Ariana was someone who liked to be cautious while fighting any enemies. Even tho she acted in a haughty manner, that was mostly a front. Actually she was the most prudent among Elena's summons. There were countless times when this cautious nature of hers had protected Elena's life.

As she was in fact a type of spider, she was an expert in laying traps. Even tho she wanted to defeat these two Apocalyptic Monsters while restricting herself to prove her worth to herself, that did not mean she was going to take risks and fight them head on.

She had started her preparations for the upcoming battle since the time when she was told about Elena's new mission. She had complete trust in Elena but still she thought preparing a few things to help her just in case would not be a bad idea, so she started preparing traps ever since that time.

She was told that SLUGERRUD was something similar to the new opponents just with much higher potential. After their victory over the DESTROYER she had done a lot of research on these types of monsters and had prepared countermeasures against them.

Today was the time when she was finally going to test those fruits of her research. The upcoming battle was not only a battle to prove herself but was also a battle to do some much needed experiments.

As soon as Fasia-gaya and Hazavene got close to the group of Ariana and the elves, Ariana instantly created a dome made of her strings. As soon as the formation of the dome was completed, she activated her domain skill .

As soon as she saw those Apocalyptic Monsters, she instantly decided where she wanted to fight them and started her preparations to create this dome. This was a move that gave her an insane advantage against any and all opponents. Even Elena would be restricted if she didn't break the dome.

But the main fault of this move was that, it was very delicate and any kind of somewhat weak attack could break this dome. And as soon as the dome got broken, Ariana would suffer a backlash. So against strong and experienced opponents this move was a very bad choice.

But according to her judgement, these Apocalyptic Monsters were strong but not very experienced in combat, so she took this gamble. And this was the only way which allowed even the weak elves to contribute after getting the boost from this domain.

The two Apocalyptic Monsters noticed the effect of the dome as soon as it was used. So, naturally they tried to break the dome open. So first Fasia-gaya used his big body to slam the dome's walls made using strings. But he felt like he just hit a runner and most of his strength was bounced back.

Hazavene was very confident that even if Fasia-gaya's physical strength could not break the walls, his corrosive liquid could. He was specialised for such jobs. But reality was different from his imagination. When his corrosive liquid touched the wall, nothing happened. This made him so surprised that his focus faltered for a moment.

Using that gap in Hazavene's consciousness, Ariana hid in the dimensional gap and launched a sneak attack. She was able to control the fabric of space using her ability as an Ultimate Weaver. So, Hazavene was unable to detect her at all and the sneak attack was a success.

Between Fasia-gaya and Hazavene, Ariana was more worried about the latter as his ability was more troublesome. Even tho Fasia-gaya was able to do something similar to the World Devouring Worm and could suck magic attacks, this ability was nowhere near as useful as the devouring of the World Devouring Worm. It had a higher limit and crossing that limit would harm Fasia-gaya himself. So the corrosive and poisonous liquid was a greater threat.

The sneak attack she used was not done to do any harm to the monster itself. According to Elena, Hazavene had a very high HP and it could even regenerate, so Ariana would not be able to do any significant damage even if she went all out. So she didn't even try that. Instead she used a special racial ability "bound and trapped" to block one random skill of Hazavene. This operation was so smooth that Hazavene didn't even feel anything when one of his skills was sealed.

Then Ariana spoke up-

"Foolish monsters, this is a domain created by this great me. Do you think your puny attacks could break it. I'm someone who specialises in creating unbreakable domains. Stop your foolish action and let me show what an Apocalyptic Monster is capable of by battling these elves."

Actually the domain walls were very weak and those two would have been able to break them after just a few more attacks. The threads she used to create the dome weren't bestowed with toughness or anything, instead she made them as such that no matter how much damage they suffer, they would not show any changes. And whatever she said was just a bluff.

But the bluff was effective. Not seeing any changes on the walls they decided to not waste their strength on it. Instead it should be easier for them to just weep out the weak elves. So they attacked them next.

After getting the boost from Ariana's domain the elves that gained strength close to level 1500 and the monsters strength got a decrease to become close to level 1900. So now the elves were at least able to deal some damage to them.

But what the elves gained was only stats equivalent to level 1500 but their skills were not on per with their levels. And the Apocalyptic Monsters had a very high stat total so fighting against two of them was still impossible for the elves.

So Ariana still had to fight alongside them. She divided the elves into three groups. One consisting of Celeste, Lucian and Ophilia who were all magic experts. And another group had Asta who was physically very strong and Andrestiora who was apt at both magical and physical combat.

The magic expert group was sent to fight against Hazavene as physical attacks did very little damage to it and the two man team against Fasia-gaya as magic would just increase its strength. Ariana took the role to support both teams as much as possible in all situations.

Ariana did not actively take part in the battle to give the Apocalyptic Monsters the idea that she was truly only a domain user. She used more strings to obstruct their movements and created dolls out of her threads to harass them in every possible situation.

The elves' performance was quite praiseworthy even in Ariana's opinion. As they were actually fighting with their homeworld on the line they gave more than 100% in this battle.

Their desperate fighting was somewhat able to close the remaining level gap between them and the Apocalyptic Monster. And along with Ariana's timely support, they were able to slowly but surely push the monsters back.

As they were getting cornered by a bunch of weaklings, this was a great humiliation for the great Apocalyptic Monster. So they tried to change the tide of the battle by unleashing some of their strongest techniques.

Ariana had kept an eye on Fasia-gaya to not let it absorb a lot of magic power. So the amount of magic powers that it was able to gain throughout this battle was not much. But Ariana's group was not the only present people to be able to use magic. Hazavene could do the same. And that's exactly what happened.

Hazavene suddenly stopped attacking the elves and instead attacked Fasia-gaya with magic spells. It soon absorbed those spells and started shooting them toward the two elves and Ariana. At the same time he also used a racial ability called "Trampling March" and that shook the whole space ruining the elves balance.

That trampling also created several space cracks. Even tho the cracks were very small that was enough for Hazavene. She separated a part of his body and threw it toward the space crack. That piece of his body was actually able to corrode even then spacial layers and temporarily allowed Hazavene to control the space here. It was truly an astonishing move.

Ariana quickly tried to mend the space with her Ultimate Weaver's powers. But she was not fast enough. So the big move that Hazavene was planning was successful.

Ariana braced herself for a strong attack but nothing happened. Even Hanazeve was dumbfounded as how his attack did not activate. He tried once more but still failed to use this attack.

Ariana instantly understood what happened. The skill that got blocked was this skill that Hazavene was trying to utilise right now. This created a huge gap in his defence and not wanting to miss this golden opportunity, Ariana decided to reveal herself at this moment and launched a super strong magic attack on Hazavene that she was preparing for a very long time.

That attack was aimed so perfectly that it hit Hazavene right where his weak point was and he died. Soon after that Fasia-gaya was also not able to hold on after the offense against him doubled and he also breathed his last soon after. Ariana managed to get a perfect victory.
