After separating from Elena, Alexandriana teleported back to the headquarters of the 12 Star Organisation. The scale of the 12 Star Organisation was even bigger than the Grand Celestial Alliance, so the area where they had their head quarters was even more prosperous.

It was located in a place that the surrounded by three Divine Grade worlds. The head quarters looked like a large and grand temple but that was just asthetic design. There was no gods who was worshipped in this temple like structure. The name of this building was "Temple of Last Sanctuary".

After reaching the temple, Alexandriana directly went to the deepest part and in front of a grand door, she slightly bowed and requested an audience. As for who she was planning to meet ? It was none other than the leader and founder of the 12 Star Organisation.

After Alexandriana made her request, the door opened. But behind the door, there was a bright golden light and nothing else could be seen. So this door was not a regular door and instead it was a portal to a special dimension.

Alexandriana did not hesitate and immediately stepped into the portal. After going through it, she found herself inside a beautiful hall. In the middle middle of the hall, their was a super large table. At the head of the table, a beautiful lady was sitting.

This lady was also wearing a priestess like dress and had golden hair just like Alexandriana. But the colour of her eyes were not visible as her eyes were covered by a black blindfold with a twelve pointed golden star pattern drawn on it. She had a voluptuous figure but anyone who looked at her could not master any lustful thoughts. The aura she gave off was sacred and pure.

This lady had a very kind smile on her face and she looked like a kind mother in whom anyone could rely for anything and everything. But her identity was scary and anyone who knew about her deeds and reputation knew that she was one of the prople in this universe who should not be offended at any cost.

No one knew her name, her origin or the limits of her powers. She called herself "The Arbiter". She was extremely mysterious but also had a reputation for being very kind. But she was also extremely biased toward female, specially female who were brave and determined.

Under her leadership, the only "women only organisation", the 12 Star Organisation had became one of the strongest powers of this world. It was not like she hated males but she was just very biased toward females. So after the founding of the 12 Star Organisation, the authority that the female powerhouses held in various parts of the universe had increased greatly.

Before the appearance of the Arbiter, females powerhouses always found their path to filled with hardship with many male powerhouses being lustful and willful. But now, with the threat of the 12 Star Organisation, these risks had lessened considerably. Fot that reason, many many powerhouses were extremely grateful toward the Arbiter and respected her a lot. Alexandriana was also one such people.

So even with her 9000 + power level, she respectfully bowed before the Arbiter and reported the result of her investigation. The death of an overlord was a very big deal and all the top organisation were worried about this matter.

If someone as strong as a level 9000 overlord could be killed, them no one would have a peace of mind without knowing the reason how he died. That was not limited to only the powerhouses of the Grand Celestial Alliance and the powerhouses of the other top organisations were also worried about their own safety.

After listening to Alexandriana and seeing that she had not managed to find anything particularly important, the Arbiter decided to try herself. She asked Alexandriana to come close to her and then they connected their foreheads together. From this connection, the Arbiter used her Supreme Power to find a fate string that was connected to the deceased overlord and started to use that string to find what had happened with him.

But after a few minutes of doing that, suddenly the fate string broke and connection between the Arbiter and Alexandriana cut off. This made the Arbiter extremely surprised. So much so that she even let out a "Oh my" sound which was very unusual for her.

This made Alexandriana to worry if something had gone wrong and she looks at the Arbiter with worry. But the Arbiter gave her a gentle and reassuring smile in return. Then she told her that everything was fine and she just need some alone time to concentrate on the clues that she had found.

Hearing that Alexandriana smiled in relief and bid the Arbiter goodbye. Then she left the special hall, giving the Arbiter some alone time. As soon as Alexandriana left, the gently smiling face of the Arbiter changed and became a bit distressed. Even though there was no one in the room, she started to mutter to herself.

"A new Anomaly. But that is not possible. After the last incident, a new anomaly should not appear so soon. How many years had it been. 2 billion ? No, I think about 3 billion. That is not a lot of time. So how can this be ?"

While still muttering such things to herself, she initiated a new skill. Not just one skill but she tasted out various new skills one after another. This continued for almost an hour and after that she stopped. A bid of sweat could be seen rolling down from her forehead. If anyone had seen this, they would have lost their mind.

The Arbiter was a Supreme powerhouse. Once she had faced 11 9000 + powerhouses of one of the top organisations and had killed all of them in a battle. Even after that great battle, she had not sweated even a little bit and did not look tired at all. But whatever she had done in the last hour was able to tire her out this much.

But even though the Arbiter was sweating a bit, she actually looked a bit more relaxed than before. It looked like she had managed to find something from whatever she was doing which had relieved her worries a little bit.

Then she took out a token with a mysterious symbol on it and soon the symbol started to shine with a white light. The Arbiter disappeared immediately after that but almost instantly she appeared again and took the head seat just like before. No one, not even the core leaders of the 12 Star Organisation would be able to tell but this Arbiter was just a clone and not the real one.
