As Elena was walking on the street of the city, suddenly a man called out to her. This man was wearing a fedora hat and perfectly fitting suit. He was a middle aged man but with his gentlemanly getup, he looked like a dashing dandy. Elena had noticed the presence of this man before he called out to her. That was because this man was one of the person who had managed to sense her probing directly. That made him an exceptionally powerful individual.

So Elena gave the man a smile and asked how could she help him. In answer, the man smiled gentlemanly and asked Elena if she could join him for some tea in a nearby cafe. Before Elena could give her answer, suddenly a busty lady appeared near them from a spatial rift. Seeing the rift Elena was quite impressed by the technique used to create it.

After stepping out from the special rift, the voluptuous lady covered her mouth with a fan and laughed in a noble lady like manner. Then she spoke up -

"Mr. Ompenhyner, please do not disturb our dear guest with your boring stories. From the look of things, she is immensely enjoying her walk through the city. So for the time being I think it would be better to allow her to have a good time on her own."

After saying this to the man with fedora hat, the lady turned to Elena and greeted her in a respectful manner.

"Hello miss. I'm Lifua Meinu. It's my absolute pleasure to meet you. I'm one of the elders who are responsible for making sure that everything in this world in the right track. I'm confident that our world is one of the most beautiful worlds out there. So please feel free to take your time to enjoy it. If you need any suggestions about spots that are must visits, I'm always available. Just give me a call and I will be there to help you."

"Miss Lifua, it is very impolite to get in the way of a gentleman when he is trying to invite a lady. It had deeply hurt me and I want lady Lifua to take responsibility and to join the truth guild for a thousand year."

"Shut the fuck up. Who will ever want to join your scum organisation ? I'm perfectly fine with my current position and what I have done is perfectly justified. So instead of getting in the way of two ladies, you should go and bury yourself in your research."

Seeing the exchange between these two, Elena could not help but chuckle slightly. It looked like that the local powerhouses had a somewhat bad relatioship wlith the truth guild branch of this world. But the way they interacted, it did not look like they saw each other's as serious enemies. As both of the people were getting more and more heated, Elena decided to interject in their conversation.

"Fufufu, it looked like this gentleman here and lady Lifua are acquainted with one another. So, how about this ? I'm quite interested in knowing about notable places to visit from miss Lifua but at the same time I'm quite interested in knowing what this mister Ompenhyner had to say to me. So if it is fine with Miss Lifua, I will like you to join me to have some tea with this kind gentleman here. After that we could walk around the city together while talking about places that you as an inhabitant of this world think is a good place to visit. By the way, I'm Elena Riz Draxtear, a traveller from another world who liked to visit and enjoy the beauty of different worlds. I hope to have a good relationship going forward."

Hearing what Elena had to say, Lifua immediately agreed and Ompenhyner also did not object. Actually Elena was more interested in learning more about the various sights of this world with Lifua but as she also wanted the Truth Guild's help in finding her the item she wanted, she thought that having a conversation with the leader of the truth guild of this world was not a bad idea. Yes, Ompenhyner was the leader of this world's truth guild.

Ompenhyner took Elena and Lifua to a cozy cafe located inside a back alley. It was hard to believe that a really good cafe would be in such a location but after entering it, both Elena and Lifua found that the cafe was really very good. It was quite pricy for this world's standard but the foods and drinks of the cafe were tasty enough to deserve the high price.

As for how Elena had managed to buy things in this world, it was simple. Upon visiting the world, she first went to a pawn shop and had sold a few valuable metals that she had created with her material concept magic. She had not sold anything too valuable but still those metals were enough to earn her a few million uros which was the currency of the nation where Elena currently was.

A million uros was not high enough money for her to spend lavishly but it was enough to allow her to buy any food she wanted and to her a good hotel to spend the night. And if Elena ever ran out of money, then she could just make more valuable metals with her magic again. So currently Elena had a infinite money glitch of this world.

As Ompenhyner was paying for both Elena and Lifua, Elena decided to order everything on the menu. She even asked Lifua to not be shy and order as much as she wanted. Lifua hated Ompenhyner with a passion so she was always happy to see him getting a loss. So she also did not hold back and ordered as much as she was able to eat.

Ompenhyner was a bit surprised by how much these ladies were capable of eating but as one of the top powerhouses living in this world, he lacked anything but money. So instead of worrying about money, he brought up the topic he wanted to discuss with Elena.

Ompenhyner was the only person in this world who was capable of making contact with the will of the world. He had a special rare item that allowed this. Actually getting a chance to talk with the will of a world was a very big deal. Elena was capable of easily doing that because she was a world savior and was given special privileges by the universe itself.

From the will of the world, Ompenhyner had came to know that Elena was was given a heart tool of this world and his target was exactly that. Ompenhyner had done a lot of research on heart tools and he was extremely familiar with their properties. Even though heart tools were somewhat random in nature, almost all the time, people with truly high potential always ended up with powerful or special heart tools.

So Ompenhyner was sure that Elena had definitely awakened an exceptional heart tool. His intentions was to buy that heart tool from her. Hearing that Elena calmly looked at him and smiled sweetly and asked him -

"Even after researching heart tools for such a long time, do you really believe that I will give a stranger my heart tool ?"

While saying this, Elena realised a little bit of her pressure. Ompenhyner immediately felt his heart going cold. He immediately changed his tone and started telling Elena that he had never expected that and was just using the negotiation tactic of starting with a unbelievable demand. His final intention was to borrow the heart tool for a few days to do some research. Elena was the only outsider who had awakened her heart tool with the assistance of the world's will. So this heart tool of hers was extremely special and valuable.

So would Elena be willing to give him her heart tool for research purposes ?
