The news that Eldriana's team had managed to clear the ruins of the Bouhou village spread throughout the whole village in a very short amount of time. It was very rare for Ruins to get cleared and most of the time the explorers would get a prior warning about it.
That was because only a person with a higher level than the boss of the ruins had a chance to clear it and whenever a person of such high level entered the ruins, all the explorers would be notified about it. So they would know that the ruin was going to be cleared very soon.
And that was why the ruin conquest of Eldriana's party took them by surprise. Not only were they not at a higher level than the boss of the ruin, they were actually at a lower level. For that reason, no one had even imagined that they would be able to clear the ruin of all people.
...
After returning to the village Elena, Eldriana and Dalia were given a luxurious welcome. The village leader himself came to welcome them. It was only for the seventh time that this ruin was cleared and in all the previous times, the people who cleared the ruins were at least above level 450. So it was truly a miracle that a party with their strongest at level 360 was able to clear it.
The village head and the official staff of the explorer office went to investigate the process of clearance. It was a normal occurrence to see if they were lying or not. Lying about Ruin clearance was actually a very big crime in most of the nations of this world.
After their investigation, they were able to judge that the group of three ladies were not lying and that defeated the ruin boss wood golem fair and square. They also found the runic array formation that Elena had drawn and using various gadgets were able to more or less guess what had happened.
Runic Caster was a rare class but it was not something never heard of. There were quite a few runic casters in this kingdom and most of them were very high level. But none of them had the capability to do what Elena, the new runic caster did.
For a Runic Caster of level 310, it would be a high hurdle if she could make an array with 800 runes. Normally only a Runic Caster above level 400 could make arrays with more than 1000 ruins. As for an array with freaking 10 thousand runes, only a Runic Caster above level 500 should be able to pool it off. But this time a level 310 runic caster had done the impossible and had created an array with ten thousand runes.
Immediately Elena's fame went through the roof not only in the Bouhou village but throughout the whole Katylin Federation. This gave a boost to the reputation for everyone associated with Elena and that was exactly what she wanted. The next place where she was planning to go needed all that reputation.
The ruin heart also sold for a surprisingly high amount of money and the girls were happy about it. They would not need to worry about money for the immediate future. They would also be able to get a good stable start at the new city they were trying to go next.
...
The next destination of the girls was a city called Nigur. It was located at the north-eastern side of the Katylin Federation and was well known for being a city for the explorer. This city was unique in the federation as it not only had a single ruin but a total of 5 ruins. So many explorers came to this city to try their luck and skills out.
Among the five ruins, three of them were Transformed ruins, one was an origin ruin and the last one was a spontaneous ruin. Even though the last ruin was a spontaneous ruin, it had stayed here for a very long time without disappearing so everyone was happy to count it as a ruin belonging to the city.
Among those five ruins Elena's target was one of the three transformed ruins which had the name of "Forgotten Ruin of the Bygone Days".
This was a transformed ruin that was transformed from a dojo. This dojo had vanished from the history but it had also turned into a ruin. The boss of this ruin was level 550, so Elena and the girls were not planning to completely conquer it but they had the intention of making a decent amount of progress.
This particular ruin had many undeads who were very good at using weapon arts or martial arts. For that reason, the ruler of the Nigur city was using this place to train his army. So normally explorers were not allowed to enter this dungeon and they needed a special permit straight from the Reichs Arn Methutte himself.
For this reason Elena got her reputation out as a legendary runic caster with an immense amount of potential. So much so that no one would be able to disregard her and even a Reichs (third highest ranking noble title) would have to consider her requests.
For both Eldriana and Dalia this "Forgotten Ruin of the Bygone Days" was absolutely the perfect place to train. Elena could always get the job done with some mind manipulation, but she wanted to make it as natural as possible just for a little bit of fun. So she used this method. Now it was almost one hundred percent certain that the girls would get their access to this dungeon.
...
So with everything ready, Elena, Eldriana and Dalia bid goodbye to the few acquaintances that they made in this village. They also told the village leader about their departure as they got to know each other just a day before.
But after hearing that they were going to leave, the village head immediately proposed to give them a farewell party. Eldriana wanted to refuse but the village head insisted and said that it would be a disgrace for the whole village if they just let them go without celebrating, so finally the girls also agreed for a small scale party.
Even though it was supposed to be a small scale party, all the explorers came to join it which made the party very lively. But as the elves were generally a calm race, the liveliness was mostly in the atmosphere and the real party was not loud at all.
Many explorers who knew how to sing or could play music did just that and a soothing melody spread out throughout the whole village. Even though this celebration was very abrupt, the girls enjoyed it quite a lot. Then the next day they left the village which was one day behind their expected time.
From this village they would travel on foot to reach the closest town called Halsdorwen and from there they would take a flying magic ship to the city of Nigur.
