"We are appointed by His Majesty to serve you from now on, my lady." Aurora responded.

Astrid also bowed and both of the girls said. "We are so please to meet you and serve you, my lady." They said in unison.

Serena momentarily struggled to find her voice. "Hmm… very nice to meet you too, Astrid, Aurora." She managed to say. Her mind was still whirling with questions. She never expected to have a personal servants, not to mention twins at that —one that even synced together. To say she wasn't surprise was a gross understatement, but at the same time she was relieved. At least she had someone to chat with before Kathy arrived in the kingdom.

"My lady, would you like to take your bath now?" Aurora asked, and when Serena saw that the servants were looking at her, waiting for a go-ahead…

She eventually hummed and nodded to the question.

Serena watched as the two servants went into her bathroom and started preparing her bath. She saw them fill the tub with warm water. For her bath, Serena was still not sure what she was expected to do, so she waited on them. It was only when Aurora turned to signal for her to take off her clothes and enter the tub that she almost yelled. What! Are they going to bathe her?

Serena quickly turned to them, "I'll call you if I need anything else. Please leave now."

Aurora and Astrid exchanged glance, wondering if they were allowed to leave their lady alone in the room to fend for herself when their task was to make sure she did not have to stress herself.

Astrid stepped forward, being the eldest she looked like someone who was good at making quick decision and looked dependable. "My lady, we are to assist you with your bath and everything you need." She said.

But Serena was not comfortable with allowing another person see her nakedness be it a fellow woman or a man she was not comfortable. She insisted,

"You don't have to worry about bathing me, I can do that myself as you can see I'm not handicapped." Serena said with a nervous laugh at the end. She was so not use to this kind of lifestyle.

The twins exchanged glance again and finally yielded. "Then, we shall prepare your clothes." They said and with that, they left the room and went to the walk-in closet.

Serena sighed when they left and took off her tank top, she placed it carefully in the corner of the room. Then, she dipped her hands in the water to check if it was too hot. It was perfect. Serena thought with a smile. Before she gracefully submerged herself in the large bathtub.

Serena shuddered when the water touched her bare skin and she let out a serene sigh. "This is so relaxing." Serena said as she took her time while soaking in the water for a while before she started washing her hair with soap.

She lathered her right hand with soap and combed through her messy long red hair with her hands and laid it over one shoulder to reveal her slender neck.

And then she rinsed the soap out of her hair, careful to avoid getting soap in her eyes.

"It is so wonderful to have all this space all to yourself." Serena thought as she took her time in scrubbing and rinsing her body with water making sure the water was still running so she would not have to call for the servants.

When she was done, she reached for the smaller towel hung over the gilded rail. She wrapped her hair in it and then reached for her silk robe. She draped it over herself, Securing it safely over her body.

Then she walked into the closet and saw Astrid standing dutifully by the vanity table but Aurora was nowhere to be seen. She was about to ask about Aurora, when she saw her walking into the room. She turned to Serena.

"My lady, do you prefer a gown or something comfortable." Aurora asked dutifully, as she had gone to the closet and came back because she was not sure what her lady preferred.

"Something comfortable please." Serena said after much consideration. She was not sure what she would do today but Eiravyn had told her there would be a banquet later in the evening. So she wanted to dress simple now and maybe later in the evening she could dress the way she wanted.

Aurora nodded and went back to the closet, only to come back few minutes later with a blue denim trousers and a bright blue top

Serena saw her place her change of clothes at the chair in front of the vanity table and gestured for her to stand up.

She knew what was coming next. They wanted to help her change into it, she was about to refuse the help but eventually changed her mind. How long would she keep rejecting their help until they thought she was weird. She had to get used to this lifestyle and do what best for her.

Serena stood up and they started fussing around her, helping her change into the dress. She didn't know how to feel about this as no one had ever seen her naked or helped her with these basic needs — she guessed she had to get used to it now if she really wanted to stay here for long. She focused her gaze on her reflection in the mirror to distract herself. Her bright blue eyes staring back at her reflection. She didn't know why but there seem to be something strange about her but Serena couldn't place her fingers on what that was.

She was deep in her thoughts when she heard Astrid calming and gentle voice.

"My lady, sit here I'll style your hair."

Astrid brought out a comb and a hair pin and neatly curled up her hair, her long red hair was unbound and coursed down her back after making sure her hair was dry.
