After entering the deep area of the mysterious Island, they found that the density of monsters here had actually gone down by quite a lot. Even after they walked for more than 30 minutes, they were not attacked by any monsters.

After about 30 minutes, they came accross their first monster encounter of the deep area. The monster they came accross was a level 560 powerhouse so Escora, Hibiki and Kizuna had no chance against it. So it was Elena who went to defeat this monster.

Just casually defeating it was fine but boring. So Elena decided to use this opportunity to teach some things to the three ladies. So she told them to watch carefully as she went to fight the monster.

The monster had a bizzare head which was just a ring. It did have two extremely small eyes at the two sides of the ring but Elena was not sure how useful these bead like eyes actually were for seeing things.

It also had a golden ring over it's head that looked like a halo of light. The body of the monster looked like a pillar of pure white marble and there were six pitch black wings on it's back. In it's very thin arms, the monster was holding a stuff made of gold.

As Elena started to fight it, she only used techniques related to the lightning element. All the three ladies had one thing in common which was their high affinity toward lightning. So Elena decided to show them some lightning techniques that they might be able to master.

The monster lifted up its golden stuff to summon blades of light that came to attack Elena. In return, Elena also summoned spears made of lightning to counter it. This was a magic spell with a very complicated structure but if any of the ladies could understand it, it would be a very useful weapon for them.

As the lightning spears made the light swords became useless, the monster started to beat its wings and a strong storm of darkness came toward Elena. To counter it, Elena also summoned a strong storm of lightning and surrounded herself in a lightning storm domain.

This powerful bizzare monster did not have any weird ability like the previous ones but it was able to control both the light and the darkness elements and was even able to even mix them together. Just that fact alone made it super powerful. It also had various means of attacks and defenses, so it was a very annoying monster to take care of.

But still Elena matched all its moves with her own lightning based techniques and perfectly countered it. She actually could have defeated it a long time ago but to demonstrate her moves the ladies properly, she took her time in taking care of this monster.

The fight lasted for about an hour. When it ended, the monster was seen in a terrible state, almost completely burned to cinders. All its wings were also destroyed except of one. After killing the monster, Elena handed it over to Kizuna for research who accepted it with a happy smile on her beautiful face.

In the deep area, the amount of monsters that Elena's group encountered were very little but all the monsters that they actually came accross were the special ones with unbelievable strength. There was even a worm like tentacled monster who was above level 600. Kizuna judged that, without the presence of Elena, the Inazuyan Archipelago needed to send a group of only powerful Shrine Maidens with the trump cards of the Archipelago with them if they wished to investigate this island thoroughly.

Kizuna had gotten her hands on several more corpses of the powerful special monsters and now she was sure about the involvement of the suspicious energy from before. Her research on that energy had also progressed very well with more samples. So she was truly in a very good mood.

Escora on the other hand was in a dipressed state. Among the special monster that the ladies had encountered, there was one which used mental attacks. Both Kizuna and Hibiki carried special artifacts to defend against those kind of attacks so they were not that affected by it. But as Escora had nothing like that, she was only able to resist it with her natural willpower.

That mental attack brought back some of the bad memories from her childhood and some of her traumas. That was the reason why she suddenly found herself to be in a bad mood. Hibiki was trying to cheer her up and was telling Escora about various funny things that had encountered during her work as an assassin.

Elena was happy to that everyone was getting along well. While maintaining this pleasant atmosphere, the four ladies finally reached the core of the island. Before them was the large dead volcano which should be the source of all the anomalies that was happening here.

While climbing the volcano, the ladies did not find any monsters attacking them. So in no time, they were able to reach the top of the volcano. From there, all four of them looked down toward the hole of the volcano and widened their eyes in suprise.

The inside of the volcano was not normal just as they had expected. Somehow a seperate dimension had formed there creating a hidden realm. Kizuna immediately found the reason for this volcano's death. The creation of this secret realm had gotten rid of all the lava and it's channels. So now there was no way for this volcano to erupt anymore.

Elena and the other ladies did not immediately enter the hidden realm. They first set up a camp in a suitable location on the peak of the volcano and Kizuna started to do some investigations of the hidden realm. She had expected the existence of a few hidden realms in the vast volcanic region, so she had already prepared several magic items related to this matter.

As soon as she started taking some ratings, she almost immediately discovered that the hidden realm was leaking a great amount of energy. This leaked mixed energy also included the suspicious energy that Kizuna was researching. This once again proved that the source was the mutation was definitely inside the hidden realm.

Other than that, from her investigation, Kizuna also found out that the hidden realm had a medium sized one, so serching it completely should not take too much time. But at the same time, she was sure that there were several powerful monsters above the level of 600 inside. So it would definitely be one of the most dangerous hidden relams even when the whole Valhalla was taken into consideration.

The ladies were a bit worried that they would just be a burden for Elena inside such a dangerous place. But Elena confidently told them that she did not mind it at all and that everything would be fine. So trusting their super strong big sister, all the ladies stepped toward the hidden realm to enter it.
