Arith's eyes widened when she heard that, shocked that he had found out what it was, but then her shock turned into a smile.

"You really saw through me, tsk, and here I was thinking I hid it properly," she said. "Since you were good enough to notice how it works, then I'll be going all out against you." She said, her feet twisted slightly, and the next moment she blasted forward, her speed faster than anything that she had used today.

She leaped off the ground, spun, and sent a kick right for his head. Aren pushed back at the right moment and dodged the attack. Mid-motion, he immediately ordered all the wolves to attack. They rushed forward, growling loudly as they moved.

Aren stood straight up after the punch. "I've also learned that you need half a second to one second to activate that defense. It's a small time, but if the attack comes under, you can't do anything about it," he said before lunging forward again, his wolves spreading out again.

Legion and Lance, who were standing at the side, were also stunned by what was happening.

"This kid," Lance muttered.

Kira was a genius, capable of fast thinking, making solutions for hard issues. Aiden was a skilled fighter, his body could even react before his mind would. He was genuinely talented. The both of them were, but what Legion saw Aren displaying wasn't talent like the others, it was skill.

But then Aren was already a few feet away. He saw the way she handled the wolf, and the only thing that could come to mind was brutal. He kept his concentration high and charged forward again.

This time she attacked first, but Aren dodged easily, slipping under her leg, then rose up and lunged at her. The attack was close, but she could see it, so her defense handled it. His claws slammed against her defense, but that was what he wanted.

As she blocked that attack, her eyes weren't on his second hand. He lacked the strength to land a punch, but he channeled the black lightning of his wolf, and with the best control he could muster, he generated as much as possible and blasted her from close range.

Her body was immediately blasted back. She shot through the air like a bullet and slammed against the wall so hard she coughed saliva and fell to the ground.

The scene stunned everyone.

Arith, who was knocked to the ground, slowly got on her feet. The front of her clothes was burned badly, but there wasn't any injury on her body. Aren saw a red magical circle on her stomach that was showing.

She smiled at him. "You got through the first layer of my defense," she said. Her smile suddenly turned cold. "That means I have to take you seriously now." She said.

As soon as she said that, Legion moved to stop her, but Lance lifted his hands and blocked Legion. "Let them go at it, I want to see the max of the kid."

Legion stopped. He looked at the both of them, knowing that the battle was about to take a different turn.

Arith lifted her hands, and immediately multiple balls of pure blood-red space energy formed, over ten floating in the air behind her.

Aren looked at them and couldn't help but swallow.

'I wish I assigned all my stat points before this fight,' he thought to himself.

She pointed her hands forward, and all ten balls of energy came hurling forward.
