Dalia was sitting on the best audience seat while Elena and Eldriana were facing off against each other in the arena. This was not a normal arena but an arena with spacial magic cast on it so that the area of the arena was actually larger. Not only that but the terrain of the arena can also be changed.

After discussing with Eldriana, Elena decided the terrain to be simple rocky wasteland. That would allow them to unleash all their strength without holding back. Obviously Elena was not going to participate in this fight with her level 6000 plus stats. She was going to restrict herself to be at level 300 with her martial arts also restricted to be at the peak of that level. She had also reached the transcendental realm with her martial arts so, it was one of her specialties. Since the beginning of her journey, Elena had always given martial arts priority, as she only needed her body to use it. So for a survivor like her it was one of the best skills to have.

When Eldriana's physic awakened its final form, her body became insanely strong. Even when Eldriana was at the A rank her physic was very strong and her physical body was as strong as a hard metals. She also had regeneration ability and she was able to heal from most wounds after night of sleep. That was the reason why Eldriana had never used any type of weapon as for her, her body was already the best possible weapon.

And after her final awakening, all her abilities got strengthened. That was not a completely accurate description. After her first awakening, Eldriana was able to make Natural Energy flow through her body and that was the reason why her body was so strong.

But her second awakening gave her a body that was made of natural energy. She did not need to make natural energy to flow within her body, but it happened automatically. As her whole body was made of the Natural Energy, her regeneration ability reached an astonishing degree. Her body also became as strong as divine metals. Her power, speed, perception everything got a massive boost. That was the reason why Eldriana was able to become an extremely powerful S ranker.

At the start of the battle, Eldriana stepped strongly on the ground, pushed her hip back, and rushed toward Elena at full speed. Then she threw a punch toward Elena with all his momentum behind it. It was a punch so strong that most of the not physically strong S rankers would be defeated by it.

Currently Elena was only at initial S rank. So this punch coming from someone who was above level 350 and had higher stats than her was truly dangerous for even her. But Elena did not retreat in front of it and instead pushed her palm out. When Elena's palm and Eldriana's fist touched each other all of Eldriana's momentum suddenly changed sides and was unable to hurt Elena at all.

But Eldriana had expected that she would not be able to hurt Elena with just that and followed the punch with a knee strike towards Elena's head, which Elena avoided by slightly tilting her head. Then Eldriana tried to punch her once again followed by a roundhouse kick. Elena blocked the punch with her hand and then the kick by guarding her head with her hand.

Just like that, the battle continued. Eldriana was mostly attacking and Elena focused more on her defence. But she was not only defending but also counterattacked whenever she was able to find a slight flaw in Eldriana's technique. Those counterattacks were vicious and Eldriana got hurt every time by them.

But Elena did not do a follow up attack to finish her off as it was not a life and death fight but a mock one. And with her great regeneration she was able to stand right back up after every time she fell. And as she fought more and more against Elena who had superior techniques, she started to improve at a visible rate. Even though Eldriana was very strong and her close quarters combat techniques were quite refined, she never had someone to teach it to her. And she also did not have many opponents who could help her with spars. So most of her techniques were self developed and she was not able to mend all the flaws of these techniques.

But today she was able to fight someone who was overwhelmingly better than her in martial arts and also was kind enough to show her all the flaws by striking her down. This method was even better than just telling her about the flaws. Eldriana was truly a genius but the Ioikashi kingdom was a truly low level area for her. So she was not able to release all her talents perfectly. But with Elena's help she was able to release her full potential and she improved rapidly.

Elena already knew that Eldriana was very talented, but seeing was believing. She was truly impressed by her talent. But it was not only her talent but she was most impressed by her determination and tenacity. Whenever she hit Eldriana, she was fully committed. The amount of pain Eldriana felt every time was immense. But Eldriana was able to endure the attack without showing any sign of feeling pain. She even had a grateful look toward Elena.

She was one of the best people Elena had managed to find who had insanely high potential as a martial artist. So alongside her personality, Eldriana was able to meet two main qualities she wanted for her successor.

After reaching the transcendental rank, Elena was always trying to find a successor to her techniques. Her successors were not going to inherit her arts but instead would follow in Elena's footsteps to create a technique perfectly suited for that person's own.

Elena needed someone who had enough talent for martial arts as at the end of the day, talent was very important. Then that person also needed to be determined and hard working. Those were the qualities which were must needed for anyone who wanted to create a personalized technique. And that person should not be affected by any techniques that were created by someone else. And coincidentally, Eldriana was able to meet all the requirements.

After the end of the mock battle, Eldriana was lying on the rocky ground of the arena. She was dead tired and was unable to even move her fingers. It was for the first time in her life she was so tired.

She was not too hurt because of her regeneration and as Elena was very careful to not do any permanent harm to her. But she was also smiling widely as just this battle was enough for her to increase her powers by quite a lot. She had never expected that her techniques had so many flaws and she was extremely thankful to Elena for painting them out.

So when she was able to get some of her stamina back and was able to stand up, Eldriana immediately thanked Elena. Then she was going to declare her intention to repay this favour in any way possible but suddenly she felt something and her face turned pale. Dalia who had just come down to the arena after watching an exciting battle, she showed this scene and immediately asked Eldriana about if anything was wrong with a worried expression on her face. In reply, Eldriana said just two words -

"Divine Calamity."
