The next morning, Angela was standing over Jin and Addison in bed with a smirk on her face. It was already afternoon, and Angela returned to the apartment, no longer wanting to stay at her parents' house.

She poked Jin's cheek, waking him up, and grinned in his face. "Looks like you two had fun. Addison is all over your body right now."

Jin looked at Addison, who was on top of him, and chuckled. Slowly, he removed himself from her clutches and got out of bed.

"Nice, you're naked." Angela bit her lips.

"I always sleep naked."

"I know." She giggled. "I'm usually in bed with you after all."

"Yeah. I'm gonna shower. I have a lot of work to take care of today."

"I made you breakfast."

"Pwhaha! What? Cereal?" Angela wasn't a cook, and Jin knew this from expierence. She was almost as bad as Brittany.

"Wow, fuck you too."

"Haha! Sorry. Let me shower real quick and I'll go ahead and eat the cereal you prepared for me, which will probably be soggy by the time I'm done."

"You know what? I'm going to eat the cereal myself!" Angela stomped off.

"Go ahead. I'll just prepare a bowl myself. Heh, cereal."

"Yes. I missed you yesterday."

"Yeah, I missed you too, but do you have to sit on my lap?"

"Do you not want me to?"

"I mean, I don't mind, but I'm trying to go over this list of inmates right now."

Jin sighed and started playing with her boobs like she demanded. She didn't hold back her moans and relished the feeling of his touch. Turning around on his lap, facing Jin, she started kissing him, coiling her tongue around his own while pressing her face against his with her hands on his face.

"Okay, hehe. Addison and I have a mission today, so we probably wont see each other for a few days. I have to get ready, so I'll see you later."

"Okay. Stay safe out there." Jin gave her a peck on the lips. This time, the kiss was a regular one that wasn't driven by lust or longing. Before leaving the room, he gave her ass a good slap.

"Computer, give me a list of all the women who can use shadow powers."

The list of 1,000 women shrank down to a list of 20.

"Sweet. Now, out of those twenty, who are currently in jail?"

The list shrank again, going down to 5.

"Who's still alive?" Jin thought that was a good question to ask since he was certain a few would have been killed during the chaos.

The list shrank again, and it was now at two.

"Damn. Two people. Well, this is better than nothing. Computer, run facial recognition and satellite scanning to see if any camera picked up one of these two women."

[Scanning...Woman 1 was spotted two days ago in this location.] The computer showed Jin the location.

"Sweet. Let's head there. Also, keep a lookout in case woman number two is spotted."

Jin packed some essentials and left to investigate the last known location of woman number one. She had on a hoodie and was walking across the street into an alley, from the looks of the picture.

When Jin arrived in the area, he did a quick look around to see if anything was out of the ordinary. When he didn't find anything, he used his tech to see if the woman used her power in the vicinity.

"Ha, gatcha." Locating the alley, Jin scanned the walls and even the ground until he reached the end to see if there was some hidden compartment.

"Nothing? Seriously? Fucking shadow users, man. Maybe there is a subspace here?" Jin used his mana to detect any type of ripple or tear in space, but he got nothing.

"Fuck. This is a dead end. Usually, there's some kind of hidden entrance or something. Or do I watch too many movies?"

Jin flew into the sky, sitting down in the air to think. He thought of what to do next while looking around to see if anything was out of the ordinary.

"Everything looks fine. Well, except for that woman who is walking in the middle of the street naked while cars are swerving around her. Wait, what?" Jin flew back down to the ground, grabbed the woman, and brought her to safety.

"Ma'am, are you okay?"

"I can't look back! I can't look back! I can't look back! I need to keep moving! They're coming after me! I need to keep moving!" The woman said while looking completely out of it.

"Ma'am, do you need help?"

"Ahhhhhhh! Get away from me! You're here to take me back! I can't go back! I won't let them take me! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! I need to leave! I need to go!"

Jin was nearly taken aback by that outburst. "Ma'am, please, calm down. I'm here to help you. Please, tell me what happened."

"Get away! You're gonna take me back! You want it to! You're going to steal them from me! No! No! No! You can't have it! I need to leave! I need to escape! I can't go back!"

'Jeez! What the hell happened to her?'

"Computer, scan to see if she's one of the missing people."

[Scanning...Missing person found.]

'Well, I'll be damned. I need to take her to the police station.'

"Ma'am, calm down. I'm going to help you, okay? I'm going to take you to the police station."

"NOOOO! Stay away from me! I can't go there! They're after me! They'll come for me! I need to leave! I can't look back! They'll try to steal them from me! They'll kill me!"

"Who?" Jin begged to know. "Who will kill you? And what do they want to steal from you?"

"You're with them! You're after me as well! You want them! You're going to steal them! You're going to steal my powers!" The woman looked as if she tried to blast Jin with something, but nothing came out.

That last sentence hit Jin like a truck. Steal her powers? There was no way he would do that, but he knew of people who would.
