The location of the island in question was quite hidden. It was a large island but as it was located behind an extra large volcano and had four more large volcanoes around it. So this island was hard to be noticed.

While looking at it from the sky, Kizuna exclaimed in surprise -

"All the other volcanoes around this island were active ones. So why in the world the volcano of this Island is a dead one ?"

"There must be something special in that island just as the giant elder had speculated. I'm also curious about that."

It was Hibiki who said this. It looked like even someone as lazy as her found this island to be interesting. Escora was also thrilled as she had heard that this island had many powerful opponents for her to fight. Seeing the excited expression of all her little sisters, Elena smiled slightly and said -

"Fufu, its good to see that all of you are excited. Then let's not waste any time. It's time for a fun little adventure."

As the ladies got closer to the Island in question, they got into their first fight even before they could land on it. A large Platypus like monster with with bird like wings on its back came to attack them in the sky. Just as the Giant Elder had said, this Platypus was a level 412, a demigod rank powerhouse.

Escora immediately went to fight it. She was now using a giant greatsword as her weapon of choice. Her body was also clad in powerful lightning. Her control over them had improved by a huge margin after she had started utilising the advices that Elena had given her.

The battle did not last for too long as this flying Platypus monster was not strong enough to give Escora a hard time. She soon killed it and Kizuna stored it's whole body as a research sample.

After that they managed to land on the island but not before defeating another flying monster. This time it was Kizuna who did the battle. Her illusion was effective on the monster so the battle was extremely simple. She just made the monster to go mad and it became defenseless against her magic spells.

As soon as they landed on the black soil of the island, a giant worm attacked them. This worm was also a demigod rank powerhouse. It was very good in hiding it's presence and in doing sneak attacks. But Hibiki was able to still detect it beforehand and as soon as it came out of the ground to attack the ladies, Hibiki cut apart the monster into several different pieces.

Kizuna scolded Hibiki for being so messy and quickly started to collect all the pieces. This made Hibiki to sulk and Escora started to comfort her. It looked like both of them had gotten really close after their duo adventure on the previous day.

After the attack of the worm, the ladies finally got some free time when no other monsters came after them. Taking the advantage of this, Kizuna set up a presence isolation camp and started to collect the sample of the soil and the plants of this area. There might be some clues in them that would help her with the investigation of this location.

The presence isolation camp was a very useful item that was able to hide the presence of even a large group of people but it looked like several monsters of this island had powerful presence sensing capabilities that could disregard the presence isolation camp.

So while Kizuna was busy with her collection and research, the camp was attacked by a large snake monster. As everyone had already fought once, this time Elena took care of it. She used an ice elemental spell to freeze the monster and it died almost immediately with a perfectly intact corpse.

But this snake monster was not the last. Next their camp was attacked by a large group of money like monster. Most of the monkeys were barely at the demigod rank but one monkey with a slightly large size was at level 470.

Elena first engaged with the large monkey and kept it busy. In that time Hibiki and Escora worked together to wipe out all the weaker monkeys. After that Elena stepped down from the fight and allowed Escora and Hibiki to take over. This large monkey was at the perfect level to be a tough but beatable opponent for them.

The battle between the monkey and the two ladies went more smoothly than expected. The reason for that was the very good teamwork that these two had between each other. Even though they had teamed up for just a day or two, from how well they co-operated, one would think that they had been fighting together for decades.

Elena was very impressed by it. It looked like the compatibility between the magic warrior Escora and assassin Hibiki was very high. So Elena decided to give them a slightly tougher opponent next time.

As Elena was praising the two girls, Kizuna was finally done with collecting all the things that could be found in the outermost part of this island. So she deactivated the presence isolation camp and everyone decided to move further in.

The island was filled with a lot of green trees. For the other islands, even if they had trees, those trees were of special kind that had evolved and changed to adapt to the fiery environment of this place. But the trees here were different. They were regular green trees which did not have any resistance to fire.

So far, all the monster that they had seen were not that bizzare. Only the flying Platypus was somewhat rare. But after they started going deeper in the Island, soon they encountered a really bizzare monster.

This monster had a large body with three bellies. Each of the belly also had a dangerous looking eye at the bellybutton position. If compared to the body of the monster, its head was extremely tiny and looked comical.

But the strength of this monster was not something that one could laugh at. It was a level 535 monster, which was too much for any of the ladies except for Elena. So she went to take care of it.

The ability of this bizarre monster was also a very powerful. It could devour almost all kinds of magic attacks and store that it's belly. And then it could release that to attack back. For any mage, this monster was a nightmare.

That was not all. The three eyes located on the belly of this monster all had powerful special effects. One was able to paralyse, another one was able to petrify and the last one was able to curse the target. So even a level 550 powerhouse would have a hard time against this monster.

Elena was able to defeat it without much problem but the appearance of this powerful monster made the other ladies worried. They were still in the outer region of the island and super strong monster like this was already appearing. So it looked like, from now on, they would not be much use and Elena would have to carry them with her strength.

With this worry in their hearts, the exploration of the ladies continued.
