Thrusted into a world ruled by women

Chapter 209: Locked up

Jin was not allowed to turn himself in right away. Instead, everyone spent the next two days having fun and enjoying each other's company. There were laughs, good-natured fights, lots of video games, and even forgiveness.

Jin had sat down with his grandmother and had a heart-to-heart with her.

"Grandma, I'm going to be honest with you. I still resent you for leaving me, and that pain won't go away at all. I know you did what you thought was best, but I was still hurt in the end. However, you were a victim as much as I was, and you also suffered as much as I did."

"No, no, don't say that. You were only a child, and I was the adult. We may have lost our family, but it was my responsibility to take you in, and I didn't. So your pain is greater than my own."

Jin smiled. "Be that as it may, we were both still hurt. However, after learning the truth, I am happy that you still watched over me from afar and continued to look into what happened to Mom. We're entering a new beginning, so I want to start over again."

"I'd like that as well." She smiled

"You'd better like that, mother!" Jessa shouted.

"Really, Mom?" Jin

"Sorry, I am still upset at what she did to you, my sweet baby boy! Jin, you're the best son a mother could ask for! And I'm going to be a grandma!"

"Yes, yes, you're going to be a grandmother. Are you crying?"

"N-No! I'm not crying! I promise!" Jessa was indeed crying. "I-I just wish your father were here to see this."

"He would lose his mind knowing that Jin has three women who want him." Jerrica chuckled

"Heh, I said the same thing." Jessa wiped a tear from her face.

"I'm gonna go now. Enjoy each other's company." Jin took his leave.

"Jin?" Angela was standing outside the door, waiting for him to leave.

"What's up?"

She blushed, then grabbed his hand. "I'm...scared."

"Heh, I'll be fine. You don't have to worry about me."

"No, I don't care about that."

"Oh." He felt a bit sad.

"I'm talking about our child. I'm scared to become a mother."

"Ah. You'll do fine. I know it."

"How can you be so sure?"

"Because I love you."

Angela felt her heart skip a beat, and she couldn't help but be smitten by his words. A smile appeared on her face, and she pressed her forehead against Jin's.

"Thanks."

"No problem."

"Get a room, you two." Brittany scoffed, seeing them all lovey-dovey together. She was happy for them, of course, but was still jealous that she wasn't having Jin's first kid.

"I think it's fine." Addison smiled

"No one asked for your opinion, Addison."

"No one asked for yours either, Brittany."

She had no rebuttal.

"Jin, just be safe, okay? We don't know what's going to happen to you, and I'm worried! I...I don't want to lose you." Brittany hugged her oldest friend.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine."

"I hope so too. But if you aren't, then my family will help you out. My mother respects you even now, as do my sisters, father, and brothers." Addison reassured him.

"Thanks."

"Are you going to say goodbye to everyone else?"

"I already did. You lot were the last."

"Saving the best for last, huh?"

"Absolutely."

The four of them hugged, then Jin left the bunker.

---

"It's been 48 hours since we've been given that ultimatum, and we only have 24 hours left! Is there any sign of Jin at all!?" The president demanded to know

"I'm sorry, Madam President, but after the recent sighting of him and his mother, we haven't seen him at all."

"Dammit!" She threw a chair at the wall, breaking both chair and wall.

"Madam President!" A woman burst into the room. "Jin! It's Jin! He's come to surrender himself!"

The president looked at the informant with wide eyes, then stood up quickly.

"Take me to him this instant, and prepare a meeting with the King and Prime Minister!"

"Yes, Madam President!"

Jin was hovering in the air above the Presidential House, looking down at everyone who wanted to arrest him. There were also people in the air who had their weapons aimed at him, but he paid them no attention.

He was waiting for the President to step out, and once she did, he lowered himself to the ground.

"Madam President."

"Jin Telegard. You've been a hard man to catch for the past six months."

"I like to keep my private life private."

"Cracking jokes in this situation? I commend you. Restrain him." She ordered

Jin complied with the orders and had no intentions of fighting anyone; however, one woman tried to get rough with him to look cool, so he decapitated her for everyone to see.

"Listen, I'm here to turn myself in, but that doesn't mean I'll allow you to treat me any way you want. Try that again, and all of you are dead." He made sure everyone could hear him, and they heard him alright.

The next woman who put cuffs on him asked if they were too tight or not. He may be a criminal, but being on the good side of a criminal was always better than being on the bad side of one.

"They're fine, thanks."

"Yeah." She nodded.

"Send him to the restricted prison and monitor everything he does. We have to make sure he doesn't escape."

"Understood."

The president turned to her assistant. "Is the meeting ready?"

"Yes. But are you really going to hand him over? I thought you weren't going to."

"I'm not, but we have to avoid a war at all costs. We're going to give Jin to our enemies, but also give him enough leeway to escape. Since he will be in the custody of our enemies, there is nothing we can do, and if we capture him again in secret, then they won't be able to start a war without looking like the aggressors."

The assistant finally understood what the president wanted to do, and she had to admit that it was a good plan.

"It seems that I still lack the insight to understand your plans, Madam President."

"Heh, don't worry, you'll get there one day."
