Her room was quite large and cozy, so Elena was perfectly fine with it. As she settled down on the bed after checking the room out, she heard a few knocks on the door. Elena did not lift her body up from her bed and casually told that the door was not locked.

After hearing Elena's reply, the door opened and Lashley came inside holding a tray with her hands. On the tray, Elena was able to see a plate full for grilled meat and veggies, a bowl filled with some kind of soup and two loafs of white bread.

Putting the tray on the table present in the room, Lashley also sat down on the bed beside Elena. Then with a sharp look in her eyes, she asked -

"Miss Elena, I have a few questions for you. I request you to answer them truthfully."

Hearing that, Elena nodded her head in agreement. Seeing that Elena was cooperating with her, the look that Lashley was giving her became a little less harsh as she started asking the questions.

"Was it Mary who told miss about my connection with the pirates ?"

"Yes, she had a long conservation with me while sharing information about this area and at that time, when I asked for a inn, she recommend yours and even mentioned that you can help me out with a little problem of mine."

"Hmm, I see. Miss needs the help of the pirates to reach the city of Ikostia, right ? Is there anything else for which miss also might need the help of the pirates ?"

Hearing this probing question, Elena smiled slightly and replied that she did not need anything else from the pirates. This answer made Lashley even more relaxed and she was finally ready to start the real negotiation.

It turned out that Lashley was not only familiar with the pirates but she even had the authority to negotiate a price on behalf of them. She stared the negotiation with a high price of 800 thousand R and was determined to keep the price above 500 thousand R.

But, to her surprised, Elena immediately agreed to the very first price that she called out. Not only that but Elena even declared that she would round up the amount and would give the pirates a full one million R for booking their Deep Sea Bound.

Lashley had been doing business for many years but it was her first time when someone had raised the price instead of beating it down. So for a moment, Lashley was not sure what she should do. But then she quickly came back to her senses and immediately finalised the deal. She did not want Elena to suddenly come back to her senses and to lower the price.

Elena smiled in her heart while seeing Lashley trying to quickly prepare all the papers for her to sign in order to officially finalise the deal. She had done a little bit of investigation on the pirate group that Lashley was working for and through that she had made sure that the members of this pirate group were not bad people. So, Elena did not mind helping them out a little bit.

After the deal was completed, Lashley completely relaxed. Her mood became extremely good. She even took out a bottle of booze to celebrate with Elena. Elena did not mind that and decided to accompany her for some time. But still Elena was a bit worried about the inn so she asked Lashley about it.

Hearing that, Lashley smiled and said that her staff were all decently good and could handle things without her. She only stepped up in special situations. She was able to judge that Elena was a demigod rank powerhouse and that was why she herself came forward to handle her. Lashley herself was also a demigod.

As she drank more and more booze, she started to become touchy feely with Elena. She would be a very annoying drunk for most people but fortunately Elena did not mind it that much. With her mind intoxicated, she actually ended up telling Elena quite a few of her secrets. Even if she was drunk, as a Demigod, she was very much capable of controlling what she wanted to say and not say. So by telling Elena all these secrets, Leshley showed her trust in her.

The pirate group that Lashley was connected to was called the "White Cat". Lashley was actually one of the three founders of this group. Currently she was retired as she had gotten bored of going underwater. But still, all the current members of the group respected her as their "Big Sis" and she also helped out her adorable juniors as much as she could.

Among the subjects that Lashley mentioned, what attracted Elena's attention the most was the name of the pirate group. So Elena asked Lashley about it. Hearing the question, Lashley laughed out loud and said -

"Hehe, we named ourselves the "White Cat" because the strongest member of our group is just that."

As Lashley was quite drunk, she was not able to answer very coherently. So Elena was able to learn the whole answer only after asking several questions to Lashley.

It turned out that the mascot of the white cat pirates was a cute white cat. But most of the people did not know that this white cat was not just a regular cat but a powerful divine beast with a super high level of 600. This cute cat was like a friend for the three founding members of the White Cat Pirates. She was also the guandian deity of this group.

This made Elena even more excited to meet with this pirate group. A white cat divine beast was definitely rare, so Elena was excited to meet with it. But unfortunately for her, the cat always stayed in the Deep Sea Bound of the White Cat Pirates, so she would only be able to meet her after getting in it.

But Elena was able to meet with a few members of this group that same evening. It looked like a group of them were in the city for some work and before returning to the Deep Sea Bound, they came here to this inn to celebrate their success a little bit.

Taking this opportunity, Lashley introduced them to Elena. The White Cat did have a few male pirates but most of their members were females. All the pirates who had came to the inn in order to celebrate were also female.

When they learnt that Elena had paid a huge sum of 1 million R, they all were astonished. Then they became excited and started to joke about making Elena their new leader. At first they were very conservative about using their money even for the celebration because they were running a bit low on funds but after learning about this huge profit, they were finally able to relax and they started to order more drinks. This sudden indulgence rewarded them a hit on their head and a scolding from Leshley, their big sis.

Seeing this Elena decided to treat these women which made them even more excited and all of them started to cheer while calling Elena the great Elena Onee Sama. Just like that, Elena spent a very enjoyable time with the members of the White Cat Pirates and became closer to them even before she started traveling with them.
