teleportation magic! My love!" Right as he was about to teleport away, all of his magic vanished.

"Magic bad. No more magic. NO MORE MAGIC!" The Láspi was now looking like a crazy tentacle monster with a space helmet as its head.

The asteroid cracked each time it sank its tentacles into the ground to move, and the monsters were on fire.

"Computer! Place the disks and activate the teleporter!"

[Activating.]

Disks from Jin's power kit started flying off in multiple directions until they circled the entire asteroid. He then created what looked like a metal rod and placed it in the ground.

He ran around the asteroid, placing metal rods all over the rock until the teleporter was activated.

[Teleporter ready.]

"Activate everything!" Jin blasted off into the air, thanks to his power kit, getting off the dangerous rock. The disks, which were floating around the asteroid, created a bubble barrier around it to keep the Láspi trapped inside.

"NOT...ESCAPING!" The Láspi shouted, chasing after Jin, but right before it could escape, the barrier closed, and Jin was outside of it.

"Blow that bitch up!"

The metal rods activated, the teleporter beamed on Jin, and right as he was teleported away, the asteroid blew up from the rods.

---

The four of them landed in the underground part of the Aegis Corps, where Jin had set the coordinates. He didn't expect he would need to use the teleporter to get out of there, and it made him realize that he needed to add that feature to his power kit.

"What happened? Did that...what did you call it...Láspi attack you all?" Mrs Horton asked, picking Jin up while the medical team came to take Brittany, Angela, and Addison to the med bay.

"Listen, Mrs Horton. Whatever you do, stay away from that fucking place. The ore, the stones, it's not worth it. That place is...was the home of a fucking Láspi. I'm sure you heard my conversation with Angela and the others."

"Are they that dangerous?" She asked

Jin looked at her and wanted to knock her out. This was an era of science and exploration, so it was natural that she would have the urge to understand what the creature was. They also had the benefit, or non-benefit, of not having a god to guide them.

"Mrs Horton, the last time I encountered this species, we had to blow up our fucking planet! And we were more advanced than this civilization. Type 3, in fact. Yet we still couldn't stop them. It killed our god, took its power, and nearly wiped us out. This isn't something to research or learn about. You either run away from this threat, or send it away, and that's what I did."

No one really understood what Jin was talking about, but they assumed he was trying to emphasize how dangerous the creature was.

Jin's barrier around the asterpid was still active, and it was sending the Láspi out of the solar system. He couldn't deal with this species when he was in a world of peak science and magic with the aid of a god and his prevoid body. There was no way he was stopping it now.

'That was only a strand of it, a scouting party per se. It adapted and deactivated my mana by only coming in contact with it a few times. That evolution speed is insane! And it started to talk!'

He cleared his mind, then sighed. "Here. It has that metal and that poison rock you wanted."

Mrs Horton grabbed the box, but Jin didn't let go right away. He looked her dead in the eyes and spoke.

"Do not go after the Láspi." He said in a commanding tone.

"I won't." She nodded.

"Good. Call me when those three wake up. I need to speak with someone." Jin teleported away.

"Team, track where that Láspi went. I want to know more about it."

"B-But, Mrs Horton, Jin said that it's too dangerous." A person said, slightly scared.

"I know what he said, and I know the dangers of going after it. But if it comes back, we need to know how to defend ourselves from that thing. Humanity never backed away from a species-killing threat, and we won't back away now."
