After disappearing from the special room of the head quarters of the 12 Star Organisation, the Arbiter arrive in a mysterious place that was filled with black mist and nothing else. What was behind the black mist, even someone as strong as the Arbiter could not see. Actually it's not like she could not see but more like there was nothing to see. Beyond the Black Mist covering this place, there existed nothing, absolutely nothing. It was truely void of anything and everything.

The place where the Arbiter had appeared now was the origin point of this universe. This was the place where the universe was born and this was also where it would end one day. So it was both the starting point and the ending point of the universe.

As she looked at the area with nostalgia in her eyes, another figure appeared there. The second person to appear after her was none other than the mysteries founder of the Grand Celestial Alliance, the man known as the Adjudicator. But as soon as he appeared here, the mysterious shadow covering his face was gone and the robe hiding his whole body also disappeared. Just like that, the true body of the Adjudicator became visible.

Surprisingly, the Adjudicator looked like a young boy of 14 or 15 years old. He had black hair and black eyes. He was wearing nothing and his well toned body was bare. Behind his back, there was a total of 6 pairs of wings. Half of them were pure white and the remaining half were pitch black.

As the Adjudicator shaped the mysterious black mist into the shape of a chair and sat down comfortably, he looked at Arbiter with surprise and asked -

"First Sister, why are you still covering your eyes like that ?"

Hearing that Arbiter became surprised and touched the blindings covering her eyes. Then she smiled gently and said -

"Oh my, I almost forgot about this. Fufu, I have gotten so used to this that taking it off almost slipped my mind."

While saying so, the Arbiter removed the blindings and her eyes were revealed. She had two differently coloured eyes, one violet and another golden. Seeing them after so long, the Adjudicator almost became tranced and said -

"Sister must have the most beautiful eyes in the universe."

Hearing the praise, the Arbiter could not help herself from laughing from the bottom of her heart and said -

"Fufu, that is definitely not the case. I think second bother's ever-changing black and white eyes are the best.'

"Hey, you must be jocking first sister. Second brother's eyes are just creepy. There is nothing good about it."

The person who spoke those words was a newly arrived individual. He had a large and muscular body, dark skin and a bald head. He had a big smile on his face which made the Adjudicator annoyed.

If anyone else saw this man with a big and innocent smile like this, then they would not be able to believe their eyes. That was because, this man was famous for having the scariest smile in the universe. Whenever this smile showed up, destruction followed.

Outside this special space, this man had the reputation of being one of the most dangerous person of this whole universe. He was the leader of the most notorious top class organisation of the universe called the "Choas Order" and was also a madman himself. His name, that was infamous throughout the whole universe was "The Abolisher".

Hearing him insulting his eyes, the Adjudicator's black eyes suddenly became chalk white and the Abolisher's body blust into blood mist. But as if nothing had happened, he reappeared again while saying -

"Wahh, how scary, how creepy. I was right. You definitely have the creepiest eyes in the whole damn universe."

As both the Abolisher and the Adjudicator were getting heated, a calm and composed voice sounded in that mysterious space.

"Settle down you two. Quarreling like this is not good."

This voice was strict but very gentle at the same time. As soon as both of the quarreling pair heard the voice, they settled down obediently and became well behaved.

The man who was the source of the voice was a gentle and refined looking man. He looked a little weak and one might think that he might fell down at any moment. But if one look at his eyes, they would immediately lost themselves. They were deeper than the abyss or any black hole.

All three of the other people present in the mysterious space greeted him respectfully by shouting - "First brother". He also nodded his head with a gentle and loving smile and greeted all of them back. Then he looked surprised and said -

"Oh, it's very unusual for second sister to be this late."

As soon as he finished his words, the person in question appeared. She was a beautiful girl with a modest body. She was mostly cute rather than being a beauty. She did not have the voluptuous figure of the Arbiter and she was petite. Most of the men would think of her as a little sister instead of a person of the opposite gender.

But this girl did not need anyone else to think of her as a little sister as all the four people present here were looking at her as one, as she was the youngest one in this group.

Her identity in the outside universe was grand. She was the founder of the "Truth Guild", the largest organisation of this universe. Even though it did not have as many top powerhouses as other organisations, she had the most members and the largest reach. Her name that had spread throughout the universe was "The Accessor".

"Sorry, I was busy with something and almost missed the calling. Hehe."

Seeing how cute she looked while apologising, all the others smiled at her dotingly and told her that it was fine. The first brother even gave her a toffy that the Accessor happily put inside her mouth and started tasting it with a blissful smile on her face.

Looking at her, all the others also felt happy and satisfied. This little second sister of their's was just too cute. But after looking at Accessor for some time kindly, the first brother looked at Arbiter and asked with a serious voice -
