After sending Hapis away to the Mini World, Elena finally returned to the City of Jysis. But before entering the city of Jysis, she used a little bit of mind manipulation on her own to forget about the surprise party that the soldiers were planning for some time.

This was the only way which would allow her to give the soldiers a genuine surprised and heartfelt reaction from her side. After giving so much effort to give Elena a surprise, this was the least bit of respect Elena wanted to give to them.

Then she entered the city and quickly went to the headquarters in the middle of the city. Surprisingly the headquarters was completely silent and dark at this hour which should not be the case. So Elena was a bit bewildered but still she entered the headquarters. After entering it she again found it to be completely empty. She could easily know what was currently happening if she just used her skills but for some reason she subconsciously felt like she should not use it. And Elena always believed in her instincts so she did not use any kind of skill for surveillance and detection.

Before Elena left to visit the imperial camp, Saradina told her to come to the meeting hall as she had something she wanted to ask Elena. So Elena went straight to the meeting hall. The door to the meeting hall was shut close so Elena knocked on it twice before opening the door.

As soon as she entered the hall all the lights that were inactive for some reason got activated suddenly. The whole hall which was dark just a moment before also lit up in bright and dazzling light. More than 100 people were present inside the hall and all of them bowed and greeted Elena thank you as soon as she entered.

Not only the headquarters but the whole city lit up in beautiful lights immediately afterwards. All the citizens of the city, from the soldiers to the craftsmen, everyone also shouted "Thank You" with all their might.

What Elena felt at that moment was genuine happiness. It was not Elena's first time getting thanked nor it would be her last. But every time someone showed their gratitude to her she always became happy. Today was no difference and this was also the first time that Elena got thanked like this after coming to this new world which was quite peaceful if compared to the previous world which she saved.

The hall was decorated beautifully and it was a fresh breath of air for Elena after seeing the horrific and gaudy decoration by the beastkins of the royal army. There was a table filled with foods that Elena enjoyed and all the people present in the hall were holding some gifts for Elena.

Elene expressed her happiness in a very obvious way. Her mood was very cheerful which was plain for everyone to see. This made the people who worked hard and planned this whole thing happy too. She interacted happily with everyone and enjoyed this night to the fullest alongside them.

Midway through the party after she had interacted at least a little bit with everyone present there, she went out of the headquarters and went to the largest tavern in the city and invited all the soldiers to join her in merrymaking. This considerate gesture from Elena won every soldier's heart who did not have the required status to join the meeting hall's party. This reminded them once again why they loved her so much even tho her time with them was not very long.

Elena spent the whole night wholeheartedly enjoying herself and having a really good time with the residents of the city of Jysis. Many soldiers came to thank her personally and many came to talk with her for a little bit. Elena did not reject anyone and talked with most of the soldiers. She even gave her new little sisters some return gifts and a way to contact her if needed.

The gifts the humans prepared for Elena were very simple. Almost none of the gifts were expensive or rare. Most of the soldiers gifted her something which was a very memorable item for them. Some even gave her the things that they created themselves by giving their all. And to be honest, Elena liked such gifts a lot more than expensive ones.

After the sleepless night was over, Elena suddenly started to speak and the whole city listened to her in rapt attention.

"The only reason I joined this war was because I wanted to give the Myrilia kingdom a little gift before leaving it. I'm quite strong and that is a fact. So finishing the war all alone is not a big deal to me. That would have saved many of your comrades life if I did just that.

But even if I did that the only thing that might change was the outcome of the war. Nothing more, nothing less. But that would not improve the Myrilia Kingdom in any way. So I decided to not take part in the war as a fighter. I just found some information and provided you all with some little helps and hints so that the advantage could always be on your side in this war. So the outcome was the battle is completely your own credits.

So my little gift to the Myrilia kingdom is none other than you yourselves. You all are what I can call an elite army capable of protecting your nation from many disasters.

So soldiers, be proud and strong as all of you are my chosen ones. You all will take on the responsibility to protect the nation and your loved ones who are living in this nation.

Today was a great day. I enjoyed it very much so I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the surprise. But today is also the day to bid goodbye. Tomorrow I will be leaving the Myrilia Kingdom and will go to the Gaim Empire with the royal beastkin army. I do not know when I will be able to return again.
