As soon as Sandy and Saradina returned to Jysis they instantly fell asleep. They were way too tired to do anything for the time being. Elena also didn't disturb them and sent them to their rooms by again utilising the teleportation magic.

They wake up after sleeping for over 20 hours. For high level individuals like Sandy and Saradina, they needed little sleep if compared to any normal person. So it was evident how insanely tired both of them actually were.

But when they finally woke up, they did not get any time to relax or to spend time with each other after they finally became lovers as they got very bad news as soon as they woke up. Their camp close to the Totota fortress had been destroyed and even tho the majority of the soldiers present there were able to escape, quite a lot died in a retreating battle.

Sandy asked with a grim look how that was possible. They could lose the battle to occupy the fortress and he would not mind that as that would be somewhat expected but even tho the camp was temporary they still had several magic items inside the camp to make it at least as tough as if not tougher than a normal fortress. So, it was unbelievable that such a well guarded camp could be conquered in less than a single day.

General Dennis answered him back -

"Major, they did not destroy our camp with a strong army or anything. The process was way simpler. Actually the Bull beast king Hapis had joined the war."

That statement was enough for Sandy to understand what actually happened. Beast kings were all existences with an unreasonable amount of strength. They all were at least an A ranker and some of them had even reached the high grade A rank. No one doubted that a beast king had the ability to destroy a camp like that with no problem but what made Sandy doubt now was the question of there were survivors alive ?

He did not need to wait long to get the answer. One of the commanders had gotten a special item after doing a dungeon expedition two years ago. That item was able to trap even an A ranker inside an illusion for some time depending on the mental power of the opponent. As Hapis was not particularly good at the mental strength department so, he had to spend quite a lot of time to finally get out of the illusion. That was the reason why so many soldiers were able to come back alive.

Sandy was very happy that a commander was willing to sacrifice an important treasure to save his soldiers lives. So, he rewarded the commander instantly with another treasure of the equal value. But now other anxious generals and commanders asked him what to do for the future. He smiled slightly and said -

"Do not worry, everyone. In my last battle when I was fighting to save my beloved's life , I leveled up a few times to reach level 250. So now I'm technically an A ranker."

The whole hall was buzzing with excitement, everyone knew that the S rankers were very mysterious and did not interfere much in regular wars. The participants of the meeting were all astonished to see Elena appearing suddenly between them. But when they heard her question they all became even more bewildered.

But not everyone was like that. After thinking for just a fraction of a second, Saradina and Milia both replied alongside a few more female soldiers almost at the same time -

"Complete 100%."

Soon Sandy and other generals and commanders also gave their answer which was also entirely positive. Even the people who were not very happy with Elena at the beginning were completely silent this time. That was because they had nothing to complain about Elena at all.

She had helped the army in most critical times to save them many times. Actually without Elena, they would have close to 0% chance of winning the war. She was the one who found the traitor among them, she was also the one who caught the spy whom no one was able to detect at all. And now she has even saved the life of the major general. So, she had already done everything she could to help them without strictly participating in the war.

Then instead of going deeper into the human territory he planned to attack some small nearby domains of other beastkin clans to create a new nation as soon as possible.

The fortress that was his last hope was called "Trixepona". If he could fulfil those conditions before the fall of Trixepona fortress then it would be his victory and if not then the hawk beast overlord clan would disappear for the world. It was a do or die gambit and he was willing to take it. So he sent a secret letter to Hapis and told him about the current dire situation and asked him to hurry up with his conquest.

Now the war was reaching close to the climax.
