Horas did not have many legendary class items left with him. During the fight with the royal army and during his running away, he had to use many of those items in order to protect his life. That was why currently he only had three such items left and one of them even became useless due to the Peaceful Realm Crystal.

As he would not be able to run away anymore, he planned to use his all fight the lion beast overlord clan to his death. He had already sent some of the members of the hawk beast overlord clan to a different nation so he did not have to worry about bloodline extinction. Now he could go all out without worry.

He was a prideful individual first and foremost. So living like a hiding rat was very difficult for him. So, now that he could come out in the open and fight like a real beastkin, he felt invigorated.

To aid him in this battle he took out one of the last remaining Trump Cards that he had with him. This Trump Card was something that could only be used by a S ranker and if a A ranker tried to use it then they had to pay a special prize with him life force. That was why, he never used it before. But now as he had completely given up on staying alive, he finally decided to use this item.

This item was called "Sky Conquerer's Battle Regalia". It was the item that the only S ranker of Horas' clan used as his gear. After his death this insanely powerful battle gear remained unused as no one was worthy enough to wear it. But now after hundreds of years this battle regalia would join the battlefield once more.

As soon as Horas activated the battle regalia his body got clad in a light armour with the colour scheme of sky blue, white and green. This regalia consisted of body armour, pant, a pair of shoes, gloves and a helmet that was open in the mouth area. It was also perfectly designed to suit a hawk beastkin and only hawk beastkin.

Other than that he also took out a double bladed weapon which also acted as a bow for him. It was not a legendary weapon but something that he had used since his childhood. He was confident that in his own hands, this weapon would be much stronger than any legendary items.

Horas was facing off against the wolfkin clan and the great general Nakuru. They were not someone he could take on lightly. So he went all out from the very beginning. Horas' strength was so much higher with the Regalia that the renowned wolfkin clan became like toys in front of him. Only Nakuru could barely manage his attacks.

The Regalia had increased his speed by a large margin and all his attacks had sharp lethality of a wind blade. Within only a few minutes of the battle more than ten wolfkins died after either getting slashed by the dual bladed weapon or getting pierced by the arrows.

Seeing his clansmen dying one after another, Nakuru went berserk and started to fight against Horas while completely disregarding his defence. Which in turn did forced Horas to focus mainly on Nakuru but that also increased the wounds on his body.

Leonhart did not want more of his loyal subordinates to die so he decided to take the field himself. This was actually a conflict between the lion clan and the hawk clan so they should also be the one to finish this conflict. Effecting the wolfkin clan anymore than this would not be a good idea.

As soon as Leonhart joined the battle, it took a complete 180 degree turn. Last time, Horas was able to barely block Leonhart for a few hours using a semi S rank puppet and now even tho he had the combat capability of someone who had barely reached the S rank, he was still no match for Leonhart who was a high tier S rank.

But even in this one sided situation, Horas fought valiantly. He did not give up at all even then he got very badly hurt. Even Leonhart, who hated him from the deepest part of this heart had to praise Horas for his willpower.

But only willpower was not enough to change the situation for Horas and he finally fell after struggling at the death's door for over 5 hours. He did not lose because he gave up but he lost because his life force that he was supplying to the Regalia bottomed out.

But before anymore could land the killing blow on him, he suddenly took out a pitch black dagger. Then he coated the dagger in Leonhart's blood that he lost while fighting and plunged that dagger straight to his heart. As soon as that happened he lost the last bit of his life and died instantly.

But at the same time, Leonhart felt something unpleasant entering his soul and he felt an intense dizziness. Then a black sinister looking pattern suddenly appeared in the middle of his forehead. He instantly understood that he had been cursed and it was a bad one that his high grade S rank abilities could not defend against.

Nakuru was also very sensitive to such things and he instantly understood what happened. He greeted his teeth in anger and said -

"My Emperor, it must be that dagger which is responsible for the curse."

"Hmm, I also think so. Can you ask one of your subordinates to search Horas' body for that dagger ?"

"Right away, My Emperor."

But even after the wolfkin thoroughly searched Horas he was still unable to find the dagger. Seeing Leonhart speculated that the dagger must be a one time used item and that was why it disappeared after the curse took effect.

Leonhart had also asked Saliol about the curse and the answer he got made him furious. It was a curse that completely eliminated his libido. That means he would not be able to do any mating activity with anyone at all for his whole life. And this curse was also a very tricky one that could strengthen itself alongside the cursed person. So, if Leonhart got any stronger than he was currently, the curse would also get strengthened alongside him.

As for a solution, Saliol had none. He was a great beast with a body immune to most curses. So he never needed to look into it at all throughout his life. And curses were quite a rare field of magic too. So he had no solution. But Saliol did advise Leonhart to go and consult Elena as only she might be able to cure him from this curse.

But it was not easy for Leonhart to ask Elena for her help regarding his curse as he was too ashamed to admit in front of the person he had a crush on that he had become impotent. But Saliol said that it was his only option as he was pretty sure that no one had the ability to cure him in the Gaim empire other than Elena.

So, a very worried Leonhart finally returned to the royal palace after a successful operation.

After Horas died, Leonhart took this chance to completely uproot the "Dark Liberation Gang" using the wolfkins as he was worried that Horas might have left something bad with the gang. That instantly made one of the large three gangs to disappear forever from the slums of the capital.

Vahl was nearby when the whole process of taking down the Dark Liberation Gang happened. After seeing several A ranks and even their king taking action, he became so astonished and fearful that he almost peed in his pants.

Vahl was a smart person so he understood that he was probably related to this incident. When Inari asked him to send the information to the lion beast overlord clan, he expected it to be something minor, like an infighting or something in the lower ranks. But he never expected it to be such a big case.

But he did earn quite a bit from this simple mission. So he had nothing to complain about but still he had unknowingly entered a dangerous situation which he did not want at all. But he had no idea what he could do to get out of it.

As he was thinking about that, suddenly the same beautiful foxkin that he was thinking about appeared in front of him. She had a slight smile on her face and she reassured him -

"Do not worry. No harm will befall you. I will make sure of that. And you did quite a good job in this situation so here you go. This is an extra reward from me."

Saying so Inari disappeared once again but before that she had given him some platinum coins and a mechanical device. According to a paper attached to the device it could allow his mind to work faster. So this device would help him very much in finishing his paperwork faster. Incidentally this device was designed as a cute looking eye patch.

And that was how this incident came to an end and Elena was able to fulfill her objective to give Lisa some extra time to read more books. Now finally they were going to go to the distinct divine realm.
