At some point during their march, Jimmy found Anna within the crowd, approached her, and attempted to communicate with her.

"It took me a while to find you." He said.

Immediately after she saw him, she thought, 'Oh god, Nechi told him where I am. No wonder she disappeared without saying a damn word.'

Unsurprisingly, she refused to speak. This was frustrating at this point, so Jimmy had to push some boundaries.

He leaned over, just slightly, and whispered, "Nechi said you had something important to tell me? Something about you loving me? I couldn't really understand where she was getting at."

"Oh, dear god." She sighed.

"Aha! You finally talked!" He celebrated as quietly as he could, so as to not make her uncomfortable in the midst of the crowd. "That's more like it. Just tell me what you feel, and maybe we can find common ground?"

"Common ground, are you kidding me?" She sneered. "You banged my sister, and now you're taunting me with that stupid purple necklace on your chest? Am I less than my sister because I don't have a purple necklace?"

"Wow, of course not! Necklaces mean nothing to me, you know that, and for the record, your sister started it." He added. "She grabbed me by the crotch and everything, because apparently she and I used to do that often. But that aside, I didn't have sex with her just for the sake of having sex. I had a plan."

Anna looked away at first, she was disgusted, but she couldn't help herself from arguing with him, so she looked back at him, and said, "A plan? Digging deep inside my sister's insides isn't really a plan. It's so pathetic how you cheated on me before we even got serious. Makes me wonder how little you'd care if we ever got serious."

"Are you kidding? It would mean the world to me!" He expressed. "Don't get me wrong, your sister is great, but you're the one I know the most around here. We've leaped into this messed up world together, and that has to mean something. Right?"

Anna was grossed out by the way he talked about her sister, but other than that, she couldn't help developing a faint blush over how much Jimmy cared about her. She hated that she valued his input, but she loved it at the same time. It was conflicting.

Noticing herself losing her footing in the conversation, she then tried to avoid the main topic, and asked, "We'll talk about it later. Tell me about this plan of yours that you value so much."

Jimmy intended to be direct, so he leaned over a bit closer as they walked, and whispered, "There is a large, steel door in one of the tunnels. I'm assuming there is a lot of advanced technology behind it, technology that we could use, but it was impossible to open the door. That's when I figured out that my semen can melt steel, but only if I have sex with someone."

Furthermore, he added, "I wanted to find you, and ask you to have sex with me in front of the door, but you would've said no. Right?"

"Wrong," She disagreed, just for the sake of disagreeing.

She was certain that she'd never have sex with a man that she knew for less than a day, and Jimmy knew that too, but she didn't want to cooperate with him right now.

Which was why she said, "If your plan had a drop of probability, I would've had sex with you. I helped you rub one out, remember? But my opinion isn't really the problem here, is it? My sister grabbed you by the crotch, and you just went wild."

Anna did not plan to reopen this topic so quickly, but he made her angry rather instantly. At this point her ego was overlapping past her hurt feelings, but she believed she was in the right.

Jimmy gave her some peace of mind, and agreed with her, "You're right. I should've controlled my urges, and for that I am sorry. I do care about your sister. She's practically a stranger to us, yes, but she's very sweet. But more importantly, I care about you too!"

In an attempt to make her laugh, he then added, "I mean, common, you gotta know that I'm telling the truth. I already had sex with someone, so you can't say that I'm doing everything just to get in your silly little fur skirt."

"You could've gotten in my silly little skirt last night if you asked me," She snapped back, though she did not mean a word of it.

Anna kept doubling down, and to push things further, she grabbed his hand, pressed it against the top of her breasts, and said, "These could've been yours last night, but you dug into my sister without even talking to me first. We were supposed to explore, not bang strangers."

Then she pushed his hand away, and said, "I do like you though, so I'm gonna give you one more chance. Nechi seems to love you, and I can't take that away from her, so we have to be flexible. However, if you want to have both of us, then you really have to work for it."

"Aren't you a feisty little devil?" He whispered, and meant every word of it, as they came naturally to him for once in his life. "Whatever you want, princess."

"Princess, huh?" She repeated, but at this point she was flirting, even if she sounded angry. "I'm going to make you work hard for this, pretty boy! Your first punishment is simple, but it's really gonna mess with your perverted urges. You gotta massage my feet everyday, for a month, and if you touch anywhere above my ankle I'm gonna snap your head off."

The average man would be intimidated by this, but in this case, Jimmy could read between the lines, and picked up on her empty threats quickly.

For that matter, he whispered, "Whatever makes you happy, princess."

Afterwards, he took a risk, and landed a gentle kiss on her cheek before he pulled away. She did not snap his neck as a response, which quickly proved that her threat was a bluff.

"Idiot," She sighed, and then looked away just so she could hide her blush.

This conversation had put their characters to the test. They even worked against their very nature to mend the relationship between them, but in the end it was worthwhile. Even though the hints were faint, the both of them were getting what they wanted out of one another, perhaps more than they had initially hoped for.
