After that, Koene took Elena and Lifua to other interesting animals and they had a good time together. After visiting more than 12 of them, they decided to take a little break and had an early lunch. After this they were going to enter the aviary and it was a single super large building and going through it would take the rest of the day. So they were having their lunch before entering it.

Koene had tried various food stalls and restaurants of this zoo area when she stayed here for a whole month and she brought Elena to one of her favourite shops. This place sold traditional dishes from a nation called Jamboa and Koene was a big fan of these dishes.

While tasting the amazing dishes of this restaurant, Lifua noticed that this restaurant was not too far away from the place where the Mountain Teanors were kept. While sitting on the restaurant, they were even able to hear the roars of this majestic beast. Many people actually enjoyed the atmosphere of eating while one of the strongest predator of this world was roaring very close to them.

But then very suddenly Lifua noticed an anomaly. Elena also noticed it almost at the same time. It was not her danger sense that noticed this anomaly but instead it was her heart tool that felt that something was off. It had not been too long since Elena had gotten her heart tool. So she had not managed to completely understand this new part of her in that short span of time. So even though she felt some kind of disturbance through her heart tool but she was not sure what kind of disturbance it was.

Even though Elena had no idea what this disturbance was, Lifua knew about it. It was something she had felt before and she did not want to feel this sensation for a second time. But fate had a different plan for her.

She immediately stood up from her chair and looked toward the location from where this sensation was coming from. As her heart tool was extremely powerful, she was one of the first people to notice this. But soon other people also started to feel this in their own heart tools and they all also started to look toward the location that was the source of this discomfort.

As soon as Lifua pinpointed the location of the source, her face went pale. The source was directly in the area where the Mountain Teanors were. What her heart tool was sensing was actually the presence of a Xenos Core. This sensation had suddenly appeared so it meant that it had not been long since the Xenos core had formed. So if she could destroy it before it could start corrupting the lifeforms around it then she would be able to prevent a big tragedy.

She still remembered how only a single Mountain Teanor had almost wiped out her team made of only the super powerful elders. So if all three of the Teanors of this zoo also got corrupted, millions people would definitely die. There were also other powerful animals in this area other than the Teanors and they could also get corrupted. So the best thing to do in a situation like this would be to destroy the Xenos Core as soon as possible.

Making up her mind, Lifua immediately manifested her twin fans and created a portal. Then she disappeared inside it. At that same time, Elena also disappeared from her chair but before that she did not forget to send a mental message to Koene and told her to keep her calm and to stay in this restaurant. She also reassured her that everything would be fine.

The barrier surrounding the Mountain Teanors were super high tech ones which had ability to even block simple teleportation. But Lifua technique of creating spatial rifts directly bypassed the barrier and opened a rift inside the cage. Lifua appeared from that spatial rift and observe the situation keenly.

Immediately she noticed a green crystal floating in mid air and she immediately send a few spatial slashes toward it. But a group of people got the way of the slashes and blocked them with special barrier shields. They and their shields were cut apart by the slashes but they were at least able the dissipate the slashes too.

Lifua had no idea who these people were but the Xenos Core was growing rapidly before her eyes, so she did not have time to think about the identity of these people. So instead of doing that, she instead focused on sending more and more stronger slashes toward the Xenos Core while closing her distance toward it.

Just as she was getting close, a woman appeared before the Xenos core out of nowhere. That woman had a crazy look on her face and Lifua immediately had a bad feeling. Proving Lifua's intuition correct, this woman suddenly shouted - "Creator, refine me" and kissed the Xenos Core. Immediately this woman was absorbed inside the Core.

This scene was so sudden and unexpected that even this situation, Lifua froze. Touching Xenos Core was dangerous as it could increase the rate of corruption. But she had never heard about a Xenos Core absorbing someone. In this bizzare situation, for a moment, Lifua felt lost as she had no idea what she should do.

But then something weird happened again. The woman who was absorbed inside the Xenos Core appeared again but this time she was completely naked and the Xenos Core was embedded in the middle of her breasts. Her naked body was filled with some kind of sinister tatoo and at the same time, the pressure Lifua felt from this woman also became extremely high.

Lifua was sure that somehow this woman had used the Xenos Core to strengthen herself and currently she held power at the same level as the fellow elders of Lifua. But the Xenos Core was still corrupting everything around it and actually the corruption power had increased slightly.

So the solution was still the same. Lifua needed to destroy this Xenos Core and to do that she first needed to kill this mysterious woman. With this intention, Lifua immediately attacked the woman with full of murderous intent.

While Lifua was getting into a serious fight, Elena was busy observing the Xenos core and the changes it was making to the surroundings. She was already told about these Cores by Lifua so she had a surface level knowledge about it. But after seeing a real Xenos Core for the first time, she found it to be more interesting than she had thought.

Most of the time, the appearance of these kinds of things was because of the negative energies of the world. This was an important step to handle the balance of a world. Many world's had different ways to handle it and Elena had thought that this world was doing the same with the Xenos cores.

But after seeing a Xenos Core for the first time, Elena noticed that the whole process was more complex than that. The will of this world had really created a clever way to give its inhabitants an insane advantage against the negative energies. But the people present here had managed to understand a part of the process and had created this mess.
