Elena had to go to the inner sect to meet with Cao Ruyan. All the outer sect elders had their accommodation in the inner sect. The disciple who was in charge of guarding the gates to the inner sect stopped Elena as she was only an outer sect disciple and only allowed her in when she showed him the special imprint that Cao Ruyan had sent with the message.

Cao Ruyan lived in a small but beautiful villa. She was a very strong elder of the sect but she did not like to take on much responsibility for managing the sect. That was the only reason why she was working in the outer sect. The only thing she liked to do was to teach good female seedlings and to see them all grown up.

As soon as Elena came close to the villa, she heard a mental message to enter the property and then to come to the garden. Currently it was afternoon time and Elena saw that Cao Ruyan was leisurely enjoying tea in the garden.

She was surrounded by four female disciples and they looked older than Elena's batch so they were probably the true personal disciples who had already been accepted. Elena slightly bowed to all of them in greeting and waited for Cao Ruyan to speak.

So to open the trial ground, a team needed to have at least four members and all the members needed to be in a different realm below the master realm. And Cao Ruyan wanted Elena to go to the trial ground as an Elementary realm cultivator. Elena then thought of a question and asked -

"Yes, teacher. I am very grateful to you for giving me this opportunity, but in the message you mentioned something about becoming an inner sect disciple..."

"Yes. There is a chance for you to become an inner sect disciple if you do well in this mission. Xia Lifang was very reluctant to accept those gifts, but Elena insisted and she finally gave up and thanked Elena. On the other hand, Lan Tuning easily accepted the gifts and promised to also give sister Lu return gifts.

After that Elena went to the market area of the outer sect to buy some items that a normal Elementary Practitioner would need for a somewhat long mission and then returned back to her house.

It was a boy of about 15 or 16. His hair was green and eyes were blue, which were quite rare features to be found in this part of the world and from the reaction of the surroundings, it looked like most of the disciples knew this person.

After asking sister Xao Elena found out that this person was the young master of this sect. He had great talents in the wind element with an aptitude score of over 95.
