After Elena returned back to the marquis' mansion, she spent the next few days calmly with Tomoe, Alisia, Turin and the other ladies. After getting the orders from the marquis, the adventurers and soldiers started to actively hunt the other powerful monsters so Elena did not need to go out again. The marquis also kept his promise and supplied the adventurer guild with many personnel which lessened Kaya's burden immensely. Now there was a very high chance that she would be able to join Elena and the others for the vacation.

Today Elena was out with Tomoe and Anne. Turin was training inside a special space that Elena created for him and the other ladies were busy with their work. Anne and Tomoe both had nothing to do for the time being and were feeling bored. So Elena decided to take them out for a nice little walk.

But not long after leaving the house, three people covered in red mist appeared just before them. Tomoe immediately got ready for the fight as she was able to feel that these people were strong. Anne immediately hid behind Elena. She knew that this would be the safest place in a situation like this.

Elena was not bothered with the situation as she had actually brought Tomoe out for a little sparring to get rid of her boredom. So she was not surprised by the sudden appearance of these mysterious people. So she asked the other side with a calm tone.

"So, what did we do to get a visit from you all ?"

Seeing that Elena was not panicked at all even after feeling their aura, all three of them became even more serious. The person on the left who had a sweet but proud voice of a lady spoke up.

"Hmph. We are here for a mission and you all are obstacle. Do I need to say anything more ?"

Hearing her answer Elena slightly smiled and replied to the girl in a teasing tone.

"Not really. A member of the Red Cross society would definitely be here to block us for some time while your subordinates are busy with the real mission, right ? Yeah, I know everything already, so you don't have to tell me anything."

Hearing Elena immediately recognising them and even knowing about their plans, these three people became agitated for the first time. Then the man who was standing in the middle composed himself and was about to say something to Elena. But before he could do that he suddenly saw Elena's smiling face right before him. Then Elena turned him around and he saw his headless body falling in distance with a horrified look on his face.

Even before a powerful S ranker like Charles could realise anything, Elena had beheaded him. As Charles was a powerful vampire duke, he was still alone even with only his head but he was now almost powerless to do anything. Elena was holding his head in her hand while smiling happily.

Seeing the horrified look on Charles' face, Elena told her that he was too powerful for Tomoe to handle for the time being. So Elena just took him out of the picture to allow her cute little sister to fight to her heart's content. Elena was thorough enough to even create a barrier to keep this place hidden from the general citizens.

The red cross vampires had already created a barrier but that barrier probably would not be able to hold on for long in a fight between S rankers. But now that Elena's barrier was also there, Tomoe would be able to go all out without any problem.

As soon as Tomoe heard that her body started to crackle with purple lightning and her eyes also took a purple glow. Her beloved sword was out and she immediately attacked the other two vampires. Elena created two chairs and a table with her magic and put the head down on the table. Then she and Anne sat on the chair and started to observe the battle happening before them. Charles was also able to observe it with just his head.

Even after losing his head Charles was trying his best to regenerate his body. Even as a duke rank noble vampire, he would still need quite a long time to regenerate his body but he was still capable of doing that. But in his horror he realises that currently his regeneration ability was sealed some way and he was unable to regenerate anything at all.

Elena took out some snacks for Anne and herself and started to munch on them while watching the fight. Elena was not worried about the marquis' mansion as she had already told Grace that an attack was probably going to happen today. Elena was confident that Grace was definitely going to take appropriate measures about this.

The two people who were fighting against Tomoe were quite strong. When Tomoe attacked them, they were not able to hide themselves with the red mist anymore and their real bodies was exposed. One of them was a very noble looking girl with blonde drill tails as her hair. Just looking at her would give someone the expression that she was an arrogant noble lady and her behaviours were also just like one.

The other one was a boy who had a very thin physique. He had bags under his eyes and looked very sleepy. But his movements were fast and the techniques were very refined. He was slightly weaker than the blonde lady but his techniques were better. So in a fight he would be able to defeat the blonde girl without any special circumstances.

Tomoe was not having an easy time against them. The blonde girl was using a super large sword and was swinging it around like a twig. While the sleepy boy was extremely fast and was trying to land a sneak attack on Tomoe. Tomoe would be in even more trouble if the cooperation between them was slightly better but for the time being she was holding on.

The blonde vampire girl had no concept of cooperation and the boy was trying his best to support the girl without going all out. He was also keeping an eye on Elena, Anne and Charles to find a way to get Charles' head back. For all these reasons, Tomoe was still not able to fight the both of them without getting dominated.

While the battle at Elena's side was getting interesting, a large scale battle was also happening in the marquis' mansion. Seven hidden individuals were trying to sneak inside it by a hidden entrance but a few people were also guarding this path and saw them. Normally this path was supposed to be unguarded but for some reason that was not the case today.

These sneaky individuals tried to silence the guards without alerting anyone else but the guards were better than they thought and were able to ring an alarm. Immediately more strong individuals appeared here and a battle broke out between the two opposing parties.
