She was able to feel that all these ladies were extremely powerful and she had no chance of running away from them. And most likely this luxurious ship would also sink today even after having two S rankers on board. So she decided to save her own life. Probably in some part of her mind, her hate for the dark elf S ranker also played a role in her making this decision.

Obviously just believing her depending on her words was a foolish thing to do and for that reason, Elena used a rare item called Divine Contracts to make sure that Diana would not be able to betray them. It was a contract blessed by the gods themselves and breaking it would result in divine punishment from the gods.

So, the reason why Elena, Tomoe and Selena decided to infiltrate this ship in secret and did not attack from the front was because there were quite a few slaves stored here. As Elena was thinking about all that, Tomoe and Selena started to send all the rescued slaves to their ship. The ships of Selena's crew were actually quite far away for all this time and the only reason they got closer was because Selena asked them to in order to save the innocent slaves.

They were still unable to come too close to the ship as in that case even with the concealment, this ship would be able to notice them. But fortunately Selena had a magic item for exactly this kind of situation. It was an item that was able to allow people to float in the air for some time and she was using that to transfer all the slaves to her ships. It was a lengthy and time consuming process but Selena was still willing to do it in order to get rid of all the risks for the slaves.

Diana saw this scene and understood why these girls were sneaking around like that even after having an overwhelming advantage at their side. But the thing that surprised her the most was the at conditions of the slaves. Most of them were malnourished and looked almost dead. Some of them were even badly hurt and it was evident that the reason why they were so injured was because of the beating they received.

So far Diana had the idea of their slaves being willing slaves which sold themselves mostly for money or for other reasons. She had no idea that they also had kidnapped slaves. In this continent, making slaves was illegal so she had thought that they needed to hide from the authority for this reason and that they were not doing anything bad. In her ideal, they were instead giving many people an extra chance at life by sending them to a different place and even a different continent.

After her ideal image was broken, Diana was very shaken. But Elena did not feel bad for her as sometimes being too optimistic and blind was also a type of sin. So she started to instruct Diana what she needed to do. Her plan was simple. As that tigerkin was very fond of food, she was going to swallow a poisonous pill that would weaken him. But Elena was not going to make him too weak though. She was very fond of Selena and wanted to train her a little bit using this chance.

Even though it involved S rankers, it was not actually a hard job or Diana. The information about her defection was still unknown to everyone, so her giving him food would not be suspicious at all. And that tigerkin was very confident in his iron stomach and poison resistance, so it was unlikely for his to reject any kind of food.

After Tomoe and Selena were done with transferring all the slaves to safety. It was time for them to begin their main operation. One of Selena's ships would take the slaves away from the battlefield while the remaining four would be participating in this fight. Selena and Tomoe already knew that Elena was planning to observe everything for the most part and her interfering would mean that they were defeated. So both of them were ready to give their all to this fight.
