Elena, Graf, Jecob, Verna and Kyle were obviously a part of the meeting. At the same time, the S ranker named Hanzi was also participating in the meeting. His condition was extremely terrible at the end of the battle but he at least managed to clear the round.

From what Elena had seen of Cavvel, she was sure that he was a very hard worker. So even if he was not good at something, he would try his hardest to learn that and to get good. This was a quality that Elena really liked and in her mind, currently Cavvel was the best candidate for the city lord seat. He had the highest potential among all the other candidates and with his hard working personality, there was a high probability that in the future, he might be able to become a really good city lord.
