The wraith retreated back to the wall. The entire wall transformed and changed into a face. Two empty eye sockets with a mouth that was as wide as a door. Inside the mouth were many living souls. Most of them were males.

Mater could even spot Kyle Turner's soul inside.

"You eat your lovers, eh?" Mater opened his mouth and launched two Nether Spheres at the face.

The Sphere dug into the wall, peeling off wallpaper and concrete underneath. The wraith screamed. It moved its eye sockets to swallow the spheres and shot it back out toward the black cat.

The book flew away, dodging the nether spheres.

"Reflect Ability, huh? How about this? Aurora, ice its face!" Mater hissed.

"Yes, Master."

Aurora was still standing beside Selina. She put her hands on the floor. Countless ice spikes shot out from the wall which the face occupied. It screamed in pain.

The face disappeared, leaving the ice spikes with black blood covering them.

The face reappeared in a different, much farther wall. It howled.

Two walls appeared around Aurora and rushed at her. The wraith intended to crush both her and Selina. Aurora clasped her hands, summoning ice pillars around her. The walls slammed onto the ice pillars and were unable to move closer.

"Nicely done, Aurora!"

The black cat flew closer to the face. Mater didn't use Chains of Shadow as it would probably not be effective to restrain something like a wall. Crow's Call suffered the risk of disorienting Aurora as well.

So the black cat continued to throw Nether Spheres at it. Most of it was able to hurt the female wraith. The face threw some of the spheres back but Mater dodged them easily. The wall became more torn. Concrete showed and all the wallpaper bled like it was actual skin.

Aurora joined the attack from afar and used Ice Spikes again. Countless ice spikes punctured the face from beneath, causing it to bleed even more black blood.

The face howled and disappeared once more. This time it didn't choose another wall to reappear, instead it went to the high ceiling above.

Selina grabbed a water bottle in her backpack and threw it at Mater. "Use this, Mr. Mater!"

"Haha! Very smart, woman."

The cat caught the water bottle with his claws and tore it open. The water flooded out and formed into three identical Mater.

This spell wasn't completely free like Mater's other spells. The reason for this was because he needed to assign his own Chaos to the clones. It was like filling three empty cans with fuel. The more he gave, the longer the clones could fight before their Chaos completely ran out.

Mater only gave the three clones a sufficient amount so that they could shoot sixty Nether Spheres each. This wasn't cheap and it cost Mater 180 kilometers of Chaos Blood. 500 of them were also used to construct the Glacial Shrine for Aurora.

Once he expended the 180 kilometers, Mater only had around 200 kilometers of Chaos left. A dangerous low amount.

"Ah… I can't wait for my Chaos Circuit to be completed. Then my Chaos could refill by itself."

Mater wasn't worried much about his low amount of magic. After killing this wraith, he could potentially gain a few hundreds back. Aurora was also cost free to regain her Chaos so he also had her.

On the Dark Grimoire, the four identical black cats shot at the face at the ceiling. The pure rate of fire rendered the face completely useless. It could try and shoot back some of the spheres but the other Nether Spheres were constantly digging at its flesh.

Aurora was also spamming Ice Spikes and caused more wounds to it.

The female wraith fused itself with the room, making it much more durable and had much more health than the usual wraith. But in front of these non-stop harassment, it could feel its strength slowly draining away.

The female wraith opened its mouth wide. All the souls that it had imprisoned jumped out. They fell out of the ceilings like raindrops and landed on the floor.

It was the wraith's final attack.

Mater also landed on the floor and allowed for his clones to jump on the ground. "Run around, evade its attack and keep shooting!"

He ordered the clones. All the clones nodded and immediately began skirmishing the female wraith. All the furniture in the room became hostile. They grew legs and claws. It rushed at the clones to attack them. The clones were stupid but they evaded everything very well and kept harassing the face on the wall.

The horde of imprisoned spirits rushed at Selina and Aurora. Aurora used Ice Spikes to damage the imprisoned spirits but it couldn't stop them from advancing.

Mater flew to the front of the horde and opened his mouth.

"Desperation Scream!" The transparent soundwave shot out and pushed all the spirits backwards five meters. They were stunned for a moment before continuing to advance.

The three of them slowly backed off with Mater using Desperation Scream to push the horde back while Aurora damaged them constantly with her Ice Spikes. Some of the spirits used up all their spiritual power and faded away. They officially died and were no longer held by the female wraith.

They had no ill will toward Mater or a negative expression. Most of them felt relief when they were finally released. They left this world with a smile of freedom.

The Water Clones continued to chip away the face on the ceiling. It constantly received more and more damage. It tried to relocate and jumped to a different wall but the clones didn't leave it alone.

Mater and Aurora had also dealt with the horde. Every single one of them evaporated, including Kyle Turner.

The spirit of that young man fell to the floor. His eyes faced the dreadful face on the wall.

"Thank you…" He uttered his last words before disappearing.

Without the horde, there was nothing left to stop Aurora and Mater to gang up on the female wraith.

They joined the Water Clones and released all of their spells at the face on the wall. Black blood flooded out of its eye sockets and mouth.

"No…" A soft wail echoed in the room.
