"So now that we have somewhat sorted out the situation with the bull beast king Hapis, I have a question I really want to ask you, Elena-dono."

"Feel free to ask."

"Would you be interested in exploring a distinct divine realm ?"

"I think I'm quite interested, but can you elaborate a bit more."

"Yes, we have a distinct divine realm in our Empire. It was created by the beast god himself as a trial for the new emperors. I also have recently ascended to the throne so I still have to take this trial."

"If it's something that important for you, why are you asking me to explore it ?"

"Actually we are allowed to bring one helper with us. There is no restriction on the helper's strength too. The beast doesn't only seek strength from the emperors, but they also need to be resourceful. So I want to enlist Elena-dono's help as my helper. You can name any prize, I will try my best to meet it. I will really really appreciate your help."

As Elena was thinking all these, Hapis spoke from the side -

"Elena-sama, the distinct divine realm can even allow someone to meet with the beast god himself if one performed well inside. It is a big opportunity."

Seeing Hapis' excitement Elena was unsure how she should react. To the beastkins the beast god was most important just after the supreme goddesses. Even high gods were not as respected and prayed as the beast god to the beastkin. So, obviously as Hapis had no idea about Elena's real strength, he still regarded Elena as inferior if compared to the beast god.

"It does sound interesting. And I was also thinking of going to a different country to travel. I don't see any problem accepting your offer. So, let's have fun exploring."

Saying so Elena extended her hand toward Leonhart for a handshake. Leonhart was very nervous as he was going to touch Elena for the very first time. So, his hands were shaking quite a lot. When he was able to finally touch her hand Leonhart felt like he had gained enlightenment and he also thought that if he died the next moment he would not mind it at all.

After that discussion about the Distinct divine realm was over Elena went to the next topic. She asked -

"Instead of any material compensation for helping you out in the distinct divine realm, I will like to ask for something else. Can I ?"

"I will be happy to give you anything that is possible for me."

"My, thank you. In that case I would like to ask you to kindly remove the status of a rebel from the bull beastkins. They only rebelled against you because their leader Hapis decided to do so. So I would request you to show them some of your kindness and to grant them forgiveness."

"Oh, this is not a big deal at all. I already knew that the bull beastkins did not have adverse feelings towards my ruling. And I also believe that Hapis-dono also doesn't have any enmity or dissatisfaction with me as the rular. So, I don't see any reason to not show my magnanimity and forgive them. But I do wish to give them some form of punishment as that is very much needed to secure my authority. Is that acceptable ?"

"Yes, it is completely fine to give them some sort of punishment if that is not life threatening or traumatizing. I know that as an emperor you need to maintain your authority as the supreme ruler of the emperor. So feel free to punish them to strengthen your authority."

This was acceptable for Elena. Completely letting the beastkins go would undermine the emperor's authority too much so she was ready to let the bull beastkins endure some minor non harmful punishments to get the forgiveness from Leonhart and the whole situation played out just as Elena expected.

After that Leonhart asked Hapis some questions related to Horas and if he knew about any place where he might be hiding. Hapis also tried to answer to the best of his ability. But, to be honest, Horas was a very cautious person. Even tho Hapis was working alongside him, he did not reveal much about his own self. Hapis also had no idea what other trump cards Horas might be hiding.

Leonhart was not much sad with this outcome as he already expected something like this to happen. According to his and his teacher's reading, a person like Horas would never tell anyone anything that might be harmful to him.

Even though what they were discussing was something serious, both the men involved were very distracted throughout the conversion. One was because he was nervous about speaking with his former chief and another one because he was distracted by the incredible beauty who was calmly sitting and sipping the tea.

While the meeting was going on Sandy, Saradina and others from the human camp were secretly preparing a farewell party for their beloved "Angle of War" Elena, who had saved many of their comrades' lives.

Elena had already indirectly told Saradina that she was planning to go to the Gaim Empire as her next destination. So the day when the city of Jysis had to say good bye to Elena was coming very close. But the soldiers did not want let Elena go before they could show her how insanely grateful they were for all her help, so they planned this little party with all their might.

Obviously for Elena it was not a surprise party at all with her insane abilities but still she was very happy to get this party before her departure. Elena had spent quite some time in this city and also liked the hardworking and honest people living here. Their gratitude was very much appreciated by Elena.

The party was supposed to take place after Elena returned from the royal camp of the Gaim Empire. So as her time to return was coming closer, the humans were running back and forth in order to properly set everything up for the party.

Even tho Elena knew about the party it was unknown to the soldiers. So they did everything in their power to hide the information of the party from Elena. And that effort made the work of setting up the party secretly a lot harder. But if this could convey even a little bit of their gratitude toward Elena that all of the effort and hardwork was worth it.

After having a pleasant time seeing Elena's beauty and elegance, the tea party came to an end much to Leonhart's regret. But she was able to have his fill of seeing Elena so he became happy once again while thinking about it.

As for confessing to her or something like that, he did not have the courage to do so for now. He at least wanted to have strength close to Elena's own before he could confess. That was his male pride and his teacher also advised him that most of the time females tended to get attracted to be the opposite gender with power closer to their own.

But it was not like Leonhart had given up or something. He and Elena would spend quite some time alone together inside the distinct divine realm and there he could deepen his relationship with Elena as much as he wanted.

After Elena and Hapis left Leonhart retired to his sleeping chambers and tried to contact his teacher. Today while he was busy admiring Elena, Saliol was in charge of measuring Elena's power level to give Leonhart a target to aim for. So now he wanted to contact his teacher and wanted to know how much he needed to improve before he could court Elena.

Normally as soon as Leonhart tried to contact Saliol, he would always reply quickly. But today even after waiting for several minutes, Saliol did not reply back to him. This made Leonhart very uneasy as this was the first time that his teacher did not reply back to him.

Just as he was getting more and more concerned and was just about to use a special technique that Saliol taught him to summon Saliol back to Leonhart's side, suddenly he heard the familiar voice in this mind -

"Stupid boy. You don't have to be so reckless after not hearing from me for a few minutes. I'm perfectly alright and I was just a bit distracted thinking about something so I didn't notice your call."

"Ohh, I see, teacher. But what distracted you so much. Was it something related to the mighty enemy of yours who plotted behind your back."

"Yeah, something like that."

"So, were you able to judge the power level of Lady Elena ?"

"Oh no. She probably has some kind of artifact that could block anyone from judging her power level. And it might even be a divine artifact. But I can somewhat sense that she is way stronger than you."

"Oh, as expected of Elena-dono. She even has a divine artifact."

"Hmm."

But Saliol was actually hiding something from Leonhart as to not break his heart. When he tried to measure Elena's level he was unable to do so properly. But the aura he was able to sense for a fraction of a second from Elena as a level 399 soul, definitely belonged to a Demigod. He was sure about that fact because he had met a few demigods before so he was somewhat familiar with their aura.

If that was true than Leonhart would have a very tough challenges ahead, thought Saliol.
