Now that she thinks about it, why would a vampire be mated to a human? These thoughts plaqued her mind even though she had no one to talk to about it with. She could not help but wonder about the true reason. And why did Eiravyn reject her from the beginning when he knew all along she was his fated mate. Why did he keep telling her then that he was dangerous and why did he suddenly change his mind? Serena could feel that all this leads to this place and she was desperate to figure that out.

Looking around the room again, Serena could not help but wonder if Eiravyn had brought his past girlfriends here before her? At the thought of it, she suddenly felt a sudden onslaught of possessiveness mixed with an intense feeling of betrayal. How many women had he had before her? Serena did not know why she suddenly felt this way.

Before she got blinded by jealousy Serena shook her head violently, burying any thought of insecurity deep inside her, focusing on the main reason she had followed him all the way here to an unknown place. She didn't come here just to gather more information or make herself frustrated.

Instead she came here because she wanted to get laid and because of her limited time frame but when he told her she was his mate she had decided to follow him here willingly, as she felt the spark the first day they met, She was dead sure he was the one for her. She had choose to come here on her own free will, she was hell-bent to see what this place had to offer, her life in the human realm was already so boring to begin with!

Serena slumped on the massive bed, as all these thoughts flooded her mind, before eventually sitting up on the bed. She had to get her things together.

She grabbed her back and unpacked her things, she didn't bring much. So, she had little to none to do. She opened one of the doors to the far left and was right when she had guessed it was a closet. However, as soon as she turned the door knob open, she didn't expect to see a ginormous room! It was the size of her entire bedroom back in the human realm!

'Just how wealthy was this Man?' Serena almost exclaimed aloud. One wall was covered with lots of rectangular shelves - for shoes, she presumed - and another wall with square shelves for bags and other accessories. There was a big vanity table in the side with plenty of drawers on either side and a large mirror and there was another rectangular antique mirror in the middle. Which she could guessed was designed for makeup, grooming, and styling. The other three walls had rectangular shelves crafted for hanging dresses and all sorts of different clothing and drawers in galore!

The whole place was huge and massive! Serena almost felt like it could be a clothing and accessories boutique if the shelves were filled with clothes and shoes and all sorts of clothing accessories. Imagine if all these empty spots were actually filled with clothes! Her jaw dropped at the thoughts. Who could afford this kind of lavish lifestyle? She was observing the place when suddenly, there was knock on the door in the main room.

She quickly stepped out of the closet and went back to the bedroom, her earlier task of unpacking postponed.

"Yes? Yes?"

Serena replied in a voice that sounded strange, even to her hearing, she cleared her throat and responded again.

"Yes?" She called out, this time it sounded much like what she was used to. The butler strong voice replied through the other side of the door.

"I'm sorry to disturb you, My Lady, I came to set up your wardrobe…"

"Oh, of course. You're not disturbing. Please come i-in"

Upon her affirmation, the butler opened the door and walked in. Upon closer look at the butler, she guessed he would be about fifty years old.

The man walked in, empty handed, Serena watched him wondering how he would set the place up when he came with nothing, as if on cue, as that thought came to her mind, she suddenly saw him give ample space for a servant to walk in rolling a cart filled dinner gowns, she saw the servants walking in with the cart and she thought it was only one person, Serena was about to turn around to let the girl do her work, however, before she could blink, She gaped, and in the next minute the entire room was flooded with about twenty five servants, each rolling a cart filled with dresses, trousers, gowns, scarves,shoes, bags and so many other clothing accessories.

Serena was awestruck, she was still trying to come to terms with the luxury, then this! She almost felt dizzy at the display of wealth.

She watched the butler ordering them around the room, the room was spacious it could easily accommodate everyone and there was still space remaining. She watched as they arranged the things in the closets meticulously without uttering a word, she watched as the servants arranged the various designer bags in the section for bags and kept the shoes in their section. The clothes and gowns were hung on the shelves, before she could process the whole thing.

The closet that was once empty, now took on a new shape, as it was filled to the brim, When they were done, the servants bowed to her before they began streaming out silently with only the butler remaining.

He turned to her satisfied with the work done, "would you like to have your food now, My lady."

She wasn't famished still and would rather be alone to process everything around her and maybe she could call Kathy to give her updates and also check on her grandparents and Abi.

Hence, she raised her head and said, "I'll eat later…"

"Alright."

Valois swiftly turned around, having finished with his work here, He turned to walk out the door, when Serena called to him.

"Hmm… by the way, where's Eiravyn?"
