After finishing both their battles, Celeste and Ariana met up. Ariana had already sent the elves back to their home world to let them rest after a hard fought battle.

"What do you think, Ari ? Will Boss use the traps you gave her ?"

"Is that even a question ? She will definitely use the great traps that I created with all my might. I'm an expert in this field and I can guarantee that those traps will work on even 5000+ opponents."

Actually the traps Ariana created with all her might, were all given to Elena. She was restricting her level to fight against the Lackey Apocalyptic Monsters, so using those traps would have been overkill. That's why, she gave them to Elena to support her even when she was not there beside her.

"So, do you want to check out how the fight is progressing ?"

"You bet. Let's go."

At the beginning of their bout, both Elena and Gyava didn't go all out. They lightly exchanged blows and tried to understand how strong the opponent was. Gyava only used his Apocalypse Dragon Physique to fight and Elena only used her sword arts.

They were pretty much equal in that exchange. That immensely surprised Gyava as he could feel that Elena's level was lower than his own. He was very sure that Apocalyptic Monsters like them had the best possible stats for their level and he was Cataclysm Class dragon to boot. So his stats were even higher.

Not only that but Gyava could somehow feel a lethal threat from Elena. He felt like she was a natural hunter for him. This made no sense to him as according to his knowledge of several millennia, Apocalyptic Monsters had no natural predators. So he stopped the fighting for a moment and asked -

"Who are you, little girl ? I can feel some kind of dangerous aura from you but that kind of aura should not exist."

"I'm someone who is here to stop you from going any further in this direction. And, about the dangerous aura ? You can probably feel it because I had killed someone of your kind before."

"That is impossible. I had met many Apocalypse Slayers before. And they obviously didn't have this kind of aura to them."

"Actually the monster that I defeated was somewhat special. But, that's not important right now. It's not everyday that I get a chance to fight someone truly strong. Let's enjoy ourselves, shall we ?"

Then she didn't wait anymore and instantly attacked and even increased the pace of the battle.

When Celeste and Ariana reached close to the place where Elena and Gyava were having their battle, they saw both of them were still in good shape.

Elena had stopped only using her sword and went back to her primary style of fighting using both sword and magic at the same time. Seeing their exchange, one thing was sure that Gyava had more expertise with concept magic than Elena.

That was normal tho. He had lived for several thousand times more than Elena. So having a higher degree of mastery in concept magic was a given. That doesn't mean Elena was having trouble tho. Her INT stat was higher so the power of her magic was stronger too.

And even tho Gyava had a better understanding of Concept magic than Elena, the gap between them was not very large. If Elena's knowledge was at level 2 then his was at peak level 3 or initial level 4.

After fighting like that for 15-20 hours, this time Gyava changed the pace of the battle. Their fight reached the third phase. Even tho Gyava was using his physique and magic he still had not used most of his abilities. He was a dragon who primarily depended on his racial ability to fight, so there was a huge difference in him using the abilities and not using it.

Elena also added her "Soul Resonance" in the mix to counter this. After crossing level 1000, soul resonance released a last, ultimate ability. It allowed Elena to harness the power of the souls in a better and stronger way by allowing her to add some features from the soul to herself.

For every 1000 levels, she was able to allow another soul to use this ability together. So currently Elena could manifest 4 souls together as she was level 4000+ for the time being.

So, she chose the phoenix, the nine-tailed fox, the  dragon and the hound's powers to manifest. She was using this for the first time in a battle so she was eager to see the effects.

Elena suddenly had golden coloured wolf ears above her head and nine fluffy golden foxtails behind her. Her blue eyes became like dragons and had vertical pupils in them. Several pairs of black dragon horns also grew on her head in the shape of a crown. And finally two beautiful orange-red wings appeared on her back which looked like it was made of flames. If her charm was 150 / 100 before then now it had become ∞ / 100. Her increase in strength was also significant.

Gyava was also not far behind in terms of increase in the combat capability department. After activating all of his abilities, his combat strength got a significant boost. His large frame of over one kilometer became smaller at only 20 meters. The colour of his scales changed from brownish black to crimson black. His claws and teeth also grew in size. And all seven eyes of his change colour from red to became multicolored.

After both their transformations were over the battle intensity reached an insane height. The seven eyes were one of Gyava's most useful abilities. Each one of the eyes had a special effect like, paralyzing or petrification or confusion.

It was supposed to be very hard for anyone to fight him in full force and also to block those eyes from affecting oneself. But Elena had complete immunity to any and all status effects, one of his core abilities did not affect Elena at all. But still his other abilities like, "Destruction Touch" or Calamity Domain" were quite troublesome to deal with.

But the same was true for Elena. Manifesting the soul resonance means that she had made those souls to me her own. So each one of them gave Elena a unique ability exclusive to her. Even the souls real owners did not have those abilities.

The phoenix's soul gave her the ability to burn everything with everlasting fire. Every attack coming from Elena would do true fire damage completely ignoring any defence. And not only that but it also had a chance to inflict a special burning status which would deal continuous true damage and it was impossible to stop the fire from burning until Elena wished it to do so. Even death was not enough to stop that fire from burning.

The dragon soul gave her the power to unconditionally suppress everything. She had the true sovereign's aura. Any opponent she would be facing would have 20-99% lower stats depending on the opponents. A weak minded and weak heart would have more lowered stats than a strong hearted person.

The hound's soul gave her the ability to hunt anything and everything. If someone or something became a hunting target in Elena's mind then that target would never be able to escape her. She would also gain a boost whenever she was hunting her prey. A very simple but strong ability as the boost she got was considerably high.

And finally the nine-tailed fox didn't do much but just increased her charm to an astonishing degree. Not only that but it also made her charm to be able to bypass any and all kinds of protection. Only by having a strong enough mind and heart, one would be able to face off against Elena. If their focus faltered even for a moment, they would probably become her slaves. It was quite a scary ability.

As the battle pace picked up, the cosmos lit up with several colours non stop. Elena's magic, Gyava's abilities were used as if their was no end to their MP. As an Apocalyptic Monster, Gyava's mind was quite tough so he was able to resist the temptation to just became Elena's slave.

This time he also used his strongest damage dealing ability, which was his Apocalypse Dragon's Breath. It was a really really strong attack with a homing ability. This was undoubtedly the strongest attack that Elena had ever faced. The first breath that he used actually took Elena by surprise and she was dealt an insane amount of damage. She lost over 10 million HP from that attack.

But this attack also somewhat woke Elena up. Even tho she had not stopped her trainings, she had still became somewhat less vigilant after coming to RASHTROYNI. That dragon breath actually had the power to kill Elena if that attack hit her perfectly. And that threat of death was able to give Elena the required stimulation. After that she started getting back to her top form little by little. And when she felt that she had finally reached the best possible condition, she finally decided to go all out with her life on the line.

This would be the start of the fourth and the final phase of the fight.
