While Anna was taking a nap, Jimmy got dressed, and tried to cooperate with the newly tamed QT.

There were three eggs in its nest, and the eggs had a unique form. They were white, and quite elongated, sure, but each egg was just a bit bigger than his hand. They weren't too big, but they were soft, so he handled them carefully, so as to not kill her unborn babies.

These eggs were small enough to fit in its large beak, and once he got her to open her beak, he confirmed that she didn't have any teeth, or best described as jaws. The QT just had one large beak, just like some birds did. The inside of its beak was smooth.

Jimmy wanted her to carry all three eggs in her beak, but there was no hand gesture specific enough to teach her to do that. For that matter, he went for a shortcut.

With little use of his magic, his mana, he planted a thought in her head. Not a memory, a thought, which was a new trick he could do. He discovered it as he tried to tell her what to do, and it was a very nice addition to his already wide arsenal of abilities.

Jimmy went into specifics with this planted thought. He told her to be very careful with the eggs, as careful as possible, and he directed her towards the rocky mountain. She was to fly until she found a bunch of dinosaurs sitting together, such as Gutaxun, and Rampage.

Once there, she was to avoid hostility of any sort, and try to cooperate with the pets there. Communication between different species might be hard, but it was more efficient to send her towards the tribe now, rather than have her follow him around, where she'd risk damaging her eggs in the process.

Jimmy also emphasized the image of Gnegor, his father, in her head. If she was to see her, she was to try and communicate that she was his new pet. This part may be difficult, but if she remained docile, then she could get her point across even though she and Gnegor didn't speak the same language.

With a detailed plan of what to do from this point onwards, he gently slid the eggs in her large beak, and then she closed her beak, and took off. She flew at low speeds, to preserve her eggs as best as she could.

Jimmy put a lot of effort to get her, and her eggs to the mountain safely, but after this point he could only hope for the best. Knowing his tamed dinosaurs, it was likely for them to be defensive, but they were smart enough to recognize a new situation, and adapt accordingly. Rampage might be a problem, but if Zik was around, he should be able to delegate, as he knew to expect QTs today.

Anyway, Jimmy then walked towards Bonita, and woke Anna up as gently as he could. Although she deserved to sleep in as long as she wanted, dusk was only seven hours away, so they had to get moving. They needed to find, and tame five more full-grown QTs, and this was no easy task, as they had to be on the air throughout most of the day, just to look for them.

"Wake up, princess," He touched her shoulder, and shook her gently, "Are you feeling any better? We gotta fly."

"Huh…" She grunted, and then wiped the drool off of her chin, "Yes, yes, let's go."

Slowly but surely, they took off into the sky, and scanned the area above the tip of the forest. It took an hour, but they found two nests, close to one another.

To their surprise, there were four QTs on these two nests. Two of them seemed to be males, which meant that they were together with their female mates.

There was no strong evidence to support behaviour like this, but boy did it make Jimmy's, and Anna's job easier. They found four QTs in a single spot, fifteen eggs in total, so they hit the jackpot!

It took Jimmy ten minutes to tame all four of them, he was quick with it. As he altered their brain afterwards, he used nearly the same method on these newly tamed QTs, and planted the thoughts, or instructions in their head.

Ten minutes later, all four of them were on the air, and headed towards the rocky mountains with their eggs in their beaks. The main difference with the method he used on them, was that he assigned a different master for each of them, and taught them to also cooperate with the first, female QT that he sent towards the rocky mountains.

They were to communicate with said female, and build a giant nest together. It was safer, and perhaps even more efficient to keep all eighteen eggs in the same nest.

Anyway, Jimmy and Anna hit the skies again, on Bonita's back, and by chance, they flew past the nest of the first female he tamed. This was where they saw a male QT, busting its beak through the empty nest, looking for eggs.

"Do you think that's the dad?" He asked.

"Most likely," Anna said, "I don't think male QTs are competitive about mating, so they have no reason to break eggs. The males we saw behave a lot like swans, it looks like they mate once, and keep the same partner throughout the rest of their lives."

"Let's prevent a heartbreak, then," He said, "Drop down over there, I'll tame him too, and give him some peace of mind."

Jimmy had a soft spot for animals who cared this much about their loved ones, so he couldn't simply fly away and leave the father heartbroken like this.

Besides, they needed six QTs in total, in order to call this day successful. This male was the sixth QT for the day, and he was to be Gaark's pet, so he would tame this male even if he wasn't sentimental about his frustration.

Jimmy dropped down, tamed the QT, and sent it towards the rocky mountains. This barely took five minutes, as he didn't have to teach it to carry eggs, or put eggs in its mouth. He mainly taught it to be careful around the eggs in the new, giant nest that was to be built today, and of course, he taught him everything else he needed to know.

Anna and Jimmy then followed suit. They headed towards the rocky mountains, as they had a couple more things to do today. They had to meet the hunters that they met a few hours ago, and arrange Zik and Rampage to go and pick them up.

Bonita was getting tired of carrying two people on her back all day, so the sooner they got home, the better.
